Nestled in the Mountains and along side a hot spring creek this luxury property is your home away from home. The three-quarter acre lot gives you the privacy you need when sitting in your eight-man outdoor hot tub. The Non-Smoking house features a wrap-around deck to enjoy the views of the mountains as well as the Columbia Valley. Every golfers dream, the home allows you to walk out the back patio on to the Mountain Side Golf Course in Fairmont Hot Springs. After golfing, not only can you soak in your private hot tub, you can enjoy a calming sauna or play pool, darts, or a variety of board games in the games room. Indoors your breath will be taken away by the beautiful mantle fireplace separating the living room from the full dining room. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to prepare a gourmet meal or for the boys, wieners and beans! The two bedrooms on the main level feature two king beds, downstairs the three bedrooms include three double beds with three single top bunks. This all year round retreat, in the Heart of the Rocky Mountains, offers many activities for all personalities. You can always find something to amuse yourself, rock climbing to reading, fishing to fitness all available right out your door! Amenities: Fireplaces, Satellite TV, VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer & Dryer, Jetted Tub in Bath, Private Hot Tub, Sauna, Gas Grill (BBQ), Pets Allowed, No Smoking We love our coffee. We have a Cuisinart Brew Center, Keurig K-cup and a Nespresso Vertuo. Sue’s house was perfect for our 8 person golf trip. Love the creek that runs through the side of the property. The hot tub was pretty murky when we arrived there but overall the place was very clean and kitchen was well stocked.

We spent most of our time outdoors, as this property had a terrific backyard for outdoor yoga, laying in the hammocks, and the hot tub. The nearby creek is quite nice and adds to the ambience. Don't forget to bring bug spray and citronella! The old school arcade machine & pool table were a hit in the evenings! Fun for all ages. The kitchen was a bit tight for a larger group, but we managed. All kitchen necessities (including coffee machines!) were available and appreciated.
Worth noting (even though it's in the listing) that there are cameras around the property that the host checks regularly. No issues but good to be aware for privacy purposes. One thing that was new for us, was having to wash/dry/fold all towels at the end of your stay. It was difficult coordinating showers on check-out day given that we had to start laundry the night before. Also, be VERY careful with the hot tub! Lots of very fragile pieces

Guys Mountain Golf Getaway
The property was great for our golf trip, well equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, spices, etc. Very quiet location and hot tub was great. Had a minor problem checking in but Sue was quick to resolve it. I highly recommend this property for large groups.

The owners made the experience extremely easy. The house is beautiful and set up perfectly. It is very welcoming and we felt comfortable the whole stay. Between adults , teens and toddlers there was something for everyone. I highly recommend! We will be coming back in the near future.

Beautiful property - both inside and outside. Lots of wildlife around. Owners were very efficient and helpful when needed. Attention to detail around the property, including instructions and important information.
We would definitely rent it again, for possibly a bigger family get away. Lots to do for everyone.

Perfect location, lovely property
We loved our visit! The grounds are perfect for little ones playing and the wraparound deck was used throughout the day. The house was clean and a great layout for multiple families, with “kids rooms” (bunk beds) on the lower floor. The location was great, just a short distance to Invermere and Canal Flats, and a grocery store just down the road. We loved spending time at the property the most though, exploring the cool creek and then hopping in the hot tub. I would note lots of bugs, which locals said were exceptional this year, so bring a mosquito coil or citronella for the deck.

Escape from the City
Great experience- The house fit 7 (3 adults, 4 teens) comfortably. Beautiful location beside a little creek. Lots to do at the house if you don't want to go far. The pool table and digital arcade machine kept kids going. Slight difficulty getting the tv equipment going but one phone call and Sue and Kurt walked us through the problem. All in all highly recommended.

Family getaway
We had a great stay here, we had 3 generations and there was lots to do at the house and in the area. The house was clean and well stocked with the comforts of home. We all loved the arcade game and the fire pit. The setting by the creek was so relaxing and exciting. We saw critters large and small in the neighbourhood, very cool. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice place
We enjoyed the large private yard and all the house amenities. Sue was easy to communicate with. Enjoyed our stay at the "bunk bed" house. Kids really enjoyed Wii dance and the arcade. There were lots of games, movies, books to keep everyone occupied. We would stay again.

Fantastic family fun
Just returned from this great property where we had a great week with the kids and grandkids. The outside space was gorgeous and offered everything you could think of. The endless games and movies kept the younger ones from getting antsy on rainy days, which was nice for everyone. Lots of comfy lounging space and large dining table meant you never felt crowded ( except maybe in th kitchen, which is a bit tight). The kitchen was well outfitted and had everything we could possibly need. We took advantage of the beaches, floated down the river, went golfers no, mountain biking and hiking; lots to do in the area. Overall a great holiday spot; we hope to return soon.

Private and Roomy
8 of us stayed there on a golf trip. Beds enough for everyone. Lots of hot water. Nice size dining table for dinner and games afterward. The backyard was fantastic and large. Parking is a bit limited, but worked out. Overall I would rent again.

Great Stay
We have family in the Fairmont area, so we have been visiting the area since I was little. It was so nice to find a place that embraces the true essence of Fairmont. We loved the location, the yard, and the house. Sue and Kurt were easy to work with and we will definitely come back.

Pictures don’t do it justice
Super accommodating comfortable, well stocked home. Great location. We had 3 families including 3 two year olds, a 7 year old and an 8 year old. Tons of space at the dinner table for all and tons of space in the house. Loved the hot tub and sauna. Thanks for letting us stay here; we are keen to re book for next year!

Fantastic property has everything and more you need
Me and my family spent an amazing few days here , it had everything you could possibly want and more. We will defiantly be going back and recommend this cabin to everyone , so much space and so much to do, they have thought of everything 😀�😀�😀�😀�😀�😀�

This property is beautiful and well-equipped. Even though it rained, we enjoyed games, the hot tub, and pool table. The house has everything. The house was clean. The cooking area is a bit small. Some of the dishes were not clean—perhaps something for the cleaning service to check.

Comfortable, spacious and great owners
We had a great time. 8 of us played golf for a weekend and the house was perfect.
Nice big eating/kitchen space, backyard is wonderful for enjoying the day, golf is within walking distance and a big fire pit for the evening. The creek was a nice surprise!
