Central location with clean and comfortable accommodation

Spacious and very comfortable living areas, comfy beds and very clean. Well appointed and thoughtful inclusions

Great location and service

Facilities we're fantastic. Everything that was needed in kitchen and for BBQ. The view of the beach was fantastic and the location was spot on for proximity to shops, beach, marina, lookout walk. There was immediate support from staff for a minor issue and this was all handled quickly via text message which was extremely convenient as it was late evening when asking for support. The easy remote check-in was great with a young family and the process was easy.

Minor inconveniences: Blind in the main bedroom doorway too large and jammed in top of door frame (husband able to dislodge from where it had been jammed up extremely high) but had to sit wonky when drawn down and let light through (either directly towards the bed or directly towards TV that reflected back to bed). No electronic main door entry (key only) Dryer extremely high above washing machine and difficult to get clothes out/check all the clothing was out. Great location to shops and beach but extreme noise from the main road below. Difficult to maneuver around in underground carpark due to steep decline on entry and incline on exit. This more so when going to leave due to the layout and other people parking in the space where you could turn or parking well over the parking space lines. Suit number not referenced in booking or check-in information (needs to be provided on booking information to help with parking allocation, as this is not mentioned and only found out when we were in the car park and wondering where we were supposed to park and began searching and finally found the number written (mostly rubbed off) on the back of the key card for the lift and parking gate) but not anywhere else.

Excellent stay in a great position

Beautifully appointed, spotless, great location, undercover secure parking ,loads of fluffy white bath towels and beach towels provided

Fabulous stay.

Huge and gorgeous Hamptions Chic. Its so close to everything in walking distance. Lovely contact lady.

Even though the lounge was beautiful to look at, it's not practical. It's so low to the ground it's very difficult to get up from it.

Astina weekend away

We liked everything. The place felt so homely and not like it was just accommodation. We loved the view also! It was really relaxing.

There was nothing we didn't like. Once the doors and windows were closed, there was very minimal noise outside, considering the location.

Really relaxing, everything we needed.

Very modern and clean. Lots of room for 4 of us and the location was fabulous. Everything close by; butchers, salad bar, coffee shops, restaurants.

Needs chairs in bedrooms. Everything else excellent.

The suite was amazing,location close to all the shops, amenities, and great views. Before arriving, Karen was amazing and exceptionally helpful.

There is nothing that you could possibly ask or want ,everything is right here that you could ask for. We would definitely be back and highly recommended Astina.

Perfect!

The apartment is in an awesome location, close to everything! It is modern, clean and very comfortable. Karen was amazing with her communication and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again xo

Very happy stay. First time at the Astina. Will stay there again.

Location was perfect. Couldn't get closer to the restaurants / shopping. Views of the sea. 5mins to the beach.

Minor issue only. The lounge was comfortable but way too low. Almost sitting on the floor. Ok if you are a kid but difficult for an adult to get out of.

We rented two apartments, both were of very high quality. The wide open plan living, kitchen facilities, cleanliness, comfort and location were excellent. As both properties were identical, just wasn’t sure of the price difference between the two? Also, the underground parking was very tight and made it difficult to manoeuvre the cars.

Everything was great, I have told colleagues about it!

failed to meet cleanliness standards.

The location

There were blood stains on the linen in the main bedroom I raised this with them and they were Happy to give us a partial refund. Which we thanked them for However the following day I receive a message off them denying that the blood stains were ever on the linen and are seeking the partial refund to be paid back to them aswwll as $65 for the smashed remote they found The remote was like that when we checked in Safe to say we will not be returning as this is absolutely disgusting customer service and lack of cleanliness

Excellent modern unit. Plenty of space, close to beaches and cafes. It was also very easy to find.

Couldn't use my own streaming providers on main TV. I will bring my own Google Chromecast next time. TV in bedroom could not be switched off using remote.

we enjoyed the comforts Astina had to offer. great location and the maxi size was pleasant.

A/C in master bedroom doesn’t work. lounges x 2 in main lounge need to be thrown out. sagging seating. no arm rest. too low. as a result we did not use. traffic noise when windows and doors open. no instruction for any of the amenities.

Great location. Beautiful suite, very relaxing

The suite was massive and was able to relax in the space provided without the family living on top of each other for our holiday

The bed sheets situation. Not a fan of sheet, a uncovered doona and sheet on top. Completely messy and annoying mid way through the night. The fan switches through out the suite requires work, trying to figure out the settings took 5 mins to work out which fan speed I was on.
