Decent price, decent apartment

The apartment is really pretty and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is quite large. The view from the 8th level was quite nice and you are well connected to Helsinki.

The heating, it was hot at all times and we tried everything to get it colder, but it was impossible. Even with the a/c we couldn‘t cool the apartment down and the instructions on the micro site for the apartment did not help at all. You can also just open a tiny window that barely brings in any fresh air. The kitchen hood barely sucks any greasy air out, so we only cooked one night.

Super locatie, alles wat je nodig hebt was in appartemenet aanwezig, veilig gevoel want je hebt code nodig om in gebouw te kunnen, het appartement was heel netjes, geen geluidsoverlast

Super value for money, great for comfort and convenience

This large, very comfortable, well equipped apartment is unbelievable value for money compared to everything else we saw in Helsinki. It was definitely the best choice for us. It's nice and clean with all the equipment you could need for a few days' stay, including in the kitchen (with the sole exception of a cutting board which the owner apparently forgot to provide). It has a good oven, dishwasher, and washing machine complete with detergents. The location is quite convenient for groceries as it's right next to a huge, 24h supermarket and not far from a metro station which will take you to the center of Helsinki in 20 minutes or so. The view from the large windows is exceptional, as this is one of the rare tall buildings in the city and the apartment is on the 14th floor. The appartment is well isolated both for heat and sound, so very calm as you can't really hear the neighbors. Self-check in system is convenient and avoids any timing issues on key exchange. Beware that you do need an active internet connection on your phone when you arrive to be able to open the door!

It's one rental apartment in a regular apartment building, which actually was originally office space but converted later. From the outside, it barely looks like an apartment complex and definitely not like a hotel, especially with the closed restaurant on the first floor. So we were a bit apprehensive upon arrival ("is that really the address??"), but it turned out just fine. Itakeskus where the appartment is located is supposed to be one of the "less secure" areas of the city, as a lot of migrants and refugees live in the area; there's also an addiction rehabilitation center right next door where people come get clean needles, etc. Both of those things are definitely noticeable, but at no point in our stay did that translate into nuisance or threat. There's more kebab shops in the area than others, which is kinda nice as they're cheap and yummy; you do cross paths with some "alternative" types, but they seem nice enough and never bothered us in any way. This actually felt safer overall than my hometown in France (which itself isn't particularly bad for the country). If we're looking for things that could be better, the appartment doesn't have a sauna either individual or shared. I would recommend going to a public one, like on the island of Lonna. It's the hip thing to do these days anyway!

Only critique is inadequate air circulation during a hot spell. Apartment had a portable air conditioner and fans, which did the work and kept place livable.

Great nice clean appartment. If you can stay and sleep in 28 Celsius,advisable!

Great view from large windows, no sunshades, too hot inside, after complaining in vain for 2 days a noisy portable air-conditioner was installed . All this with an outside temperature of only 15 degrees.

The automated check-in is very convenient. The apartment location (metro and bus stop nearby; Itis is within a couple of minutes walking distance; forest with paths nearby) and the panoramic windows view are great :)

1. It was stuffy in the room when we checked in (sunny side and only 1 window is openable), but the air conditioner has partly solved the issue. It's movable but should stay near the window to let the hot air out, so it becomes cold quite soon near the adjacent beds, but it remains relatively warm in the other room. I don't know how the issue can be properly solved :( 2. The water taps. If I got everything correctly, they are not fixable in the "hot water" position and always revert back to the middle (probably to save the hot water). So, basically, if you want to wash something under hot water, you need to hold the tap in the hot water position with one hand and wash it with the other. I should have done something wrong, but if it is intended to work that way I don't get the problem it solves

Good location and nice apartment.

Near to market , near to metro. walking distance. Clean and tidy apartment, good hospitalities provided. The host also good responding to the inquiries.

Very convenient apartment for a visit to Helsinki.

The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. The metro station is a short distance away and very convenient.

Parking is a bit of a challenge. There is plenty of space around the apartment but it is all time restricted. In the end we parked on the other side of the forest in the residential area there.

good place if you do not mind being out of the city centre (~20 minutes by metro)

the location to the metrostation into Helsinki city centre is great. it’s quite spacious. great to have a washing machine.

the pictures show appartements with a view above building level that’s why I choose for this unfortunately we were placed in an appartement looking to the walls of the shopping centre so no view at all, quite disappointing! a whole list is send to you on do’s and don’ts, especially how it should be left, gives the feeling that they do not want to clean anything more than linnen after departure. so the cleanliness was not to my standard. parking your car is not easy

Very short discovering Helsinki but worth it!

It is very easy to get to the apartment from the airport by public transportation (there is direct bus or alternatevly mixed lines). It is also quick and easy to get from this location to any other place that is worth to see. The procedure of entering l the apartment is clear and simple. The staff (via e-mail) is very helpful all the time. The apartment is clean and quiet, so you can really SleepWell ;))

the end game was OK — process, on the other hand stressful

The location was good and cool door lock system, so u don’t need to be in contact with anybody.

Firstly when we arrived then our apartment wasn’t cleaned at all - dirty bedsheets, towels on the bathroom floor etc. It was quite a shock because it was late and we had nowhere else to go and property owner made us to wait 45min for some kind of solution. We started to look new apartments and find out that they have another apartment 30min ride away so I asked if we can switch the rooms because probably no one will come to clean this apartment where we were sitting and waiting..Luckily that was fine by owner and we could make the switch. The second apartment was clean and bit bigger, everything went smoothly.

wonderful stay. excellent location. well equipped, everything you need for a comfortable stay. very clean. friendly and responsive staff.

just the curtains were a minus point. not dark enough to cover the sunlight, it got very light in the apartment very early morning, which was disturbing for the sleep.

Modern, easy living close to Itis shopping center

We loved the stylish and well-equipped apartment. Very close to the shopping center, as well as K-Citymarket (open 24h). Easy connections by metro, free public parking possibilities. Easy check-in procedure (and it was also exciting, kids liked it). Nice communication with the host.

The apartment has good location. The supermarket is just next to it. The distance from the city is not too far. The apartment is not too far from the airport.

The procedure for collecting key to the room is quite complicated. We need to call for instructions before we could get into the building.

Very convenient apartment hotel.

Location was very good and easy to access the city center. There are some big supermarket near the hotel and very convenient. The room was so cleaned.

Location was little bit complicated to find for us before traveling but taxi driver drove to there from airport easily.

Hello, We were very dissatisfied with your apartment for such a high price, we had wished for something better 1 From the kitchen the fan was broken, an air noise came out all the time and that all day 2 the floor was so glued that we had to wipe the whole floor so that we didn't enter the apartment with shoes. 3 the beds and mattress were so uncomfortable and very thin + the duvet that stinked 4 The cutlery was disaster very dirty and unhygienic 5 The bathroom had a very strange smell where you couldn't even stand it for 5 minutes. In any case, we want compensation for the circumstances. We ask for your understanding, but no one wants to be stuck in such a situation.
