Welcome to Chasin' Waves at Carolina Beach! Chasin' Waves is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, oceanfront condo! Wake up, take a deep breath of ocean air, feel the warm sun on your face, exhale. Relax - you are at the beach! Where else can you take in a breathtaking sunrise and a great cup of coffee on your private balcony, then stroll down the beach to the boardwalk and grab some Britts donuts for breakfast?! That's just the start of many incredible memories you'll make visiting Carolina Beach. We love this island and we are happy to share both the island and our home with you! New in 2023: New bedroom furniture in both bedrooms, new mattresses and new box springs! We include all linens, sheets and towels with your rental! We believe a great vacation starts with a good night's sleep which is why both bedrooms are equipped with room darkening curtains. The master bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, a 45" HDTV, an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a closet with hangers, as well as a small private deck. We keep a small black fan in the closet of the master bedroom for additional air flow or to use as a sound machine to help you sleep! The guest bedroom also has a closet and direct access to a bathroom with a stand up shower and extended vanity. There are additional blankets in the closets and extra towels under the bathroom sinks. Our dining room table is equipped with a butterfly leaf, so please feel free to make it larger or smaller to accommodate your group. The living room is equipped with a 45" HDTV, a ceiling fan, and a sleeper sofa with an upgraded queen “cool dreamz” mattress. And last, but certainly not least, the oceanfront porch is large enough to comfortably accommodate seating for multiple people. There is a small high top table, 2 swivel chairs and 2 stools. You can also use our high-boy beach chair or any of the kitchen stools for additional seating. We plan to add a few more seats this summer! Parking! 1 reserved space directly under the building and 1 additional space in the lot directly across the street.

This rental was perfect for my kids and I to enjoy a weekend at the beach. It was comfortable, clean, and the view was awesome. The owner is a really great guy who cares about the home and cares about his renters. We can’t wait to plan another visit!

Great place to stay! Loved the quiet, calm location. We loved being so close to the beach. Great communication with property owner! They were quick to respond to emails with my questions before our stay. Place was clean, inviting and had great amenities. We would definitely recommend this property!

The property had everything we needed and was just steps from the beach. It was very clean and felt like home! My only suggestion would be to have a small table and chairs to enjoy meals. Bar height would be great to get the best view! Other than that, we loved everything about the condo!

Every thing was great about this location. My only minor complaint was the beds seemed more like a full size instead of a Queen, but that may be because I’m used to a king. I would book this location again.

The location and view is excellent. The problem is home is landlocked and hard to move car in and out with other tenants. The owners are kind and respond quickly. Very nice weekend.

Great location, And very nice to have two big bathrooms. The deck is great to relax on, and the master bedroom is big. It’s also nice that nobody was below us.
But this property is not necessarily for kids. Unless, you don’t mind moving tons of glass knickknacks, loosely hung wood pictures, 5+ flimsy table lamps, and other various dangerous items off the tables and dressers and shelves. The old dishwasher controls simply do not work, except for the first Time, by some quirky miracle.
All The dishes are glass with the exception of a couple travel cups stashed in the back. The washing machine and dryer were nice to have, but they are very small, and I couldn’t find a lint trap.
There didn’t seem to be an appropriate place to keep outdoor treasures, chairs, or anything else for the beach. Therefore, we had to lug it all into the small living room. The sand and ground surrounding the back of the building is dingy and dirty.
The bed in smaller room was springy and uncomfortable. The mattress seemed new but the rest of it was rickety. Slightly less so than the big room.

Beautiful condo; everything was perfect. Owners were easy to communicate with. We loved that it was less than a mile from the boardwalk. We’d jog down from the condo every morning to the coffee shop there. We hope to come back again!

Beach was nice and clean .
The island was friendly and easy to navigate, walkable and beautiful.
Fresh seafood was available and amazing!
The condo, is front row to sun rises,
fully furnished with all needed … just bring yourself and clothes!

My wife, brother-in-law and sister-in-law all marveled at the cleanliness, ease and comfort the condo afforded us the entire week. The preparations for guest were charming, the overall condition of the furniture, beds and appliances were top rate and the view / access to the beach was superb. To paraphrase Arnold "We'll be back!"

This property had almost everything we needed. Only thing missing was a can opener. But we were able to borrow from our friends upstairs. It was so nice that linens, beach chairs, beach toys, and beach cooler were included. It made it so convenient to not have to pack so much. Property was very clean. It was a short walk to the because with ocean view from the porch. Made going to the beach everyday so easy. The beach area wasn’t busy which was nice and was shallow for quite a ways out. Parking area under the building is on the smaller side and we had a big truck so we parked in the parking across the street but we were aware of that ahead of time. No big deal. Communication with owners was very easy. I didn’t realize I had to print our parking passes until we were on the road and was trying to find a local printing service and they did us a favor and had the cleaner leave them in the condo for us. So nice! We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed a week for our wedding/honeymoon. It was a perfect vacation. Plenty to do and a great location to walk to the boardwalk. We will be back for our next vacation!!!

Great location! Very clean. Beds were comfortable however they are not queen size! I wound up having to sleep on the sleeper sofa because there was not enough room! Parking is very tight and there are bushes that scratched the side of my car.. My biggest issue was noise! Lots of construction noise even with windows and doors closed and LOTS of noise upstairs! Sounded like a herd of elephants all night long! We could even hear them vacuum!

Absolutely loved the ocean view from the balcony, enjoyed the sunrises, watching dolphins play and birds diving for fish. Decor was tasteful, and the beds were comfortable. A big plus is the bed linens and towels were included.

This is a great property and the owners are outstanding. It's updated, clean, and just right for 2-4 ppl. THey have lots of extra amenities for guests, chairs, and ample pots/pans for cooking. We are empty nesters now so we just need space for the 2 of us and maybe a friend or adult child who comes to visit for 1 or 2 nights during the week were there. This property is by far our favorite and the best property we've stayed at on Carolina Beach.
