Maravilla Building TWO, Ground floor UNIT 2103. Located just 30-40 steps to the pool OR beach......always less than a minute from your condo to any chair....beach or pool. Unit 2103: This is a ground floor unit that is truly a gulf-front view. It doesn't get any more convenient than this if you have kids! You don't have to carry your beach bag, coolers, boogie boards, or towels far at all. The decor is upscale rustic coastal with an emphasis on "comfort"! It truly offers the "WOW" factor! You can park at your front door and escape out the back door to the pool or beach. Bedrooms: This unit sleeps 6 with a king bed and TV in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom with a TV and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is very popular for families with small kids. You can lay out by your door or the pool while the little ones sleep. We keep a port-a-crib in the condo if needed. New stainless kitchen appliances and remodeled tiled showers. Our condo offers Wireless Internet Access and free umbrella /beach chair set up! Your chairs are waiting for you in the sand so don't have to bother packing them. The Maravilla property offers two pools (one heated), a hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a new workout room and shuffle board. It is located within a 5 minute drive of several golf courses, the Outlet Mall and Destin's shops and restaurants of Baytown Wharf! Many, many guests continue to choose Maravilla year after year. Come and see why! Unfortunately, golf cart rentals and trailers are not allowed on Maravilla property. There is NOT a better family resort on Scenic Gulf Drive.

We loved the location, the condo and grounds. The pool and hot tub were amazing. It was easy to walk to restaurants and coffee. The beach is right there and beautiful.

Condo was clean and updated. 2nd bedroom was a little small with only bed and nightstand- no closet or drawers for clothes. Main suite nice. Downside was accessing beach required crossing busy street. Overall was nice unit and complex.

The condo is very dated. The bed was the only thing comfortable. We were not contacted regarding all the codes and the beach gate changing. Poor communication. The property was nice and would come back to Maravilla but it would have to be a cleaner, updated condo. I am sorry for my negative comments but future bookings need to know about this unit

The condo is super cute and in a great location close to restaurants and a very short walk right across the street to the beautiful beach. It is so easy to go back and forth for lunch. The pool is so close too . We did grocery shopping at nearby Winn Dixie. The bottom floor is super convenient. We would definitely stay again in the future, it was great !!

We absolutely LOVED this unit and had the best time ever! It was just perfect. First of all, it was very clean and there was no sand at all inside. It had everything we needed to cook. The kitchen sink was the perfect size to bathe our baby. Some helpful things we found in the unit: kids' toys, beach chairs, plenty of bath towels, lots of blankets and pillows, and a very comfortable couch for napping.
What we loved the most though was the location. It's practically on the water. Loved the green space outside and that there is access through the back door.
I cannot wait to come back.

Very nice property. Can’t get any closer to the beach for this price. Chairs, boogie boards, toys, etc. were a plus. Kitchen has 99 percent of what you need if you cook.

All around great experience. Great location, clean condo, easy beach access, smart tv, multiple coffee maker options, clean and quality cookware/dishes/silverware, and comfortable furniture for lounging. Not sure what else I could have asked for from a vacation rental. 100% recommend and will try to book again.

We had friends stay here when we all came down last summer! When we seen Marti’s place was available for our week this year we had to book it! Being on the bottom floor front row to the crosswalk is a game changer for the beach days!!! Very clean and unkept property. Lots of good food and fun things to do close by! Will definitely book again and again!!!

Our stay was perfect! We’ve been going to Destin for 8 years now. We’ve always stayed in the same condo, but wanted to bring our dog with us this time. We’re so happy we did. The condo was clean, spacious, walking distance to several restaurants, steps from the beach, and the gentlemen in charge of chair service went above & beyond. We’ll be back! We made a last minute trip to the beach and this condo was great! We were right across the street from the beach entrance. Loved having the ground unit for our puppy. Definitely a dog friendly area. The owner was very accommodating and assisted us in changing our dates. We will def be back.

The owners of the condominium we originally stayed at owened two condominiums. One was on the ground floor while the second, with a much better view of the ocean on second floor. They actually switched with us when we wanted more of a view. We were on the first floor and wanted more of an ocean view. They sacrificed their condo with a better view for us. Marti is a Great manager.

We loved everything about our stay! The unit was perfect for our small family. It was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed.
The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. I was even able to bake!
We were just a few steps from both the pool and the beach which my young boys loved! The unit is also along the walking path so taking our dog on his daily walks was a breeze. He loved meeting all the neighbors, seeing their pets, and enjoying his own views of the beach!
The chair and umbrella beach set up were perfect! The guys work hard everyday to make sure everyone has a great beach day. It was so appreciated.
It was a wonderful week! This is a unit we will definitely be booking again!

This was our first time in Miramar Beach and we absolutely loved it. The condo was perfect! Very clean and so close to everything. We will definitely be back!

Have a few complaints, the sheets weren’t clean, got in bed and there was sand in the sheets, they was dust all over the floor and walls. The sink in the master bedroom won’t drain. The dryer needs a new vent change took four times to dry the clothes. The windows were filthy. My husband clean the windows so we could see out. They didn’t clean the shower or toilets before we got there. There was dirt and sand all over the floors. I swept and mop them.

We loved staying so close to the beach and being able to have the fur babies with us. The basic surfaces are definitely clean. The condo just needs some “spring” cleaning and maintenance to the bathroom fan in the primary bedroom. Marti was a fantastic communicator and we love that she operates a fur kid friendly rental! There are of boogie boards, pails, and nets for the kiddos in the laundry room too!

The condo is the perfect location! Some furniture is oversized for square feet, especially when lamps don't reach outlets. The showers were very nice. The dryer might need a tune-up or replacement, it took 3 cycles to dry items. Games came in handy for kids. We will always come back to Maravilla!

Absolutely wonderful!
My husband, my Yorkie, and I stayed for our summer vacation. It was so relaxing and the location was perfect! It was convenient to be so close to the beach and not have to worry about chairs and an umbrella. We also loved the Miramar Beach area vs Destin/Destin Harbor. Much less crowded, great food, easy to get everywhere, etc. Would 100% stay here again! So grateful for a wonderful vacation!

Great location and condo...
I was a little torn on giving a review of this property because if too many people see this and book it, it will be harder for us to book next time!! We loved this condo. It is in a great location, was clean (like actually clean, not just looks clean in the photos like some), is modern inside and everything worked as it should. It is on the ground floor, which was a positive for us since we brought our dog. You cannot sit on the porch and watch the water as you could higher up, but being on the ground floor also has other benefits. You CAN see the water from the kitchen, which was nice. Not the beach, but you can see the water. The pool and beach are within a minute's walk. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and all the amenities are nice. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband & I stayed at this condo in 2019 & decided to stay in it again this year. as we really enjoyed it when we stayed before. It is pet friendly, so we were able to bring our two little ones with us both times. You would never know pets stay here because it does not have a dog smell at all. It is clean, spacious & well decorated. It makes you feel like you are home away from home. The beach is right across the street & the chairs & umbrella that comes as a service with this condo is a huge plus! You just walk out to the beach, tell them your name & condo #, they verify it on their list & walk you to your get-away spot for the day. Marti, the owner of the condo, is very sweet & friendly.
