Que nos tocó el tercer piso y se complicó subir con maletas pero lo más incómodo fue que a pesar de estar muy limpio, mientras dormiamos algo nos picó durante la noche en pies y piernas que eran unas ronchas terribles y comezón imparable tuvimos que comprar una crema especial

No te dejan tener tus bebidas ni el.la playa hasta despues de las 6pm , las comidas se tardan demasiado no comandan cosas q no son tal y como viene el platillo, son muy cerrados, los pasillos sucios.

Fatal que las escaleras estén por fuera. Llovió ya se imaginarán. Es complicado incorporarte de la habitación al restaurante y/o alberca, quedas por fuera

Breakfast was good, location is good too, away from city, just the locals on noisy motorcycles going by.

The drinks. Piña colada was weak and the bar tender didn't know how to make a mai tai.

prívate beach with restaurant options available with ocean views. pool was fun but the bar next to it was closed. the other Pool near the restaurant is day party vibes on the weekend which seems fun. the balcony views from the room are surreal. I would definitely stay here again if it’s with a friend group though not necessarily a family. staff was accommodating and quick to respond: they provided a wifi router in our room. location overall is super nice.

insect repellent is a NECESSITY otherwise you won’t enjoy watching the sunset because a huge amount of bugs go after you. the room walls are very thin that you can hear the neighbors clearly which made our stay disturbing because 1. they were loud and 2. kids shouldn’t be hearing any of that. lastly the lock on our door was confusing we couldn’t really get out of the rooms as much as we wanted to so we would just leave it unlocked to keep the stress away. (due to the various locks on door)

The location is very good and the beach is very close. The bar / restaurant is good for having a nice evening

The hotel is under construction so we couldn't enjoy much the swimming pool of the hotel and also the food service ended very early
