Come relax in our affordable Ocean Paradise - you will come for a week but will want to stay more. Right outside your patio door, just steps away, is the first of three pools and hot tub. Slow down in one of the comfortable lounge chairs or choose to walk a short distant further to the surf and sand on the Playa Costa Azul . Mykonos offers tennis court, pickle ball , full gym, endless beach fun, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Our condo is newly remodeled (summer 2019) 2 bedroom 2 bath with lots of extras to make your stay as comfortable as can be. Completely remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, cook top and oven. Coffee maker, blender and toaster as well. Each room has a queen size bed (guest room has a single trundle bed), Flat panel TV/DVD with a good collection of movies, a paperback library, clean linens and a stack washer/dryer. We have tennis racquets and balls for use, pool and beach toys for the kids. Our home is on the ground floor, so easy access to the pools and beach without the hassles of an elevator or stairs. Mykonos is a secure complex with 24 hour guard. Close to Zippers beach for challenging surfing; rent a surf or boogie board for hours of fun in the sea. Finish the afternoon at Zippers ocean side restaurant just minutes from Mykonos with a cold beer and good food. Mexico is the place to unwind, and our home is the place to rejuvenate your soul. Beautiful ground floor unit right next the pools. 50 yards from the beach. The picture depict the listing well. Perfect for kids. Gated security and easy parking. Fully recommend.

Where do i start? We get in and not even a few minutes in, a couple of cockroaches start running around.
The entire condo needs renos...i have no idea what they renovated a few years ago, but who knows?...i don't want to know the state it was in before the renos.
One day i open one cupboard and i'm left with the doorknob in my hand...nothing major, but that doorknob it's just a sign of the state of disrepair this place is in.
A few more days pass and we're shaken by a loud noise... one of the rusty metal high chairs just gave and my adult son almost broke his hand falling while eating breakfast.
We killed a couple more cockroaches in the meantime.
Another rusty piece of metal, who was placed in a high traffic area, fell...nothing major again, but you get the sense.
We saw a few other condos in the complex while staying there...what a difference...the only thing that wasn't much different was the price...this condo should be half the price of the other ones.

The unit was as advertised and located in a great spot within the property. Amazing outdoor terrace overlooking the pool with great views of the ocean. The unit was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Worth noting there are a lot of owners in the complex who had a problem with kids splashing and playing in the pools at times which was a little frustrating considering we were here on spring break and our kids wanted to play freely with other kids. They also don’t allow music speakers by the pool. Other than the annoyance of the local owners we loved our stay at Mykonos. Just be prepare to Uber a lot or rent a car as the few restaurants near by are over priced and not particularly authentic.

We liked staying there. As of us the the bathrooms needs to be cleaned better and the bedding can be updated too. The 2nd bedroom needs more space for clothes, the closet needs to be organized better and left empty for the guests,the drawer would be perfect instead of a commode which is full of stuff. Otherwise the apartment is really good and the outside is more than nice!! We are really to come back and invite our friends 💜❣️

We love this resort. The property is as advertised with great communication and responsiveness with property manager. Condo had everything you needed and a very large balcony we enjoyed 😊

Our family was so impressed by the property during our week long vacation. The pool and beach were fantastic and the property manager was in constant contact to make sure we were having a great stay. Highly recommend staying at this property during your next trip.

We enjoyed the stay here very much. The grounds are beautiful, the pickleball court was a must for us. The waves were good! The condo is full- we had everything we needed to cook, play on the beach or go surfing. My only suggestion is to get the condo a bit more organized- there are just a lot of miscellaneous things all over and kitchen cabinets are full - which made it hard to have some open areas for our own things but we would come back and recommend to friends.

Great property, exactly what the listing stated. Location is excellent close to amenities our family very much enjoyed. Resort staff very friendly maintaining a quiet, safe, clean and beautifully landscaped area and pool. Full recommend.

