Located in the gulf side town of Indian Rocks Beach you'll be only steps away from the beautiful shores of the Gulf of Mexico. Located only a short 10 minutes drive or trolley ride from Trip Advisor's rated number one beach in America Clearwater Beach and 25 minutes from St-Pete Beach you are in a perfect location to soak up the sun and enjoy the powder white sand and crystal waters of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Only 30 minutes from Downtown St-Petersburg and Tampa International Airport ensures you a short commute to local breweries, restaurants, museums and shopping. Walk to the local ice cream shop and enjoy a cone or taste some of the local fish from one of the many seafood restaurants before you capture the beauty of a true Florida sunset. You'll love the place because of its Zen atmosphere, with earthy colors and modern comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and cabinetry. We've added a 55" flat screen TV. Another wonderful stay. I keep coming back to IRB and I always stay at this property. It has everything I need and the location is perfect. Plus Isaac is the best host there is. Lovely person, very helpful and accommodating.

Property exceeded expectations! I stayed with two other friends for 6 nights and it was perfectly spacious for 3, with a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and all bedroom necessities (including extra bedding for the couch that folds out completely). Also a very modern and well decorated interior. About a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach with great bars/restaurants in the vicinity! If you're driving, there's lots of space for parking in the driveway, and you're in close proximity to the bigger cities such as Clearwater and St. Pete (15-30 min drive). Highly recommend, no complaints.

My teenage daughter and I stayed at Isaac’s home for a beach getaway and the Tampa Taylor Swift concert. Indian Rocks Beach is a great little beach town. The property was exactly as described and shown in the photos - spacious, well equipped and very clean. I am pretty particular about cleanliness and this place checked the box! The host also provided plenty of towels which is always appreciated! I love that beach chairs were available because it was one less thing we had to worry about. They also had a beach wagon, toys and an umbrella but we didn’t use those. The beach chairs were in good condition. There were plenty of dining establishments located within a short walking distance to the property which made the location convenient. We barely used the car our entire stay. This is our second time visiting IRB and I highly recommend eating at the local establishments. Communication with Isaac was timely- he was very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this property and host!

This was a beautifully decorated and clean rental. The kitchen was very well equipped as was the bathroom. We would stay there again if the checkin process is improved. We didn’t get the door opening code until we were sitting in the driveway. The phone number on the outside of the duplex belonged to someone in Nevada. It took two calls to VRBO and 45 minutes before we connected with the owner who then sent the door code. This caused me a great deal of stress. The facility could also use some printed directions on where to find the laundry room (outside behind the house), the beach chairs, and how to use the smart TV. Additionally, the door lock needs repair. The owner was, however, responsive when we needed laundry detergent.

Great property for the price. Best part - 2 blocks from Indian Rocks Cafe and three blocks from beach. Pictures are completely accurate. Communication with owner/manager very responsive. I would stay here again.

I rented this particular property because of its close proximity to my brothers home. We were not planning to spend much time at the property but found it very relaxing in the evening. The wifi and TV worked great and having a washer and dryer enabled us to travel lite. Also it's a short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach and the property had some nice beach chairs in the laundry room for our use. The property is also very close to several restaurants within a short walk. If I'm allowed to mention, I would highly recommend Indian Rocks Cafe right down the road on the corner of 14th and Gulf BLVD for great breakfast and lunch sandwiches, Chicago Jaqx Pizzeria and Tap House on Gulf between 15th and 16th for great wings, and TJ's Italian Cafe right next to Chicago Jaqx. Overall a great property which I would highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay here. The place actually looked better than portrayed in the pictures. It was updated and very clean. Thought was given to small details, which helped when getting ready in the morning. The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept great. Did not lack anything. I would recommend.

Very nicely updated and clean unit. Excellent and quiet location with an easy walk across Gulf Blvd to the beach. Everything you need is there to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend.
