Nulla da ridire sull’abitazione. Ha tutto ciò che serve ed è attrezzata per ogni necessità. Si trova in un punto strategico: vicino al mare, vicino al centro, vicino ad ogni servizio. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e cordiale (anche se abbiamo avuto una piccola incomprensione prima di andare via). Nonostante ciò la consiglierei a chi decide di trascorrere un soggiorno a Giovinazzo

Se proprio devo dirne qualcuna accennerei alla mancanza di finestre e si sente il traffico notturno

Nos gustó pero se puede mejorar

Nos gustó mucho la amplitud del apartamento, la cama era muy cómoda, estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos y tenía bastante menaje de cocina (varias sartenes, cazos, utensilios para cocinar, etc). Que tenga lavadora, horno y aire acondicionado fueron puntos muy positivos durante nuestra estancia. Estéticamente el apartamento es muy bonito y tiene bastantes tiendas y supermecados cerca, que llegas andando 5 minutos.

Algunos detalles se pueden mejorar, por ejemplo, poner un poco de champú en el baño, disponer de jabón para la lavadora, que tuvimos que comprar ya que es la solución que nos dio el anfitrión (no es por el dinero en sí pero me parece un detalle feo tener que comprar un bote entero de jabón de lavadora para un dia o dos que vamos a estar). Respecto a esto, también es dificil que se sequen las cosas ya que el apartamento solo cuenta con una ventana en la cocina y una ventana minúscula en la ducha, así que si no quieres abrir la puerta que da a la calle lo que laves tardará en secarse. Por otro lado, la parte smart de la televisión no funciona, no tiene descargada ninguna app de streaming. Además, un día quisimos abrir el sofá cama para ver una serie cómodas en el salón y no pudimos porque estaba amarrado con una cadena y candado para que no pudiera abrirse. Finalmente, el desayuno que venía incluido nos decepcionó bastante ya que había capsulas de café pero no había algo de leche o zumo, habían algunos paquetes de tostas para untar que estaban rancias y monodosis de mermelada pero no había mantequilla. Sí que habían algunos croissants individuales y unas galletas que no estaban mal, pero si eres de desayunar salado o de echarle leche al café no te confíes con el desayuno.

Superb

It is a comfortable,well equipped apartman,really close to the Bari airport (by car). We arrived late,but we could enter with codes and good instructions. The sea is not far either,the district is pleasant.

I could have eat more for breakfast and missed some milk for the tea and coffee.

A fantastic place in a charming little town. Supermarket and few restaurant just few minutes away. Great location, clean, no problem with parking next to the apartment. Highly recomended. We stayed with 2 small kids and had a great time. We had a car but also used a train to get to the Bari.

Great location, well equipped, didn't like staircase as a 67yo.

This is a well equipped apartment in a pretty town, just a few minutes walk to the sea or the old centre and with easy on street parking. The bathroom was lovely, very modern and clean. An Italian breakfast was provided. It became a bit humid, but the Aircon quickly cleared the air. The WiFi worked very well, it doesn't always where I have stayed.

I am 67, I didn't like the upstairs bedroom with the downstairs bathroom. The spiral staircase and limited upstairs headroom is not good for senior people half awake in the night. I think the big sofa could unfold to a bed, seniors should request that and the hosts should offer it. The downstairs is a very big space, so nothing lost and the younger members of a family will love being upstairs :⁠-⁠)

12 minute walk through beautiful Giovinazzo to the train station, 5 minute walk down to the waterfront and restaurants and 2 minute walk to a supermarket! Great location. Quirky and lovely apartment to have as our base.

Fully equipped everything

Everything. Fully equipped everything. Nothing is missing. This was a contact less transaction and very comfortable. The airport is a solid 15 minute drive and a 30 euro cab ride. The beachfront is literally a 3 minute walk, around the corner. The room had a double bed, two single beds, and a crib.

Only problem was that the gardener had to work at 7 am. Breakfast was very basic. There are stairs in the apt, is not applicable to the impaired

The town was a pleasant surprise for local experience, great food and super helpful owner!

It is a large apartment and the owner was super helpful in getting us an airport transfer which due to early departure was almost impossible in other way - BIG thanks to him!

The street outside was a bit noisy so somebody with light sleep may have a problem.

Easy to find, very nice and interesting room upstairs.

Traffic at night on the street. Soft bed. Italian breakfast, only brioche and some biscuits, coffee. Booking should describe what kind of breakfast the appartment offers.
