Located on the second floor of Chelan Resort Suites, you’ll be able to easily get to the nearby beach to have fun splashing around in the water. Enjoy large windows with partial views of the lake from your second-floor condo. You’ll enjoy hanging out in the living room area, watching TV while someone in your group cooks in the kitchen. At mealtime, you’ll have a dining table with four chairs to enjoy your dinner. Sleep in one of two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, or fit two more people on the sofabed in the living room. This home sleeps up to six guests! Don’t forget that you’ll have a private washer/dryer, WiFi, and a reserved spot for your car in the garage. When it’s time to get out and have fun, there’s a shared indoor hot tub and pool, and Lakeside Park is nearby for fun at the lake! The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Location and clean.

The apartment promised to accommodate six guests. The 3rd bed was a sofa bed in the small living area. The sofa bed was broken and despite sending a message to the managment regarding the broken bed, the issue wasn’t addressed and at the very least, they didn’t even care to reply to the messages. We slept very uncomfortably all night on the broken sofa bed and had a sore back and body in the morning. I do not recommend this place if you want to have a pleasant and a relaxing vacation.

Though this condo is a bit tired and could use some love, it's location close to the lake and convenient to town made for a pleasant few days in Chelan. The kitchen was well equipped for meals.

Unit was not dusted and there were dirty handprints on the walls. Countertops were not wiped down. The floors were filthy - be careful walking barefoot because your feet will turn black! There was food left in the freezer. The online streaming services turn the TV off instead of going to the chosen service then it froze and buffered every few minutes - not exaggerating - making the whole experience unenjoyable.
The 10:00 am check out is way too early for a family on vacation. Also the wall signs in the unit give conflicting check out times of 10:00 am and 11:00 am. 11:00 am check out is a standard time in every city I have visited in the US and abroad. This made me feel rushed and unwelcome on my last day there.
I won't be going back and I will rethink using Vacasa if their other units are managed the same way.

Well-equipped modern apartment, can easily sleep two couples. The sofabed for a 5th/6th person is really good only for kids - unless you pull out the mattress and put it on the floor.
There's lots of light from the huge windows and some noise from the highway. So if you're a light sleeper, bring your eyeshades and earplugs and you'll be fine.
The beach park is fine, but for all the rest you'll probably have to drive or ride a bike into town.

Can you please tell the property manager to not change the room codes at the end of the month without informing the guests beforehand? Would really save a lot of grief for people.

Short Stay
We've stayed in these condos several times; we love the location of the property. This condo is in need of some updating and could have been a little cleaner (it looked like it had been several weeks since the area below the beds had been swept, for example). Overall, I just think that the price is too high for the condition and cleanliness of the unit. With that said, we still enjoyed our stay!

Plenty of room for 2 couples and easy to get in and out of the building. Great lanai seating area and balcony.
Only problem was the code to the pool did not work, but is was so nice we were on the lake all day anyway.

We loved that this was right on the lake and had park access. the condo was great the rooms nice my only complete would be that the hide a bed when you pulled it out it seemed broken. our two children slept on this and didn't much mind as they are young but there is no way an adult would sleep on this well. We also loved how close to slidewaters it was.

We have stayed at this location before and had a wonderful and very beautiful room. This room had huge gaps in the floor from tiles and was not updated. We were a little disappointed, but would still stay here again

Beautiful condo, right on the water! Our rooms were clean and just as shown in photos.
My only suggestion would be a bit more thoughtful touches. Most vacation rentals I’ve stayed in will at least provide a few bottled waters, local snacks, cofee.
But other than that This place was perfect!

Ticked All The Boxes
Having booked in April for August I rechecked the reviews a day prior to arrival and noticed recent reviews weren’t that great. One review mentioned the pull out bed was unusable which we were intending to use. I emailed the property manager regarding the pull out bed and within 30 mins had received an email and phone call, which I thought was good service. The unit was much better than I thought given some negative reviews of recent. The unit was clean, well stocked and great location to the lake and local park/kids playground. Ticked the boxes for our needs as we didn’t spend a lot of time hanging out in the apartment. The only negative comment was the property is situated on the main highway but not a major for us.

The unit was clean and nice. However, the furniture was old and extremely worn out. The pull-out bed was unusable because it was in such disrepair.

Nice Place but a bit noisy
Close to everything, nice unit, but also next to the busy highway with traffic noise. Since our HVAC unit didn't work the first night, windows and doors were open to help keep it tolerable (very hot), lots of noise.

We rented this condo for a work retreat. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Great location - right next to the public beach. There's a playground for the kids to play on. They have an indoor pool on the property as well - which is a plus for a family with two kids.
