The beautiful, newly renovated and well-maintained building is as close to the beach as you can get! The large heated pool and all-glass enclosed exercise room overlook the ocean. The complex was built right next to the sea wall so that it is closer to the ocean than any other building in the County. It is perfectly situated on a beautiful quiet stretch of beach, yet very close to shopping and restaurants. This deluxe third floor, direct oceanfront corner unit is the closest unit to the ocean in the entire building! The large balcony has a 270-degree view of the beaches to the North and South, the ocean and the pool. Decorated beautifully with upscale taste. The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked. The dining area sits 6 people comfortably. There is a large 55" HD flat screen TV in the living room with an additional TV in the master bedroom A spacious master bedroom suite offers ocean views, a king-size bed, and private bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed with a separate bathroom. We are ten minutes south of Cocoa Beach and one hour east of Orlando. Spend the day at Disney World and come back to the beach at night!. Satellite Beach has great restaurants, a world-class tennis center minutes away, and golf close by. Great place if you want to be right on the beach. The 3rd floor corner unit has amazing views down the beach and straight out. The place has plenty of stuff for the beach... chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys, etc. The beach itself was not crowded at all for late June. Because it is a condo, make sure you make or bring ice... no hallway ice machine like a hotel. Dunkin' Donuts, Taco Bell, and Publix across the street. Owner was very responsive in fixing a minor issue during check in which spoke volumes about his willingness to make things perfect. We will stay here again!!!

Spend one month here and enjoyed everything about the unit/location/attractions! We will stay again when in the area for sure!! Excursion tip: spacecoastrivertours.com went thru the locks and saw a SpaceX booster that had landed on a barge and awaiting transfer back to the Pad. 4 Cruise ships !! Fishlips Restaurant and saw them all depart from Port of Canaveral, get show!!

This property was perfect for our family of 4 for a long weekend getaway! It is located perfectly on the beach where you can enjoy the sites and sounds of the waves either from the balcony or just a few steps away on the beach itself! It is beautiful here and my kids loved the pool too! Everyone was nice and the location is so convenient to a grocery store right across the street! We will definitely keep this place in mind for next year! Highly recommend!

We had an awesome time and were so pleased with the condo! The view is gorgeous, right on the beach. Great location and perfect for bringing things to and from the beach. Heated pool, everything you could possibly need in the condo to cook and sleep and just relax. This was a quiet and cozy place. Excellent communication from the owner. We would definitely stay here again! 5 stars!

This was our second stay at one of Bill's properties on Satellite Beach and we enjoyed ourselves, once again. Corner unit on third floor with fantastic views of the Atlantic! We also got to see a Starlink Launch on Saturday morning from the balcony! Property is always clean and ready when we arrive and there is a Publix just across the street to make stocking up the kitchen for the week a breeze. Cuban Island Restaurant just a mile or two down the road was very good and reasonably priced. Florida Seafood Bar & Grill in Cocoa Beach was also good. Thankyou Bill for another great stay!

My family and I went on a week long vacation here and had a blast! It was our first time at satellite beach and we loved being so close to the beach and having pool access. The condo was great and I would recommend it to anyone and definitely stay again! Thanks Bill and Denise!

This is one of those places that I would regret telling anyone else about as it’s that good. From the street it doesn’t look all that alluring or attractive. Get inside and on the backside however? Phenomenal! You couldn’t ask for a better close to the beach experience for the price. We all (including an 18 and 9 year old) had a wonderful 3 day stay. The included beach chairs, umbrella, and wake board were appreciated. The views from this unit are incredible. Would stay again for sure.

Wonderful place to stay for the weekend with my 4 sisters. End unit provides views of the beach from so many windows. Parking is very easy and plentiful. No problem accessing the unit. Furniture has been updated since the pictures taken. Beds were very comfortable and the towels were thick and plush. Plenty of beach towels. Love the king and twin in second bedroom instead of the typical bunk beds that so many units have. Plenty of seating on the balcony that is practically on top of the ocean. Beach is not very crowded. Kitchen is updated with new appliances. Note for renters wanting to cook: Plenty of pots, pans and utensils but no pantry items such as Pam, oil, spices (only salt and pepper) and no aluminum foil/Saran wrap if you have any leftovers. All of these are readily available across the street at Publix grocery store. Overall a fantastic place to stay. Bill (the owner) was very pleasant to work with - answered all my questions. I would have no hesitation to book this unit again if I am vacationing in the Satellite Beach area.

We could not get over the amazing view. The property has a great pool and it was never too crowded. The condo provided beach towels, chairs, and beach toys (one less thing to pack). It is more of a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet. The sunrises are stunning.