Our stay was perfect. Being ground level was easy for my elderly parents and there was always a parking spot near the front door. The patio was great to sit out on for our morning coffee. I think there was only two other families who would pop by the pool. Very quiet neighbors above us. Matteo and Kendra were quick to respond to any question we had.

The unit was close a close walk to Starbucks and 1 1/4 mile to grocery store. Uber was the best bet getting around San Jose area $2-6. Unit had everything you’d need for cooking and entertainment. Never did find the binder of information though. Beach was very big and great to swim in. Long walks are a must. Caborelaxo was a great service to/from the airport. Friendly staff and clean ride. Don’t get stuck in airport with any info both people unless you want a time share presentation! Haha
I would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Cabo. Beautiful grounds and very safe with security always walking around. Gum was very spacious and clean as well. Really can’t say enough about how well kept the property is and location of unit. Not a lot to walk to so you’ll be ubering most of the time. But it’s cheaper then renting a car and no hassle.

Just what we needed!
Great location at a great price. The view, the pool, the beach, the people, and the local restaurants were all wonderful. Would definitely do it again!
A couple side notes: The establishment is older, so don't go expecting a New 5 STAR resort. Our favorite restaurant was "Sardina Cantina!" And, Watch out for the Time-Share pressure folks at the airport. ;-)

Amazing
This condo was amazing ! Ground level so we can just walk out of any of the 3 sliding doors out to patio that leads to pool and beach . Pools were heated ( Jacuzzi + 1 pool was adult only ) A rental is suggested as taxi rides can get very expensive .
The unit had everything we needed , including a blender to make our own pina coladas :) . Washer and dryer was a plus and they had games and movies for the kids.
Security was friendly

Had a wonderful stay at Mykonos!
Myself and my teenage daughter really enjoyed the condo. The proximity to the beach and pool were perfect. The property is very relaxing and not crowded at all. the gym and tennis court were a great addition. We rented a car and visited all the nearby snorkel beaches(since you cant swim right here in front). The condo itself had all that we needed. We had a great stay!

Perfect place for a family and especially a surfing family!
Perfect place for us. I love to surf and zippers right out front was a dream. Kids loved the zero entry pools. Ground level was awesome with kids. We cooked almost all of our meals there. Kitchen was well equipped. Tons of space for everyone. Having laundry there was great. Although our kids are past infant stage, there was a pack n play, walker and booster seat (I would appreciate that if I had infants 😊). The city bus is easy to take to the grocery store (1 mile). Kids loved the playground downtown as well. Owner was very responsive as well. We will definitely look into renting this property again!

Great Location w/beach front access
Great Location. 24/7 security. The guards were very friendly and helpful. They even helped us cross the main street to catch the bus heading to Cabos San Lucas. They also referred us with a known cab driver who took us couple times down to Cabo. The condo had everything as described on the add. Before you go out to buy groceries for your stay look inside the cabinets. We bought stuff without looking and it was already there. The downside was the AC for some reason it wasn't working but we managed. Luckily it wasn't to hot. Also, the pull out bed wasn't comfortable it had missing springs. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor. They definitely need to buy a new sofa bed.

Fantastic 20 days at Mykonos
We had a fantastic 10 days. Had a couple issues with water and power that was quickly dealt with. The 24/7 security was so friendly and always smiling. Will come back again.

Fabulous time in San Jose Del Cabo.
We loved our time here. The Condo had everything we needed and the grounds and amenities are stunningly beautiful and well maintained. We often dined on the patio simply so we could enjoy the view. There are good restaurants within walking distance and supermarkets within a mile. The huge stretch of beach in front of the condo means it is never too crowded. If you are here when the Thursday night Art Walk is on in the old part of town make sure to go. Our taxi driver summed things up when he said: "Cabo San Lucas is hysterical but San Jose Del Cabo is historical." We loved not being in the middle of party central. The owners have left a nice binder of suggestions for food and activities. We would highly recommend this as a great place to stay.
