La proximité avec le CESAME. La place de parking. La simplicité d'accès. La propreté. La petite cuisine. La literie confortable.

La cabine de douche, avec un mitigeur trop sensible. Soit vous vous brûlez, soit vous prenez une douche froide. La non-communication avec le propriétaire à qui nous avons posé plusieurs questions qui sont restées sans réponse. Il vous envoie un message d'arrivée automatique et cela s'arrête là. En revanche, pour demander les sous de la taxe de séjour il y a du monde! Nous avons même hésité à les donner tellement nous avons trouvé cela impoli. N'ouvrez pas la partie gauche de la fenêtre. Cette dernière est endommagée et il vous faut un bac +5 en ingénierie pour pouvoir la refermer. Le chauffage bloqué à 18 ou 19°C. Nous comprenons la démarche, mais quand vous êtes gelés et que vous demandez au propriétaire comment il est possible d'augmenter légèrement la température et qu'en face c'est le silence radio, c'est très agaçant. Vous trouverez un sèche cheveux avec l'embout fondu, ou une dose de gel douche individuelle déjà utilisée par les précédents vacanciers... Bref, il y a des choses à revoir !

Great location, easy walking distance to main places of interest. Bar/restaurant very near if we had needed it (which as it happened, we didn’t!). Full cooking facilities and very good shower.

It was all as advertised and I have no complaints. Perhaps for tourists, a little map or explanation of how to get to local facilities would have been useful. But that is a minor thing. The instructions for picking up the keys took me a while to work out because they were all in French, and although my French is OK it’s not excellent!

The property is a quiet, residential alley in the modern side of St. Malo. We were looking for an accommodation close to the ferry terminal and it served us good. The flat is spacious and cosy for two people

The description mentions the property is "by the sea", well, not really. You can't see any seaside from the vicinity as the water is behind a tall streak of ugly warehouses, which is in turn across a busy 4-lane road. We did not feel a sense of cleanliness when we entered the flat, it felt it had been superficially cleaned by the previous guests. Probably the idea to offer guests to clean themselves to dash a whopping €30 fee if the host has to clean is not a great idea. I would suggest the host to clean the flat whatsoever, to avoid any botched cleaning and provide a better service to incoming guests

Great location just outside the old town, so we had easy parking and could come and go very easily. Great bar across the road and a very good value restaurant. Kitchen well equipped for self catering too. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and good bathroom.

The studio was comfortable, well equipped and situated in a very quiet area. It is a 15 mn walkfrom the railway station and 25 mn walk from St Malo intra muros.
