Overlooking Lake Dillon with panoramic lake front and Marina views, this beautifully remodeled second floor condo with all granite in kitchens and bathrooms, new kitchen, new carpet, and high end furnishings. Close to all ski areas, Marina Place is within walking distance of the Marina, the Tiki Bar, shops, restaurants and the entertainment Dillon offers. The owners completely remodeled the unit with granite, large flat screen tv, new furniture, furnishings, carpet, bathrooms, etc. You will not be disappointed. Beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condominium in Dillon overlooking the Marina and Lake Dillon. This is a premium location in Marina Place. This unit is on the end and has the best views around. Close to all ski areas, Marina Place is within walking distance of the Marina, shops, restaurants and the entertainment Dillon offers. The primary bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom) and a trundle bed and there's a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. There are 3 TVs, DVD players and 20 DVDs for your convenience. Both bathrooms feature wall controlled heated floors, step out of the shower onto toasty warm floor! Designer fixtures, grant counters, cabinets, and heated tile floor and overhead heat lamps in each of the 2 bathrooms. Amenities include a clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Bedroom - There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom, flat screen TV, private bathroom Second Bedroom: Captains bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom), bathroom in hall Living Room - The living room has a sofa, dining table and chairs for and a gourmet kitchen with an island. The deck is off the living room and overlooks Lake Dillon Marina, offering unobstructed views of Lake Dillon. Dillon Marina Place After a day of skiing, relax in the hot tub or swim in the indoor pool. There is covered parking and is conveniently located to the Dillon Marina, Lake Dillon amphitheater where during summer months, free concerts take place. We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance. This home is professionally cleaned and we personally inspect each home before you check in. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for guests. Easy contactless check-in and check-out. Location was great, close to everything. Parking was nice but watch your head, we are all tall and had to duck in the covered parking. The unit itself was VERY clean, offered ample space, and had everything that you'd need for a stay. Views were beautiful. The beds were very comfy and the heated bathroom floors were well appreciated. We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay again.

We loved this building, it was in the center of everything. I loved being able to sit out on the deck! Great internet. Loved the overhead parking. Good to have separate bathrooms with teenagers! We are definitely coming back next year!

Great property and location. Could use new curtains and couch. We had to reboot internet but got it working. People upstairs very noisy but after we banged on walls a few times they stopped. No soap for one shower but bed super comfy, fireplace awesome and heated floors a plus. Thanks.

Perfect location for our family of 4 to stay for our Arapahoe Basin ski trip. Comfortable beds, fully kitchen, hot tub access, basically everything you would want for a low stress ski vacation. Will definitely come back!

Property was very clean and spacious. Property manager was very responsive to questions and provided recommendations for the area. The view was beautiful and we had a great time.

First off management team is great Anna was fantastic condo is very clean new kitchen and baths location and view is excellent but place needs new blinds and sliders hard to close patio outside is nice but the building is so old and people who live upstairs are very noisy and not considerate of people below them you hear everything also the condo assoc doesn’t clean when u get off elevator hall smells terrible and very dirty

Very clean unit with easy access and sheltered parking. Host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Unit had all the amenities necessary for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

GREAT LOCATION AND VIEW
We had a great time at Marina Place. The unit was clean, well-appointed and just as advertised. The location was superior convenient to Keystone and Breckenridge, as well as restaurants in Frisco and Silverthorne. We had a great time !

We were pleased with this rental overall. The location was excellent the the remodel was done with nice quality finishes. The view of Dillon Lake was especially nice! Cleanliness is super important to us, especially things like kitchen cookware and utensils and we were happy with their condition. A couple of minor things need attention. We couldn't close the drapes in the master as the drapery rods were damaged, and it would be nice if there was an additional chair in the living room and the sofa was updated. My only other comment is the exterior of the condo building needs some maintenance by the HOA. Some of the concrete on the walkways in the common areas is crumbling so could be a little dangerous if you're not careful or you have kids running around.
