Snow Mountain Ranch is less than 15 minutes away if you want to cross country ski. WINTER: Skiing, riding, sleigh rides, tubing, sledding, snow shoeing , cross country skiing. Or sitting by the fire reading, putting a puzzle together, playing games, watching TV, sitting in the hot tub. Ski in for Lunch. Well stocked kitchen with slow cooker, coffee pot, kettle and blender. . New double pane Renewal by Anderson windows installed 2022 with beautiful blue pine trim. New living room furniture including a memory foam mattress on the sofa bed (2020). New bedroom furniture and matresses (2021)! Just installed: Murphy bed (July 2022), no more futon. Northern picture windows overlooks the Granby Ranch golf course. Amazing views of Rocky Mountain National Park. with the magnificent Rocky Mountains in the distance. We have kept the Cynthia Rylant "The Relatives Came" feel to the condo. Reminiscent of our own childhood's travels and vacations.

Our recent family ski trip to "Winter Wonderland at Granby Ranch" was an unforgettable experience. The location is perfectly situated for ski-in and ski-out access to the Granby Ranch Ski Resort, making it incredibly convenient for our family, especially with two children under 8.
The hosts, Cheryn M-C and Dennis were outstanding in their hospitality. They always responded quickly to our questions and provided valuable information about the area. Their local sports and activities recommendations added a personal touch to our trip.
Staying over the New Year's was a special highlight. The condo offered a prime viewing spot for the spectacular fireworks display by Granby Ski Resort, creating a magical New Year's Eve experience for our family.
As for the condo itself, it was more than just a place to stay; it felt like a home away from home. It was fully stocked with everything needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

This condo was everything that was described. The location is great for access to Granby Ranch with an easy Ski in/Ski Out ability. The host is very responsive to any problems that arise and will check on guest periodically to make sure everything is going well with the stay. Thank you for allowing my family a place to relax and enjoy the mountains.

It could not have been a better weekend! This was my 7yo's sons first ski experience, and this condo made it perfect! A warm, welcoming condo that feels like a comfy t-Shirt. We were completely at ease- which made it so relaxing. The condo is clean, and tidy. The owners have thought of all the details to make it easy to stay. Plenty of cooking items and dish wear, lots of essentials like ice, seasonings, condiments and the like are on hand so you don't have to drag everything from home. We didn't want to leave, once we got into the condo as it was just right. It has the feeling of home...not a sterile commercial feel. you know you're staying at a place that the owners use and love, because it is set up for comfort. Furniture and beds was nice and well kept. Views are exceptional, easy to ski in and out of... and the Ski area is perfect for families. We will be back! Had to promise my son a return visit soon as he was sad to leave.

We have visited the Rainbow Connection for many years. It is the perfect place to recharge mind, body and soul. Close to everything you need with lots of outdoor opportunities year round. The property feels so warm and welcoming the moment you arrive and Cheryn and Dennis (fabulous owners) have worked hard to make it a home away from home. We can’t recommend a finer stay in Colorado!

There's also sugar in one of the cabinets to make hummingbird nectar. It's been so nice to escape the heat and humidity of the midwest in August. Having some basic cooking ingredients and spices was a lovely touch.

Just like the title says.. You can stop looking now because you have found your next vacation spot. This property is perfect! We stayed for a week over Spring Break and it was exactly what we needed. The unit is literally ski in/out. I read some other reviews stating otherwise and was initially concerned that the knees and back were going to do more walking than I wanted. WRONG! We literally skied up to the breezeway of the unit, clicked out of our skis and within 30 seconds we were inside having lunch. The unit itself was furnished with EVERYTHING you could possibly need, so be sure not to overpack. In some cases 2 of everything.. The unit is clean and was spacious enough for my family of 4 to spread out and have some alone time after a full day together on the slopes. And the hot tub... The hot tub is a life saver after a long day on the slopes. It’s like having your own Colorado hot springs right there in your unit. The mountain itself is perfect for all types of skiers. From beginner to advanced there is something for everyone. It was my sons (10 and 13) 2nd time skiing (first time was Granby as well) and the mountain is small enough where we felt comfortable turning them loose yet big enough where they did not get bored with doing the same runs over and over. The best part was being able to look out the window and check on them periodically.. The owners were fabulous. They provided us weather updates before the trip and prepared us for the storms that were going to be hitting the same day we arrived. They followed up the day of check in to make sure we made it safe and to see if we had any questions.. What really impressed me was them following up with us to ensure we made it home safe. We are frequent VRBO users (3-5 times a year) and this was by far our best experience. We are already planning a return for next year! Do yourself a favor and hit that reserve button. You will not regret it!

Skiing with friends
It was so nice with all the covid stuff going on to just be able to do it all online and see limited people on the trip. We could ski right up to the room basically and go in for lunch and take a break then get right back out on the slopes without having to kill a bunch of time driving. The room was clean and roomy for all of us to stay we enjoyed having the luxury of a full kitchen to be able to cook in. Thank you again it was nice to get away and relax for a few days.

Beautiful views and peaceful setting
The Rainbow Connection Too condo is full of signs that its owners cherish it--family photos, comfortable furniture, and a warm feeling. Having two baths was helpful to our family, and we appreciated the nice towels. Cheryn was quick to communicate with us about any questions we had both beforehand and afterward; she even shared the location of some puzzles for our granddaughter to play with. We appreciated that kindness.
The views from the living room windows is beautiful and peaceful, and we found good hikes nearby.
While the hot tub in the master bedroom was clearly shown in the pictures, its presence right next to the bed still kind of surprised us. Especially when the filter kicked on in the middle of the night! We then followed instructions to power it off for our second night, and so had a quiet evening.
One missing miniblind in the master bedroom nevertheless made sure we woke up when the sun was out. And the windows were difficult to open and close.

The condo was is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the necessities. Games and books available for your time in. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We loved our stay!

Location cannot be beat!
This was the perfect location for accessing the skiing facilities of Granby Ranch. It was close to the slope and only one flight of stairs to navigate in ski boots. The fireplace was peaceful and calming after a day of skiing. (Didn't get a chance to try out the hot tub.) It was homey and welcoming, almost like going to grandma's house.

Helpful hosts, comfortable stay
This was the perfect place for us after our daughter's wedding. Our exetended family was scattered around Granby Ranch for several days and we could walk to one another's homes easily. We loved the well-stocked kitchen, spectacular views, and comfortable setting. Our hosts were very helpful when we had a few questions. We had no problems with wifi/internet despite others' comments! Definitely recommend this place for your gathering!!
