Was an enjoyable stay but with a few small improvements could be better.

Location, free parking, free breakfast, quiet., hot water for shower, cilustomer service, shuttle service.

Room could have been cleaner. Linens need to be replace. Both comforters had noticeable stains.Top of window where meets ceiling had mold/mildew. Mildew in shower. Elevators extremely slow.

I would stay closer to the actual downtown area.

The location was fine. I actually thought it was a little closer to the center of town. We had to drive in and find parking. Hotel parking was a bit of a hike in a garage down the street, which was kind of a scary walk back to the hotel.. but it WAS free so I guess that was a bonus.

The bartender/ waitress in the restaurant was a bit of of a disappointment. She was quite rude. All we wanted was a glass of wine and a snack...needless to say, we left without either and had a package of peanut butter crackers for a snack before bed. We skipped the breakfast based on our experience the night before and drove downtown and found a great bakery with breakfast items.

I will return next year.

Connection to the convention center. Cheaper than Embassy Suites. I liked the location of the hotel. I never had to go outside to reach classes at the convention that I was attending. Great free breakfast.

Better bed and mattress would have made sleeping much better.

We will be back and look forward to the addition of a fitness room and pool!!

The breakfast was good. Hotel is nice. Staff was nice and very accommodating.

We had to move rooms the second night due to our next door neighbors arguing and cussing at each other all night. The staff was accommodating in moving us to a different room.

My family and I had a great stay overall! We’ll probably be back again!

The staff was friendly and the quality of my stay was luxurious!

I think the bathroom could have been cleaned a little bit better, there was still multiple spots with dust.

Look for other options if available.

Close to the national park. Beds were comfortable.

The towels were stained. In general the hotel was not clean. The ac vent had layers of dust. The parking garage is half a block away. The front staff are not very friendly. The breakfast was ok.

Having an unwanted wake up call every morning even though we requested twice to discontinue it. Also the doorknob to our room was faulty. Requested maintenence to look at it still wasnt fixed

Disgustingly dirty.

Dirty! Hair in the shower, dirty wash clothes on the floor under the sink, dirty sink. The whole place stunk. No coffee.

Close to the strip

Great location friendly helpful staff appears to be a recently renovated building. The free breakfast was nice and served hot and fresh.

First night we found roach's in the bathroom we killed them and never saw anymore. The parking for the hotel is a block away but there is no shuttle service provided even though the hotel has 2 vans parked out front. The bed was rather hard (for our liking) and the pillows were rather small.

The staff as always were accommodating and a wealth of information for local places to see.

I love that the rooms have a great views, it’s so close to all the attractions, and they have a lovely breakfast each morning.

If breakfast could have been served a little later that would have been good.

All in all we enjoyed Hot Springs and the lovely town with all of the shops and things to do!

Beds were comfortable and we loved the extra pillows. The front staff was great and really friendly both when we checked in and when we were leaving.

Room was clean with the exception of the hairs on the bathroom floor. Windows could use a cleaning both in the room and the halls. Hair dryer was melted. We came down for breakfast about 7:45 and there were no eggs or coffee. I went to the front desk and she pointed me to the coffee bar to the right of the desk.

Same Hotel different experience

I stayed here about 2 months ago and my experience was amazing. I was on the 14th floor and the rooms were nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable . The breakfast potatoes are really goodThe property is located in a nice area accessible to many restaurants and not too far from the ballpark.

This was my second time staying here and I must say that I didn’t have the same experience as I did 2 months ago. I was placed on the 5th floor, the room was clean but after relaxing and watching tv for about 3 hours, cockroaches begin to fall onto the bed with one landing on me. I called the front desk, the clerk was very calm and stated “oh they’re water bugs and they come in from the side of the building but we can move you.”We were moved to the 8th floor and the beds were very squeaky and it took awhile for the room to cool down.

Overall a great place. Location to all the downtown area was fantastic. We walked everywhere.

The breakfast was as expected. I wish it lasted about an extra hour. We were there to relax and had to make it a point to get downstairs before 9:30 every day.

Great!

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Convenient to bathhouse row and within walking distance to restaurants. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Could use some extra towel racks/hooks in the bathroom to hang wet/used towels and washcloths. Other than that we couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you.

Everything was excellent. Don’t take the shuttle service.

Everything was very clean, and parking was easily accessible everywhere around the property. The little bar area had plenty of seating and the live entertainment was really good. The room was immaculate and the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower, and hand soap and lotion dispensers by the bathroom sink. The second story had a balcony for smokers, and the halls and areas we’re very clean. The complimentary breakfast was open from 6:30am to 9:30am and scrambled eggs, the best fried potatoes, biscuits but they were on the dry side, the gravy was good though, also had sausage links, and grits, muffins, fresh fruit, milk, coffee and juices. Check out was noon so we had plenty of time to grab breakfast early, take a little nap and get ready before we had to pack up and check out. Which was really nice. The hotel did not have a pool but the live band in the bar was good, and they had several draft and bottled beer and wine selections, and a nice outdoor patio for dining and drinking with TVs playing and music outside. Overall the hotel was very nice.

My only complaint about the whole stay was the complimentary shuttle service. Nobody in the building was on the same page about the shuttle schedule. We took the shuttle to magic springs and the shuttle driver said he’d let the night guy know we we’re gonna need a lift back. The front desk morning crew said last call for shuttle was between 10-10:30 and usually ends at 11. So we left the music venue early from magic springs and called at 9:10p so they could come early. We waited an hour and no shuttle, watched embassy suites shuttle driver pull up open the door for these ladies and take off. So after an hour of waiting I call and I’m like hey just checking to make sure they didn’t forget about us. The woman says well the shuttle driver said the pick up line was long so he wasn’t going to go up there…. And he doesn’t go out the far typically, and typically don’t shuttle after 10pm. Which is the complete opposite of what the morning clerk told us. But Nobody ever called to tell us that the shuttle wasn’t going to come. So she puts me on a brief hold and says the shuttles going to come pick you up, he finally arrived after 10:30 and didn’t say a word to us for the whole 9 minute drive back. It was a terrible experience. So 1-10 do not recommend shuttle service. Everything else was so great. But maybe we’ll stay at the embassy suites next time, their shuttle driver seemed so nice and polite. Our shuttle driver seemed annoyed about the 9 minute drive out.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and I felt we overpaid for mediocre beds and pillows. The parking garage was a block away with little lighting.
