The property was spacious in a good location, within walking distance to the town centre,bus and train stations. It was well equipped with everything needed for an home from home feel. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend the property to family and friends.

It was clean, convenient, well appointed for a stay as well as being in a quiet location although walking distance into the town centre. The bed was very comfortable too!

Good location. Little "bemused" by the name Harrogate Serviced Apartments - the apartment was not serviced during the time we were there - not that it really mattered but name misleading!

The flat was nice and comfortable. Good position and off road parking
On arrival there was another couple there by mistake. The manager wouldn't come out and didn't apologise and blamed the other couple for being in the wrong flat. I read the email to the other couple and it was identical to mine. A simple, 'I am so sorry, I must have made a mistake' would have made the difference on my feedback. Eventually, we simply swapped our bedding and towels and the other couple cleaned as best they could. I expected a cleaner to come in considering the mix up, or a small discount considering that following a five hour journey, both the other couple and myself spent an hour reorganising, but no. We all make mistakes, and it takes very little to apologise and take responsibility. First the other customers were blamed, then the cleaner. One has to ask where the manager's responsibility lies. A quick call from her to both flats to check that everything was alright and ask if we needed anything would have been considerate, too. If the manager takes the feedback on board and invests time and thought in customer care, I would go again.

There were 2 boxes for keys so had to put pin in twice to get key. All was well and gained entry to our apartment. On second day couldn’t get back into apartment so host came and gave us another set of keys. All was well.
Harrogate is lovely and the flats at The Mews are lovely and are in a great location. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
After staying 2 nights a very nice lady appeared at our door saying she should be staying there. There had been a mix up with the apartment number. Apparently we should have been in no 2. After discussions with the host who could not provide clean linen for us to change, the lady and ourselves came to an amicable decision to change flats and just exchange bed linen and towels ourselves. The host did not offer any help at this stage. We exchanged flats and all was well.

Quiet location close to town centre. Free parking!
All pervading smell of curry which lasted for all three days of our stay.
Bathroom not well cleaned.
Lovely comfy large bed but the room was only a little bit bigger - difficult to walk around it to get to the loo in the night.
Parking space was a nightmare to get in and out of - recommend a small car and leave it once you’ve parked!

Location was excellent, lots of pubs and restaurants within a short walk. Very quite location on a night. Very Comfortable apartment.
Would have preferred an open plan kitchen like some of the photos show but everything else was superb.

location, cleanliness, modern, well equipped kitchen, comfortable, parking, good wardrobe space meant unpacking was easy
no toilet brush, lack of recycling, bedroom door dragged on carpet, heating kept resetting itself to 9 degrees overnight meaning you woke up chilly

This review applies only to No 2 The Mews York Place, Harrogate. A very nice, clean and warm apartment with private off-road parking. Can be difficult to find at first but a very good location opposite a large park and within walking distance of a selection of shops/restaurants and pubs. Has a small but functional and exceptionally well equipped kitchen. One bedroom only and a small but functional bathroom. Spacious living/dining room with modern and adequate furnishings including a large screen TV.
No 2 The Mews, York Place has a parking space right next to a group of bushes and plants that make it awkward to access the car especially after rain. This apartment should not be confused with No 4. The Booking.com page shows a photograph the address of which is given as No 4 The Mews, but confirmation was sent to me and to the owner for No 2. There was no explanation to me the renter of the difference between No 4 and No 2 . There are around 50 photographs on the Booking.com site. The main photograph is for an apartment that is not No 2 and could be for No 4. This is potentially misleading and should be changed immediately. The advertisment should show photographs only of the actual apartment being offered for rental.

Very clean apartment. Everything you wanted .Bed very comfortable.
The apartment we was given wasn't this one which we had booked number 4 ,which is shown, it was a much smaller one it was number 2 we got .which the price we paid I felt a bit cheated.I admit it was still a lovely place .

Great location.
Off putting smell in the bedroom that did not disappear after leaving the window open. Shower was too hot and turning the cold control did not make any difference.

This apartment has first class fixtures and fittings and was very clean and tidy.
upon arrival there was a very strong smell of cigarette smore in the stair well leading upto the apartment, although not so bad inside you could still smell it, not so good for non smokers.

Challenging parking space, would have had to reverse out onto a busy road if car parked next to me Bedroom curtains sadly weren't good at blocking light, though very pretty.

Large spacious apartment with very nice table and chairs, comfortable bed and sofas. Once you are parked right outside the front door, you don’t need your car again, Waitrose is 3 minutes walk around the corner, the station just another 5 minutes up the road, then all your shops, bars and restaurants are there. From Harrogate station you are just half an hour either way to both Leeds and York, making this a great base to explore. Then you have the pleasure to return back home to relax in your immaculately, clean and modern apartment. My wife particularly liked the separate dressing room, which we were not expecting, really nice touch.
