Wonderful place to stay, wonderful hosts who are are your beck call, looking forward to our return

Everything was exceptional from handover to leaving, Raul and Ester could not have been more helpful great villa great facilities perfect for a family holiday it was our first Christmas away from home and it was wonderful

Nothing really Its about a ten min walk downhill to the main area but after meal and drinks get a taxi home more a reflection on us than where we were staying and taxi are very cheap and in supply all the time

Host was always available and amenable. Good property , needs additional AC.

Property needs to upgrade AC to cover all rooms. I missed in the advert that only two rooms had AC so my own fault but the sitting room and one of the bedrooms was quite uncomfortable due to lack of AC which would really improve the property. Additional fans were provided on request so very thankful for that.

An honest review of our experience of Santa Fe Villa

- The pool was nice and warm & couple noodles & 1 rubber ring (only cleaned once during stay, was told twice) - Kitchen was well equipped (supplied washing up liquid/cloths, dish tabs, beer & water in fridge - Showers were good (toilet paper supplied) - Laundry set up good (washing machine, supply your own detergent) - TV good - English channels available - The weather

- Bitten from bed bugs in main bedroom. Stripped bed after bites appeared on feet and legs, revealed stained/hair over mattress protector, stripped this off and revealed lots of bed bugs - have taken photographs and immediatey reported this to Raul who apologised and arranged for the cleaner to hoover & spray mattress. I washed all the bed linen myself, did not sleep well after this discovery for the rest of the stay. - Cockroaches - came through under the door in kitchen and lounge and around pool of night - Air conditioning was metered and only available in two rooms (they were in credit by 70 euros - 1 euro per hour - not enough in my opinion for a week when hot - you can top this up yourself) Does not mention this in write up. - The photo's of the villa are out of date, so a few surprises when we arrived - you cannot park directly through the gate it is broken - street parking only, not much shaded area - no canopy over sunbeds. Asked for parasol but was told it was too windy - and people come for the sun - it's good to have some shade especially with children. - Distance to the main strip is about 10-12min walk down a hill, so not great if you have any mobility issues. Have stayed in nicer villas for the price we paid. - Take mosquito spray & plugs with you. - Would not return back.

The Villa was clean and bright with a/c. It had everything we required as a family and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Location was great.

A wee bit of paradise 😁

Beautiful Villa, very private. Very clean and quiet most of the time. Less than a 10 min walk to the supermarkets. We had a lovely relaxing week 😁

The kitchen could of had more utensils for cooking i.e., chopping board.

One of life's better experiences

Everything was super I'm used to taking villas and this was probably the best Communication was excellent and Raul was most attentive to all communications

Hit it bad with the weather but this is no fault of Raul or the villa

Top class villa, exceeded our expectations

Just had a lovely week in Lanzarote with our family, Villa Santa Fe was exceptional Ester met us on arrival with the keys and a short tour and provided us with a cot bed and high chair which was great. Couldn't fault anything about the property, we loved every minute, can be a bit of a climb to get to it but nothing we were hindered by. Close to main strip and beach, would highly recommend and would stay again. Thanks to Raul and Ester.

Fabulous private villa

Very well equipped villa, spotlessly clean and spacious and a lovely warm pool. Very private, lovely place to relax with family and still only a short walk downhill to the busy resort centre and a cheap taxi ride back up the hill. Raul the owner could not have been more helpful and welcoming.

Nothing at all that we didn’t like. Will definitely return.

Perfect spot for a hot sunny Feb half term family break.

A lovely villa with lots of space, comfortable and clean, a warm and very well-maintained pool and a short 10minute walk from the promenade, beach and high street. Great facilities and everything you need. The hosts communicated very well, sorted out our coffee machine trouble within a couple of hours, and even allowed us to check out late as their next booking was the following day. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Great place to relax with the family

The villa was private, swimming pool was lovely and bigger than we had expected. Main bedroom is a good size with a great balcony. Raul was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

Could not have been better

Beautiful property and Raul and Ester were exceptional hosts, even surprising with with the gifts of a Christmas tree and plants, poinsettias which was a lovely touch. The perfect place for a perfect holiday. Cannot recommend highly enough, and we will be back, to stay again. Raul, you have a beautiful property, immaculately clean and were the perfect host. I cannot recommend your beautiful villa enough. The perfect Christmas in the loveliest location

Exceptional

This Villa was perfect for our stay. Very secure and quiet. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to have quiet family evenings and close enough to be able to walk to everywhere within 10 minutes.

Comfortable villa

The property was located in a quiet area, within walking distance to the main town and also several supermarkets - albeit there are some big hills to consider, which weren’t an issue for us.

The water pressure/temperature of the showers was an issue throughout, but we worked around it.

Close to main strip with loads of shops and bars.5 min walk.

The pool was shaded with a massive tree from neighbours garden. Which meant very little sun on the pool area! Also pool looked dirty from stuff from tree falling into the pool.

The pool was lovely the villa was in a quiet location all home comforts provided Raul and Esta were very helpful would definitely recommend

Superb

The Villa has been furnished practically and comfortably - very suitable for our family holiday with a 7 & 10 yr old in tow. Good quality appliances if you did want to cook. Pool is a reasonable size for the 4 of us. Really can't fault the property or friendly landlords overall.

This is a tough one as overall it was great, although worth pointing out that the 1st bedroom (twin - upstairs room) does not have air con. In fact, air con is only available in the main bedroom & the 2nd twin room (downstairs in the property). There was a fan for the room & not overly hot while we were there but may be an issue in extreme heat.
