The all-inclusive is NOT included in the rent, as is the resort fee of $25/person/day and will be collected at check-in by the resort management. Pre-paid all-inclusive fees will discount to $125/person/night which will cover the resort fees. The all-inclusive plan is the best in the Caribbean with an amazing list of benefits. The all-inclusive fees will be collected by your host for all guests no later that 30 days before your arrival. Please be aware that the all-inclusive fees are required for all guests.
