Located in San Remo Shores on a deep saltwater canal, you will bask in the endless sights, warm breezes and Florida salt life. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home includes an open concept, upgraded kitchen, a split floorplan with the master bedroom suite - the ideal setup for a traveling family or couples. It offers plenty of parking - an added bonus anytime you visit Florida - thru a circular driveway and over-sized garage. Since no Florida getaway would be complete without direct water access - the homeowner has recently invested in a brand new 30x5 dock for your boating, fishing or soaking in the sunsets pleasures. The community of San Remo Shores is known locally as a boating community with fishing and boating right in your backyard - what more could you ask for? Or grab a few chairs and listen to the water hit the dock in the warm evening breeze. Whatever your water calling, you will find it here. Additional features of Latitude Adjustment Home include wireless Internet access, private backyard area with a pool and firepit area, full-size kitchen, garage parking, private washer/dryer, canal views and more! The dock is 30 feet long. There is no lift. The driveway should accommodate a truck and trailer as it has a circular part as well. The house decor was beautiful but there were several things lacking at our stay at this property. Loud buzzing from refrigerator, couches were scratchy, no chairs at the dock area, not a lot of cookware/utensil for cooking, no umbrella for the beach, vent hood in kitchen too low for easy access, fire pit has a hole in the middle of the burner unit, need more hooks for towels in bathroom & swimwear, fan in dining room makes a whining noise, carpet in main bedroom is worn & very dirty, a lot of centipede worms in the home need to spray, curtains in the dining room were hard to open/shut as the grommets were too small for the rod

This house was exactly what it was described as. It had all the amenities you need and a little more compared to other houses we have rented in the past. The pool was perfect for the kids and the sunsets over the canal were beautiful. The location was perfect and we were only a 5-10 min drive away from anywhere we needed to go. Bradenton Beach was beautiful and well maintained. The kids loved Bridge Street and all the shops there. I would recommend this house to our friends and family.

We had a great stay. The location was convenient to heading to the island/beach for the day or going into town for groceries/stores. The house had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. The pool was a little chilly, but it was mid-October. The house was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We would return!

We’ve stayed in this area before & chose to come back because it’s a quiet neighborhood. It’s also close to Anna Maria and to a grocery store, ice cream shop, restaurants and Starbucks. The home was decorated very well. The kitchen was beautifully done, open to the rest of the house and facing the pool and canal. Backyard landscaping around the pool area is very nice giving us privacy with the canal but also making it feel very tropical. The boat dock was constructed very well. The house was stocked better than any other vacation home we’ve stayed over the years. The darkening curtains was a huge hit for me with small children. We when we got to the home the trash was at the end of the driveway over flowing with flies and in the check in information trash was not coming for 3 days and I didn’t think the neighbors wanted to see that on the street that long so we had to drag them back to the house. There were no additional safety locks for the doors leading to the pool but thankfully my youngest child had finished swim lessons so we weren’t overly concerned. The patio deck had puddles of rain water which created mold making it slimy so had to put a chair over it so no one slipped. We did notice a camera at the front door and on the back patio with the one on back porch facing the pool area it made us uncomfortable. We had to cover it with a hat for our time at the home. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We have been to this area many times but the first time we have rented a home on a canal. We always get a boat for the week so we can have at the house. We loved the canal! It was beautiful and very quiet. This house is also so close to all the restaurants we enjoy in Cortez. It was super clean and updated and beautiful decor. The pool was awesome as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of four had the BEST time staying at the Latitude Adjustment Home. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. There are beach towels. So no need to pack. I packed them based on another review which takes up a lot of suitcase space. :) It was also so nice that there were beach chairs, an umbrella, and toys! We spent hours in the pool while we were there and had so much fun! The beds were also so comfy. We really liked the location as it so peaceful and away from the hustle bustle. The drive to the beach on the weekend can get LONG because of the traffic. But otherwise it is a quick 5-10 minute drive. My husband loves to fish so we enjoyed the wonderful doc as well. We will definitely stay here again! This place has it all! Do not hesitate to book!

We’ve vacationed in this area for years. This was by far one of our favorite properties. The pool/patio area is great. It has a nice fire area and great lounge chairs. The interior of the property is clean and well decorated/appointed. I cannot wait to book again. We were bummed when this location was book during our 2 other stays since October! I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything for the beach was in the garage and lots of pool toys were there. Great location, close to the Island and close to modern conveniences. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids.

The home had the perfect layout and enough space for larger families. The kitchen was spacious which made it great for preparing meals with the entire family. The appearance of the home is beautiful and welcoming. The parking was great as we had out boat and there was plenty of room for our truck and trailer and 2 other cars. The back yard is what sold us on booking this property, the home had a pool and boat dock. The location was great close to everything you need. The only complaint with the dock is its very high and when the tide goes out you almost need a ladder to get in the boat and the dock bumpers need to go lower so it doesn’t damage the boats. The only complaints with the pool was the light didn’t work and we pretty much wanted to use it at night as we were on the boat during the day. Also, there was nothing telling us how deep the pool was so if our kids were younger or couldn’t swim, they wouldn’t have been able to use it. Overall, we loved the property and will likely return. If you are looking for a affordable property with EASY water access this is your house.

The home was wonderful....GREAT LOCATION AND ALL THE AMENITIES ONE COULD ASK FOR. Just a few very small things. The cleaning could use a bump up in quality. Some of the bedroom drawers were were some of the dishes. There was only 1 dish towel/rag for washing dishes, but we purchased several and left in the home. All in all...WE WILL BE BACK. Just wonderful.

Everyone really enjoyed the house and the location. So much to do within a short drive! Maintenance guy came to fix a door handle and he was very nice and courteous. I will recommend this property to my friends!!

Nice location and features.
Had a great time at the pool and the dock fishing. Close and convenient location to beach and shopping. Had a lizard problem in the back bedroom nearest the pool, multiple sighting just in that room as if they had found a new home in there. Overall tho, very happy.

Summer fun
Family had the best of times. House is wonderful, spacious very well laid out. Canal access was the best thing for my kids like to kayak. Got to see dolphins in the bay. Would come back without thinking twice

Beautiful home on the Chanel in Cortez Florida. Lovely pool and outdoor gas fireplace. Very quiet and relaxing. Caught plenty of fish off private dock. Close to multiple restaurants and shops.

Great Vacation House
We loved the extra room the house gave our family, it was close to the beaches and everything else in Amelia Island. We loved having our own pool and the dock for fishing! I would definitely recommend the house for families!
