Great location on Navarre Beach Sound! If you are looking for a Family oriented PEACEFUL vacation, come to Navarre! Waterview from 2 Decks in this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath townhome with amenities; Complex includes Pool overlooking the Sound, Boat Slip, Fishing Dock and small private beach! Townhome has 2 Queen Beds, 1 Full Bed, Queen sleeper sofa and single sleeper sofa in the loft outside Master Bedroom; Dining Table seats 6 and Breakfast Bar seats 4 more; Balcony on 2nd Floor and 3rd Floor Master Bedroom; Kitchen fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, dinnerware; All new flat screen TVs (5), furnished, , upgraded fixtures, , deck on main floor, ceiling fans throughout, gas grill, deck table w/ umbrella and chairs, beach towels, beach chairs, full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, new double oven and microwave, fully equipped kitchen, Flooring carpet in bedrooms, new LVP in Living Area and Dining Area & tile in Kitchen and Baths;. We just installed a new air system in the Master Bedroom for top floor cooling; All new furniture in Living Room. this unit does have stairs; Main living area with 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor and Master Bedroom suite on 3rd Floor; Unit comes with use of boat slip, tennis court, and swimming pool with showers by pool and water. TV in kid's room with DVD player. Nearby multiple military bases. Also near PNS (Pensacola) and VPS (Fort Walton Beach) airports. Lastly, I send access instructions a day or two before arrival. Thanks in advance for considering us for your Vacation; ; Parking spaces for 2 vehicles; We are located across the street from the whitest beaches and beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the longest fishing pier on the Gulf. There are two public access points within a quarter mile either to the East or West on Gulf Blvd. Parking spaces for 3 Vehicles; This unit offers Peace, Serenity and piece of mind you seek with the calming view of the water; This is a family residence with most owners living here, so please respect noise ordinance; Come check us out today! We DO have a strict limit of 8 people total per unit!! Renter will be charged extra if they exceed the person limit of 8! We would love to have you visit today! Off season rates in September-December!

This is a great property that was very quiet and lots of room in the townhome. We were a party of 4 but this property could easily accommodate 8.
Good access to both the bay and walking distance to the beach. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Don’t miss seeing sweet pea the sea turtle at the conservatory (within walking distance). Will definitely book here again!

Overall, everything was great! Little things like lights not working or wall switches that did not have panels were annoying, but it was good. It’s too bad the bottom room was basically a junk room…such a good space for a rec room.

We had 2 families stay with ample space and privacy. It had everything we needed for a worry-free vacation and helped this “planner mom” to relax! It’s a very quiet location with a great view of the bay and an easy walk to the pool. We would definitely choose this rental again.

Nice place!
Quiet neighborhood and great sunsets. The house had everything we needed, we could have use more towels and kitchen towels.

Beach trip
We really enjoyed our stay. We loved having access to the sound side for the beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Perfect walking distance to the beaches and the pier.

The place was clean and very roomy. The showers were hot. It has been years since we have been to the gulf and I did not realize that the main floor was upstairs but we made it work. The place had almost anything you needed. The owner was very nice. The location was perfect for us. We would definitely rent this place again.

This was our 3rd time staying in Buena Vida condos. This unit is roomy, clean and comfortable. Large enough for big families. Love fishing from the dock, nice pool, easy walk to the gulf. Only downside to this particular unit is the neighbor in unit 11 comes outside every night at 7:30 and angrily tells everyone to be quiet. We are quiet people so her anger wasn't towards us specifically but she still puts a damper on the day for those of us on vacation.

The house is beautiful. Randy cleans it really good for the next people staying. Ramona is very friendly meet her a couple times she's very helpful. The small beach is only a couple mins away right beside the pool. Would definitely book again.

Great location, and overall a decent property but was very disappointed in a few things. We arrived on Saturday and had a few issues from the start. First thing was the cable in the one bedroom wasn’t working and they did t come out until the following Friday afternoon to fix it, the smoke alarms were beeping to the point where we couldn’t sleep, the owner said she would get it taken care of and when we left, 6 days later, they were still beeping. The biggest issue we had was the fact that we drove 600+ miles to get there and pulled a small enclosed trailer to bring all the stuff everyone wanted/needed with us.(family of 8) and the second day there we are told that we can’t have the trailer there. We are told to move it ASAP, no where in the description or contract did it mention this. I asked several times for them to show me where it is in the contract but they couldn’t. So now we are scrambling to figure something out. We are then allowed to leave our trailer at an abandoned building with no light and about 15 minutes from where we were at. Not a very comfortable thing to do, but we had to. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Perfect for our family

We ended up having to go buy two air mattresses. The dryer was a little bit jackie to use. We did find a little disturbing that there are other peoples clothes in the closet etc. and there were small worms or caterpillars that came up in the master bedroom bathroom. The toilet broke on the first day we were there, it was the toilet seat. They did come fix it. The sheets on the beds were kind of old and they were very balled up and uncomfortable. For the price you pay I would’ve thought that they would have a very nice clean sheets. I did like the condo, the pool etc. However we really needed sleeping for seven adults and one child and we had to go out and purchase air mattresses for that. I don’t know that I would stay in this exact condo again but if they were to remedy those issues then we probably would be willing to. I think for the price we paid things should’ve been a little bit better.

the home was clean and location was fantastic! Miss Romona and Randy were absolutely wonderful and made sure our stay was the best it could be! My kids loved being able to fish right in the back yard with easy access and the walk to the beach was short and no trouble at all finding a place near the water!! We will be booking again very soon!! <3

Spacious, Convenient, and with a View
The townhouse is spacious and access to the water. The balcony was nice with a beautiful view. The location is convenient to food and entertainment as well as a short trip to the gulf side beach area.

Family Togetherness
Thus was the perfect property for our family. We had a large get together and my brother-in-law rented unit 11 which was perfect because our back porches were right across from each other. The unit had pretty much anything you could need while on vacation. The pool
was a close distance and the grounds were very nicely kept. Randy next door manages the unit and he is very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed
It almost felt more like we were at someone's residence and they rented it out. There were personal things, mail, etc in drawers, garage was very messy & disorganized with personal belongings. Almost not enough room to park! The worst thing is that it was in major need of a deep clean!! Stained couches, carpet, very old worn sheets for sleep sofa,Doors & walls were dirty. Ceiling needed repainting from some obvious water damage, kid's pink slime still on bathroom ceiling. Too much to list. I hated that our 1 year old grandson had to crawl around on dirty carpets 😫. I have pictures of everything. We would stay in complex again, but not that townhouse. Pictures on website are old. Yes, living room furniture was different than pictures, but it was very dirty & looked several years old, not new like website says. The bathrooms & sheets were clean, but owner needs to have a major deep clean!!!
