Our home is about 8 to 10 minutes drive from Disneyland, stadium, convention center, 20 minutes drive to knotts berry farm, and 30 to 35 minutes drive to Beach. It is situated on a lovely, quiet, residential street in a great Anaheim neighborhood with all the necessities nearby. It is features spacious 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (shower/tub combo). Our home can sleep 11 guests max for true hospitality. The distinctive beauty, luxury and location of this house set this apart from the rest. Your home away from home lends itself to a relaxing, fun vacation in the Anaheim/Disney area. We’ve custom designed this fabulous house to be the ultimate dream vacation home for both kids and adults. Kids will love marvel and Disney character decors. We have loaded our home with Disney toys, books, board games and Disney character beddings. It also features flat screen tv's with cable. A spacious living and family room is open floor has contemporary decorations and comfortable couches. The custom kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with high end appliances and most cooking needs. All bedroom features brand name mattresses and quality linens. Guest can BBQ and enjoy sitting in patio during non-quiet time. Want to hangout inside? Enjoy game of pool on a large professional size pool table or Relax in the living room or family room which features large windows overlooking to backyard or front yard. Living room also features bar like couches. If that’s not enough grab the remote control and enjoy video game on large screen. Visit our extensive dvd library and watch it on one of our flat screen TVs or borrow one of our dozen books and curl up on any one of our comfortable couches! We have ridiculous amount of toys and we provide high speed internet for you. For babies we have 2 high chairs, crib, pack n play plus we have washer and dryers. Set of complimentary Bath soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner is provided in each bathroom. Iron board, hair dryer all provided for your convenience. The home is completely remodeled and everything is permitted by city of Anaheim. All our beds are newly bought not pre-owned or from a hospitality auctions. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Max 4 car parking, Max Occupancy 10 (absolutely no more than 10 guests allowed as per city license). Please look for alternative accommodation or my other two listings if you have more than 10 guests (adult+children). Also, we will NOT consider booking less than 3 nights. Minimum 3 nights are required. ---Our home cannot be booked for parties ---No commercial events allowed ---No smoking ---No pets ---Quite time begins at 8:30pm to 9:00am ( no bbq,backyard or front yard activities allowed) ---Excessive noise is NOT allowed ---Must follow parking signs

We had a nice stay at the house for our trip to Disneyland! The house is spacious with plenty of room for 2 families. Kitchen and rooms were clean although we were out at the parks for the majority of the days! 10 min drive to Disney. Some of the furniture could use some updating. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Location was perfect. We were there for softball, but we were able to make an Angels game, Disney, surfing, and zipline due to the close proximity to all. Place was clean, quiet, and well equipped to handle our crew with pool table, foosball, and outdoor area perfect size for pickup game of pickleball.

This home has a lot of sleeping options. We slept 9 people easily and it could have accommodated more. Perfect place to stay if you're going to Disneyland. The owners are very responsive. We had a couple of questions and they answered almost immediately. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time here! It was the perfect place to stay while visiting Disneyland with kids. There was plenty of space/beds, good-size yard, toys for the kids, and a nice kitchen area. Convenient location also.

We had the BEST time on our family trip to Disneyland. This was the perfect location and wonderful amenities and layout for our three families and young kids! The kids had so much fun, they didn’t want to leave! We will be back for our next trip to Disney!!

The property was as listed. The only issue we had was one of the tvs the DirecTV didn't work. We brought a streaming device anyway so not a big deal to us. House was clean and in good repair. Would recommend and would stay here again.

We had a great stay! Plenty of space for our family of nine. We enjoyed using the pool table and foosball during our downtime at the house. The ten minute commute to Disneyland was perfect. We also enjoyed seal beach, only 30 minutes away. Great experience!

This home is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Our family of eight adults and one baby stayed for four nights and we would definitely stay in this home again. The house was 10 minutes from DisneyLand and we even enjoyed meals from some of the local restaurants near the house. The owner was quick to respond to questions upon check-in. Overall a 5 star home!

Took a short notice trip to Disney with my 3 boys. Communication was great. Property was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at, cleaning service did an excellent job. Linens were clean, plenty of towels and the bathrooms were good size to rotate guys through. I especially appreciate the owner and his family’s diligence in returning an item that was left behind. Found it, boxed and mailed with no problem or waiting, which I promptly covered through payments in VRBO App. Thank you sooooo much for that! The property has a nice fooseball table and two pool tables in the garage. Wish that was on the listing, would have made decision to stay that much easier. Recommend that a few cues be left for guests to use. Excellent stay!

This is a very nice house with some new technology equipments. My 4 engineer colleagues love it very much although they don't have much time to enjoy inside the house, so they asked me if the house owner extend a night for them. I hope Verb can have the option if the house is not rent out right after each check out day. Thanks very much!

This house was perfect for our family for all of the ages. The house had all the amenities for all ages. House was very clean and accommodating. Instructions and communication with the owner was great! Close to Disneyland, easy drive to come back when needed for a break in the day. Would stay at this house again and again.

We very much enjoyed our stay with our family. We had 3 toddlers with us and this home had lots of free space for kids to run around and enough kids friendly activities to keep them occupied. The house is in a nice neighborhood which made us feel safe. Location is truly convenient, which is a plus. I highly recommend!

Our stay at this house was GREAT. Big backyard, and beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed the house, and had almost all of our meals there. There was a lot of pots and pans, coffee maker and the everything. We were less than 2 miles from Disneyland, it made it easy to come home and go back as we pleased. Would stay here again :)
