It is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances custom cherry cabinetry, travertine floor, pantry, a cozy breakfast or drink bar with twirling stools and a flat screen television to watch the news, your favorite sport or show while you dine. Patio furnishings and a gas grill are provided for alfresco dining. The furnishings are modern, hip and comfortable with art pieces and thoughtful personal touches adding to the villa's warm and welcoming ambience. House is aged and not well kept. I would say 20-30 years ago this house would have been attractive. Now, the house is run down and worn out. Only AC in the bedrooms and not in the living area is you are there in the hotter months. We didn't have water on two separate days. One day we didn't have hot water. The garbage disposal and dishwasher broke down too. Things break unexpectantly which I get. The property managers may take several hours to return texts, but they do respond and fix things. Oh yes, the dryer stopped working too. This home needs to be renovated before renting out again in my opinion.

We loved staying here! House was gorgeous, and perfect for our needs! Great location, and beautiful views! House had what we needed to cook. We came at the very end of hurricane season (so lots of rain and 3 very short power outages), and Mr. Coffee was great with making sure we were OK and showed us how to get the water back on after we lost power! Would definitely recommend this place and stay again!

The host were very nice. I called a few times and they always answered the phone.. the home was super clean and the views were beautiful...the only thing I would have changed is the location of the home.

As discussed with the property owner, these are the following things we found unacceptable. -the front locked (with a key) from the inside and was unable to be opened easily. -exposed wires and electrical areas that were fire hazards and only one smoke detector that we couldn't test to see if it worked. -no AC in the main living area and one of the bedrooms. The living room did not have a working fan with Caribbean heat. -the windows didn't close and mosquitos were inside the house. our daughter got a LOT of bites (over 40 bites from one night stay) -ants throughout the house -every cloth surface was stained and unsanitary -TV in the master bedroom did not work at all. Even talked to the owner to try and get it working to no avail. -brown moldy extremely uncomfortable mattresses -broken doors and handles All of this for over three times the average stay. Would not recommend this to a friend unless the owner changes and fixes these items.

Jasmine villa was perfect in every way. It was clean, well maintained. The views of Megan's Bay and the Ocean were outstanding. A wonderful breeze blows all the time. Couldnt have asked for more.

The property was extremely clean upon arrival. It is roomy and functional. The view of Megan’s Bay and Hans Lollick from the balcony is magnificent!! The owners were kind and helpful. If you are driving, I would recommend a four wheel drive vehicle. The driveway is quite steep and we had to use it in the rain. I would definitely return to this location!!

We stayed over the summer for almost 2 weeks. It was fantastic. The house looked exactly like the photos online. We had 6 people in our family/party and it was perfect. We didn't feel crowded or cramped at all. It was perfectly located where everything was about 15-20 minutes away. Magans Bay was only 5 mins. When we arrived everything was clean and tidy. The housekeeper was there to greet us and show us around. Overall I highly recommend this location for any length of stay.

The location was perfect in regards to the beautiful beaches and restaurants, and the ferry. The condo was huge and clean. However, the check-in was confusing, the house was difficult to find. The bedroom pictures showed enough beds for all of our family members(all adults ) and when we arrived, it was inaccurate. There was not a hot tub. My 2 adult sons had to share a bed. Oh well, they managed......Overall, we had a lovely time.

We spent 2 weeks at this villa and had a great time. There was plenty of room for our party of 6. And even better, my 2 year old was able to sleep through the night in the crib provided by the property. We had some issues with the wifi in the master bedroom and the tv remote, but besides that everything else went smoothly. This was our first trip since the pandemic started in 2020, so we were glad to get out and be able to safely social distance and vacation with out the worry of high cases of covid (like back in Texas). My husband had a good time chatting with Mr.. Coffee downstairs and his wife and we appreciate everything they did to make our stay great.

Check in process was seamless as the property Manager was there waiting to help with property tour and answer all questions. We were privileged to have Mr. Belgrave; owner of this property who is humble and respectful come to personally check on us! My advice to the manager and owners: Please update the pictures of the property as to do justice to this jewel! Pictures can't and won't do justice anyways. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Jasmine villa. The villa and the views were as stunning as advertised and the hospitality of the owners was exceptional! Our previous St Thomas visit was a 6 hour cruise stop so we were somewhat unprepared for the steep and twisty roads and we had some difficulty finding the address (suggestion: use Apple Maps, not Google).Wainwright kindly drove out to meet us enroute and guided us home. The house was spacious, clean, and well appointed in terms of furniture and appliances, including a commercial grade washer&dryer. Overall, it was one of our best vacation rental experiences!

The villa was amazingly beautiful. Plenty of space. The balcony was huge. We really didn't have any issues besides figuring out how to keep the front of the villa cooled off. Location was nice and the views were great.

I stayed at Jazmine Villas with my family which included my hubby and two young children! We all enjoyed ourselves. The villa was clean, spacious, had all that we needed including a crib, and was very well located. We had travel issues flying to stt; contacted the property manager and she was very friendly, empathetic, and accommodating. The views are spectacular. It overlooks Magens Bay which we also drove to very easily. A minor thing to keep in mind is that you can hear road noise that’s the only issue we had but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this location for a week over Christmas and overall had an excellent experience. The unit is large and 6 of us fit comfortably in the space. It was very clean and well maintained with thoughtful décor. The beds were very comfortable and access to a bathroom in every room afforded everyone with privacy. The balcony view is unbelievable and we saw numerous rainbows over the Atlantic from the comfort of the home. The location was convenient, less than 10 minutes to town and Magen's Bay. The narrow hilly roads were tough to navigate at times so a good vehicle that can handle hilly terrain is required. We had some technical issues with the house due to an electrical outage and lost water, electricity, cable and internet a few times. The homeowner, Coffee was extremely responsive and worked to rectify the issues quickly - even on Christmas Day. Coffee and his family also insisted that we attend their Caribbean Christmas dinner outside on the first floor of the home. Their level of hospitality and generosity was something we've never experienced through a VRBO rental and it was a wonderful experience. They also had no requirements for check-out and we were scolded for stripping beds, starting laundry, and emptying the fridge. We can't say enough good things about this wonderful family and would rent from them again in a heartbeat. The kitchen was lacking a bit in dishware for baking, but we made do, and access to carryout and restaurants with outdoor seating made this a non-issue. The view, the size of the space, the décor, and the hospitality truly enhanced our experience in St. Thomas and we will return again!

Our family has traveled to many places through VRBO and other sources and this was by far one of our best trips! The house was beautiful, the owners were so pleasant as well as accommodating! We had the rare opportunity to actually meet the owners and they were such wonderful people. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the beautiful paradise called St. Thomas. Our family of 5 were so comfortable and will be back for sure!

The condo looked just as pictured. It was very clean and was the prefect size for the 4 adults in my party. The property is up some steep hills, so I do not recommend renting a compact car. The view from the condo is breath taking. We were greeted by Jocelyn upon arrival and given a tour of the condo. She was very easily accessible by text and even provided us with good contacts for different things we wanted to do in the area.

Loved the house, very few issues, all minor and didn't detract from the stay. Great view, breeze, and accommodations! Coffee was very responsive to any needs we had. Traffic noise greater than expected, but tolerable. Overall, would recommend this rental for your stay.
