This was the perfect home for our fall family reunion!

The house was large, spacious, and the lake location/accessibility to stores was unbeatable. The communication was top notch. The house was also super clean. Would come back here again and again!

Our group of 17 recently stayed at this rental and we had an overall fabulous week. I’ve found that when I look for reviews, I prefer a quick list of any issues to prepare for packing is the most beneficial - but again, we had a great week and these are simple things to prep for or change for your stay.
1. Having two kitchens was great, but the cook wear was limiting. Definitely not appropriate for a house that hold 25 people. Small pots and pans, limited supply of drink wear, etc. Something to plan for if cooking in large quantity.
2. Toilet paper had to be a specific brand and ply - no biggie, but we were only supplied 2 rolls per bathroom and then ended up needing to purchase our own for the remainder of the week. Again - 25 people, 2 rolls/bathroom felt light.
3. No baby supplies (stroller, pack and play, porta cribs, etc) but there were tons of beach toys and entertainment inside. Probably wouldn’t effect most groups, but we were traveling with 6 kids, so just good info to have.
4. Some of the beds didn’t seem to have box springs and the mattresses would be overly soft/sink pretty low, so something to think about as you’re working out sleeping arrangements.
Overall, we’d recommend this house and loved our stay. Host was responsive and the location was perfect. Hope these thoughts help future renters with their packing and planning!

We stayed for a week at Michael’s beautiful place…1 family of 6 and 1 family of 8, all adult children. Loved the fact that there was a full kitchen for each family…two refrigerators and fridge on the lower level were all used. Large dining room table with benches for nightly dinners and board/card games. We spent most of our time at the beach or on the huge deck (shaded and sunny areas) with table for 6, 2 chaises and other chairs. We also used the SUP’s and kayaks. We did bring beach chairs, but there are a number of plastic Adirondack chairs at the beach area and around the firepit (wood is supplied). There was enough space on the lawn to set up a croquet game (which we brought)…also a corn hole set there. large tv with plenty of space for everyone to sit…we didn’t use it much, but nice to be able to watch a movie on a rainy day. Everyone had their own bedroom and there were plenty of bathrooms. No need to bring your own beach towels…there are many! Washer and dryer are large if you need to do laundry while you are there. Two people had to work part of the vacation and the internet seemed to work fine. Toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tabs all supplied. Grill was quite large and had a full tank. Dock was adequate for our two small boats…there is also a mooring. Private setting…we couldn’t really see the neighbors. The grocery store, movie theater, restaurants, shops about a mile away Michael was very responsive to any questions and answered right away.

We had an extended family reunion, with 19 people ranging from 2 to 82 years old. This was a great property for us, with plenty of rooms and beds to give everyone their own space (even extra beds we didn't use!). The layout of the house provides accessibility for all common areas and one bedroom, with the remaining bedrooms on other levels--this worked out really well for the less mobile folks in our crew, as it was easy for them to join activities in the kitchens, living rooms, or on the deck overlooking the lake. The location on the lake was superb, with a dock for boating but also a lovely little sand beach for young kids to play and for launching of paddle boards and kayaks. All our family members enjoyed exploring the shoreline of the lake by kayak and seeing the wildlife (loons, a bald eagle, and many different birds). The outdoor fire pit was also a hit with a couple of campfire nights (accented by a supermoon) complete with songs and smores. Overall we were very happy with this home for our vacation and would love to visit again in the future.

This huge house is perfect for family reunions! We had 14 adults and 10 children ages 6 months to 10 years. The 2 kitchens makes it so easy to accommodate big families. The sandy beach was wonderful for all ages. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks & SUPs plus the dock. Second cousins whom met for the first time held hands across the bunks and the boys learned to fish from each other. It doesn’t get any better. Life long memories were made.

My extended family spent a week enjoying Long Lake at this beautiful home and had a wonderful time. The house was exactly as described, the location was wonderful and the access to the water was perfect for all ages. I highly recommend this home.

Firstly, the lake house itself is absolutely stunning. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with a picturesque view of the lake, surrounded by lush greenery and trees. The house is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room for a large group of people. There are so many bedrooms!
The communal areas of the house are also fantastic. The living room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating for everyone to relax and socialize. The dining area is perfect for group meals, with a large table that can easily accommodate everyone. There are two well-equipped kitchens with everything you need to prepare meals for a large group.
The lake is crystal clear with easy access for kayaks and swimming.
Despite being located in a peaceful, quiet area, the lake house is not too far from a downtown area. This means that you can enjoy the tranquility of the lake house while still being able to run to the supermarket quick.
Hosts were extremely communicative. Will be coming back!

This house is beautiful. It is big, clean and more than well stocked throughout. We stayed here with a big group of family so some of the kids could try skiing. We had 7 adults (30’s - 60’s) and 8 kids (3-15). The house is set up great for groups like this with 2 basements, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms then a huge kitchen table in the middle. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang around and talk or go find a quiet spot to sit. You are very close to lots of amenities (Hannafords, Renys (just go in!). We spent a few days skiing at Pleasant Mountain (formerly Shawnee Peak) which was only 15 minutes away, cheap, easy and fun. We all can’t wait to stay here again! The host was very nice and check in was a breeze.

This was the perfect place to host our entire family. Everyone raved about the house. Mike was so helpful and his home was well equipped with more than enough comfortable space for our large family. We're looking into booking again this summer.

