Our house is a four story, updated Victorian located in downtown Milwaukee. The location is perfect for discovering Milwaukee, yet in a quiet and respectful neighborhood. THE HOUSE The house is roughly 4,000 sq. ft. with an open concept feel. There are 6 bedrooms consisting of a master bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with a king bed, another room with a queen bed, a room with a double futon, a room with a twin and then a very large room with two twins, a full size and a queen bed. The house has 3 living rooms, all with TVs and one living room houses a pool table. The house also contains not one, but two kitchens for large family gatherings, an office, a small workout area, laundry and a large back yard with patio and grill for outdoor entertaining. Our house also has some great amenities such as a high end massage chair, lovesac and is dog friendly. We have space for everyone to lounge around and chat and a comfortable house that has a welcoming feel. We recently converted our second-floor living room into a home theater with a 120" screen, great for families or movie buffs. THE LOCATION It is less then a block away from iconic Brady street, less then a mile away from Water street, North ave, Lake Michigan,a 5 min uber ride/drive to most of Milwaukees attractions. There are over 70 restaurants and bars within walking distance, including 3 grocery stores, many shops, Lakefront Brewery, the beach, the Marina and many more. Two blocks away from a bar which has a shuttle to Summerfest, other festivals, brewers and bucks games and many of the popular concerts. Occupancy Tax: there will be an Wisconsin state occupancy tax of 15.1% on your reservation applied at checkout. Our number one rule is that you respect our neighbors. This means we do not allow outside partying after 11pm. Party needs to be taken to a bar or inside the home with the windows shut and music at a reasonable level so that the neighbors can't hear anything. We expect our renters to not negatively impact our neighbors and if the opposite is true fines will be assessed and/or renters will be removed from premises if the cops are called (which they can be as Milwaukee city has a noise ordinance rule that starts at 9pm). Please respect our neighbors when coming home as well and keep your voices down.
