The Kelowna airport is about a 20 minute drive/taxi from the property. Transit The bus is about a 5 minute walk from the property. Shopping and Dining Located in the heart of the cultural district, walking distance to Prospera Place, downtown shops and of course a quick stroll to the lake. Attractions Prospera Place, Okanagan Lake all within steps away from your home. A multitude of wineries at your fingertips to browse and enjoy wine tasting at your leisure. Visit the lavender farm, follow signs off of Gordon Street. Golf Courses There are 8 courses within a walking or driving distance. The suite was located at the heart of Kelowna with easy access to many amenities. The suite itself was comfortable, tastefully decorated, and very close to the condo pool (which the kids really liked). One thing to note is that the sink in the master bathroom is slow draining and seems to drip leak underneath.

Enjoyed our time at this condo. Everything was as advertised and condo was very well equipped. Booklet left in the condo provided all the info we required for our stay. Great location and would recommend this unit.

Would highly recommend this property for a family trip! Property is exceptional for location and comfort. So easy to grab groceries and have breakfast and lunches at home. Outdoor Pool is incredible and so close to the unit. 10/10!

Some of the information was inaccurate. Only one fob for 4 guests. The information manual in the suite is very vague.

Very clean! Great location. Nice view. Well stocked. Nice building and facilities. We appreciated the new, clean bedding. Reasonably priced. We would return.
Note: underground parking does not fit a full size SUV with a Thule box on the top. Very little street parking - and street parking is paid.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The location is wonderful for walking.
Beautiful view of lagoon and lake from balcony and living room which we took in daily.
We enjoyed having extended family over for meals with the large dining room table. Plus condo layout spacious and able to accommodate walkers and wheelchairs.
Definitely would love to stay here again on our next trip to Kelowna.

Great location
We would absolutely book this property again. The location was perfect to walk anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby, also the Canada Day celebrations were all very close. Extremely happy with our stay

Sunset Dr.
This is a lovely property. The amenities were beyond reproach although it may be getting a little shop worn. The main problem we had was not being able to regulate the thermostat which appeared to be locked … may have been user related. There was considerable noise over the weekends due to lots of partying. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful condo for two weeks. The location cannot be beat. Walking distance from most colonial attractions and five minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed taking lovely walks along the lake and rarely used our car. The condo itself is very comfortable. Everything is so well thought through. The check-in and checkout process were seamless. The owner, Jamie, was very responsive and helpful in every way. Will definitely stay here again!

Most comfortable and relaxing stay
My family and I stayed at this beautiful condo for two weeks. The location cannot be beat. Walking distance from most colonial attractions and five minute walk to the beach. You’re paying for the excellent location. Pool is 4ft deep and very small for the size of the resort so not that awesome for kids older than 5 years. King bed has a hump in the middle and dips on both sides. Our backs are still sore. Bring all your own beach supplies and games as condo is not stocked with any of the usual basics such as beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, pool toys, board games, cards. Sun hits the patio in the evening and no umbrella. Bring all your own spices, coffee, oils etc. Condo is only stocked with whatever guests leave behind so can be old.
Check-in is 4pm but contact could not meet us till 7pm to access unit. Contact did not answer texts message when family needed assistance for other others as well. We ended up contacting the owner but it was too late by then. Condos allow pets which is awesome unless of course you hear dogs barking at all hours like we did.
If location is your top priority, I’d shop around. There is a lot of development in the area.

We have stayed in this Condo before and love it's location. Fully stocked kitchen, large master bedroom with ensuite and amazing views from the patio.
Very easy to walk to the main Street on the boardwalk.