We had a blast! plenty of space. Lots of activities. We spent most of our time grilling on the deck and playing cornhole in the yard. Water was chilly but it didn't stop us from getting a paddle in. Firepit was great for late night. We golfed at Bridgton Highlands (10min away) and the course was great.

The photos are great, and they barely do justice to the house. Such an amazing space, we had a really great time. The owner is super nice and easy to communicate. Highly recommend!

This might be one of the nicest homes I’ve ever stayed in. The home was gorgeous and the direct access to the lake was amazing. We had a group of 12 adults and 10 kids and we still had extra bedrooms! The host was great and we will definitely look to stay here again.

We were lucky to have found this place for our family reunion! This house was able to accommodate 20 people. Being right on the water with a little beach was perfect for younger children. You can't beat the view from the porch. And there were so many helpful amenities from sunblock to a baby gate. Would absolutely book this place again. Thanks for a great stay!!

The house was amazing and spacious. The kitchen(s) were very well stocked, ample seating, lots of bathroom options and bedroom areas great for each family to have their own spaces. We had 21 people total, with five family groups and there were still plenty of bed spaces to go around. We rented a pontoon boat for two days and were easily able to tie it up at the dock overnight. We used the SUPs and kayaks every day and there were lots of fun toys and board games for the kids. 2 full kitchens with fridges made it easier to cook and clean and the propane tank for the grill was full with a spare when we arrived!
Thanks again!!!

A Breathtaking and Beautiful Abode
Our stay was simply incredible. The house was very large and more than met our needs. We had 12 adults and 4 children in our group and we all fit comfortably and could have probably fit in another family as well. Everything was new and immaculate and the pictures simply don't do it justice. The water was gorgeous and the property had lots of paddle boards, kayaks, and other fun beach toys. There were two kitchens in the house which made cooking easy and fun. Highly, highly recommend.

We had a great family vacation! The kids had plenty to do both inside and outside. The view from the deck and the beach is awesome. There is plenty of room in the house for a large group. The owner was very quick to respond to any of my questions. We hope to go back again!

Our party of 12 were staying at this lake house in July/August 2018. Here is what we loved:- the house is conveniently located between Bridgton and Naples where there are grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream shops, movie theatres and boutiques.- the house is sitting right on the lake!- there is a beautiful beach with a fire pit, sun chairs and a picnic table. - the owner provides (2) kayaks, life vests and misc. water fun accessories. - the dock looks brand new and can be used for swimming, fishing and parking a pontoon boat. - there is ample outdoor space for sun bathing, relaxing and playing. - the interior is spacious with five bedrooms/sleeping areas and three bathrooms. - although the kitchen is on the small side it had all the stuff that we needed to cook our meals (+ there is a bonus fridge/freezer on the lower level). - there is a washer and dryer which we utilized a lot. - there are tons of board games which came in handy. Here are some suggestions for improvement (if implemented we would add a star for a total of 5/5):- add more seating. There is a table for six next to the kitchen and another table for six on the main level deck. At no time could we all sit together and share dinner. - add other flooring but carpet on the lower level. The carpet smelled musty even though we had all the windows open the majority of the time that we spent at the house. - make sure that the TVs work. There are two TVs and we could not utilize either one. There was no way to sign in to Netflix or similar on the one large TV in the living room and the DVD player on the lower level did not play any of the two Redbox dvds that we rented.- there were not enough towels for 12 people. The majority of us flew to Portland and did not pack beach towels or towels for showering.Additional info: - driving to Portland takes about an hour and is well worth it.- the house is less than an hour by car from a beautiful state park with multiple trails.- we would recommend this house to others.

Fantastic..... Pictures don’t do this property justice.
What a great week we had! Weather was fantastic, the area is so great. All the Shops were very nice. The house is so well kept, up to date kitchen( which is important because I like to cook all week while we are away ). Mike was always available to answer any and all questions. Sleeping..... this is always a concern for us because we have stayed at some places where the mattresses were bad but the Beds were wonderful! Would definitely like to stay there again next year!!!!

this was the best vacation ever!!
The whole family from age 1-75 loved it~~~from the beach, fire pit, yard, bedrooms, living area...studying the night sky with "Sky View" app was the best. Never knew my 2 sons knew so much about the universe and sky. the owner was responsive to our ever need and ideas for future additions (basketball hoop and swim float). Close to Naples and Bridgton for those ice cream trips. Lots of yard games, space for sun tan work. we brought 2 of our 8 foot folding tables and our folding chairs and were able to all sit and eat our meals together overlooking that wonderful lake. Plenty of room for togetherness and then the 5 bedrooms allowed for privacy and quiet space. Lovely and welcoming home. The Cronins

Awesome
We had a large family get together and there was plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to the water where we swam and fished every day. White perch, largemouth and smallmouth bass were plentiful. The location was close to town and fun tourist activities. We had a blast and would return gladly.

Perfect location!!
Vacationed with another family. 12 of us ( teens and adults). Plenty of sleeping room/options. Fire pit on a sand beach. Wonderful yard for outdoor activities. Great grill for a large group! The deck was my favorite for sunrises, reading and just enjoying the weather! The location on the lake is perfect, kayaking out to little islands or taking the boat out to the sandbar. Definitely a great week!
