The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 burner stove and double ovens for the person who loves to cook. There’s also a outdoor flat propane grill and a charcoal grill for all your grilling needs. This spacious lake front home easily sleeps 16+ with the master bedroom located on the main floor with a king size bed and a 32" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a double sink, jetted tub and separate shower. The additional 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. On the left you will find a bedroom with two full size beds and a private bath. On the right are two bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and the other has two full size beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. There are additional sleeping spaces in the basement with a twin bed, full bed and a full size futon. Our home is perfect for a large family or group. The fourth bathroom is located on the basement level which works great for the basement guests and lake traffic. In addition, there's a ping pong table and air hockey table for your enjoyment. In the backyard there's a fire pit for chilly nights or making s’mores. This home is in an excellent location being only 4 miles from Interstate 85 and approximately 3 miles from Tugaloo State Park. Our home is approxmately 1/2 mile from Franklin County Boat Ramp and 1 mile from Harbor Light Marina for fueling boats. The marina also has boat and jet ski rentals. The area is convenient to many restaurants including the famous “Gumlog Barbecue and Fish Lodge” and has ample opportunities for shopping and entertainment. The home is approximately 1 hour north of the Atlanta metro area and 30 minutes south of Anderson, SC. There is a Tanger Outlet Mall in Commerce, GA approximately 30 minutes south from the home. You are welcome to bring all the children but pets are not allowed and there are no exceptions as we have grandchildren who are very allergic. This is also a non-smoking home and smoking and vaping are not allowed inside. This home is perfect to gather the family, guy's fishing trip, ladies get away or any large group.
