The house was clean and perfect for our family of 4 including 2 college age sons. The 2 bedroom house had plenty of room for all of us and our 2 labs. It was a great place to relax and visit with our sons. We had a wonderful time just hanging out, going to a UVA football game and BBQing. We would definitely book the house again.

My pack (adults and pups) all enjoyed staying at this location. It is super convenient to everything in Charlottesville. The fence was good for the pups. (I have tall dogs and the fence is a little short in the front, so I just stood outside with them for supervision. There are a few weak spots in the back if you have a dog who is an escape artist.) The neighborhood is great for walks! Inside the house was very clean and comfortable. The couches and bed were great! The shower has good water pressure too!

Close enough to walk to UVA. So easy to get anywhere in town! Clean and perfect.

We were in Charlottesville preparing to put a house on the market. We had our dog and cat and the host was kind and available and let us continue adding days as needed. The fenced in front and backyard certainly help the situation!

Nice quiet neighborhood that was really close to restaurants, etc. We will stay here again!

My friends and I booked the cottage for a UVA reunions weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is very quaint and charming. Hands down, the best part was the beds, they were SO comfortable. It's a 30ish minute walk to the Corner, which was great for some morning exercise, but also a very quick Uber ride when we didn't feel like walking. Very quiet and nice neighborhood as well. Great communication with the host, very easy check-in and check-out process. Overall would definitely recommend if staying in C-ville and/or visiting UVA!

We loved this property in Charlottsville. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated all the extra touches and the length the owner went to make this feel like a home away from home. Our puppy loved it too!

We enjoyed our stay at this sweet little house in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Charlottesville. It was a perfect find for a long weekend for us and our daughter as home base to explore Charlottesville. And the fenced in yard was great for our dog.

We were in C’ville on business for 5 days and this was perfect for our needs. Nice fully fenced yard for the dogs. Not a 5 star property but way better than a hotel. Centrally located in the Rugby/Barracks neighborhood made for easy access to all parts of town. Very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house, which sits in a nice neighborhood in close proximity to U VA and downtown Charlottesville. The house is beautifully furnished and provided a wonderful place for us to relax and recharge before and after our outings each day.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The house was incredibly cozy and comfortable and we immediately felt right at home. The welcoming message we received had all the information we needed, and we wanted for nothing while we were in the house. We were easily able to fit a pack and play in the main bedroom and our young child enjoyed the other room. The yards are fully fenced and were perfect for some family play time and we were able to walk or drive to the Pedestrian Mall, shops, restaurants and multiple great parks all within 5-10 minutes. This will always be our first choice when/if back in Charlottesville. We had a great visit!
