Love this place...will come again for sure

The location was in the middle of the city but still quite and fresh environment. The room was clean, the staff are helpful and the ambience of the place was really nice....feels like home

No electric water heater to make hot drink The internet connection was not in good condition, perhaps because of the weather (raining)

One of the best for value location in Bandung..

All of parts.. you will be happy to have a chance for staying in this location. Quiet environment, near to interesting food, shoping, sport, iconic building, museum.. in walking distance.

Fantastic value for money at a supreme spot!

The BNB is placed in a lovely location that is considerably near to everything the city has to offer, including rather decent surroundings and parks for those who enjoy a jog in the morning, as well as the adjacent Riau shopping and dining district. The building may look old but it is sufficiently pleasant inside, well-lit and generally not too spooky. Staff are awesome and accommodating, and for deluxe superior rooms would happily turn the ensuite bed into a sofa, even if the struts of the sofa may make it a little uncomfortable but you can totally fit 3 people in one room. We were delighted to find one of our rooms even had a balcony! The interiors are filled with ornate furniture that has a place in the property and not look too tacky. The rooms are kept clean to a decent standard and the shower temperature range is excellent, not very common in similar properties. A driver's room with decent facilities is also on site if you are traveling with them. We also had no problems ordering food during our stay or to have a stroll to the nearby businesses. Wifi is good and LTE signal strength is great. A common area with free tea, coffee, as well as a hot water dispenser is available for all guests, as well as a seating lounge and a dining table that you may share with all guests. In fact, the next guest booked almost the whole property to stay with their entire family, so if you are considering to travel with a big squad and with children, this seems to be a very good bet judged by how much the other guests' children enjoyed the piano (yes, one of the rooms has an upright piano!)

Walls are understandably not built for noise abatement so if there are other families using the common space, you will be able to hear them through the walls, on our stay we had another family downstairs doing just that well into midnight so keep in mind about other guests if you are planning to travel with family. There were cracks on the windows toward the balcony, and you may find some small holes on the ceiling. Another room had mosquitos swarming, but this was easily rectified by a ready supply of bug spray ready in the property. There were some stains on the duvet covers which probably came from aforementioned mosquitoes being steamrolled. The linens and towels were clean but quite aged, but it could be because of the laundry and maintenance the property is subject to by the lodging service providers.

an all-in big and antique house for family holiday that is located in a nice area of Bandung

it has family-friendly facilities like a big living room, spacious dining table, cable tv, fridge, cuttleries and kitchenette, and even a piano. Since we booked all rooms, so it felt like the whole family live in one big and antique house. the neighbourhood is nice and quite central, very close to Cisangkuy and Gedung Sate.

the pantry was quite messy, they didn't wash the dishes so we came to a pile of dirty dishes in water sink. the staff was very helpful during the check-in, but we had difficulties to ensure that we got receipt for our payment, the staff looked a bit confused for that matter.
