Moree’s Pompano Beach House is a beach escape with a “homey” feel! It’s attractive design and location sets it apart from the many beach hotels and resorts that dot along the Atlantic coast. This house rests in a family-friendly neighborhood that is located in Murrells Inlet on the creek. It is also less than two blocks from the beach and less than three miles from the Marlin Quay Marina and Garden City Pier. Also within acceptable driving distance are Wild Water and Wheels water-park, Murrell’s Inlet Marsh Walk, Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Crazy Sister Marina, Express Watersports, and various shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and miniature golf courses. This raised beach house comes with five bedrooms, three baths, a full kitchen, two sitting rooms, a large living/dining room, making it a great location for families and large groups. The Ground Level features an open dining/seating area, an outdoor charcoal grill, an enclosed laundry room, two enclosed bedrooms with shared bath, and an outside shower. The First Level features a classic wooden front porch with rocking chairs and a perfect view of the setting sun. Inside you can enjoy the beauty of vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, along with stylish beach decor. The First Level also features a kitchen, two bedrooms with a shared full bath, a Master Bedroom and full bath, an open living/dining area, a small enclosed seating area (surrounded by tall windows and glass doors), and a large enclosed seating/dining area (surrounded by tall windows and glass doors). Each room has a TV with satellite/cable (except for downstairs bedroom with one Queen and 1 Twin). Free Wifi! Also, we have a boat ramp and a brand new dock! Bring you boat and you can conveniently put your boat in at the house and and not worry about driving miles away! Designed for comfort and relaxation, make Moree’s Pompano Beach House your Home Away From Home during your next beach vacation. * During peak summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), reservations are from Sunday to Sunday only. Check in 4:00 pm with Check out at 10:00 am. In off season, daily rentals are available. Must be 25 years of age or older to place reservation. No golf cart included. **Check-out maid service and bed linens are included. We do not provide bath towels or wash cloths or paper products.** *** NO PETS ALLOWED!!!!

Our homeowners were great but we arrived Wednesday night and Thursday morning the downstairs bathroom was flooded because of a hole in the ceiling caused by flushing the toilet upstairs. The owners answered me immediately saying they would get a plumber ASAP but it was Thanksgiving so we didn't the plumber until Saturday morning. 12 people with 2 bathrooms and just 1 in the main part the house was hard. Also, the washer didn't spin very well so the towels etc. didn't dry very well.
All in all, it was a great house ( it was a little used hard) excellent location and our owners were very responsive.

All good ! However , there is a leak in lower Bathroom- it rained Friday evening- leak in Bathroom.

My party of 12 had an excellent time staying at the 'Family Fun at the Beach' property. It's an easy walk to the beach, and has a high level of privacy being on the inlet at the end of the isle. We had an issue with the plumbing our first morning on-site, but Susan had the issue resolved quickly after one quick call.
If you're looking for a home that can easily fit 5 cars, has a great host, and is a wonderful beach location - look no further!

We had a wonderful time for Myrtle Beach Bike Week. We had 16 adults and 11 motorcycles and had plenty of room. The listing is spot on. The location is beautiful-right on the inlet and super close to the beach. We had a great time & will be booking again!

My Girl Scouts were so excited to be able to take a trip with their cookie earnings after 3 years of waiting. They planned and budgeted for the whole trip. We all really loved the house! It was beautiful and spacious. With the short walk to the beach, we were able to enjoy some fun quality time as a troop! We hope to visit again! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Washing machine didn’t work so had to go to laundry mat which was inconvenient. Toilet in Jack n Jill bathroom would not flush appropriately. House needs a deep cleaning. Dirt and trash under and behind dresser which was visible the way dresser was placed in corner of room. Furniture in sunroom needs to be replaced. Looked dirty and stained. Love the location.

Home was in a perfect location. We brought our boat. Had no issues even at low tide. Home is a short walk to the beach with a area to park the golf cart. This is our second time renting the home and we look forward to coming again.

If you are planning a family event this is where you need to be. It’s very relaxing and entertaining. My family did a couple weekend getaway along with a 60th celebration for my sister. It was perfect. Just wish we would have booked both houses. We had guests scattered to other locations. It’s definitely worth your time.

Fun stay! Inaccurate pictures!
We had a group of 14 people sleeping at the house for a week, overall great stay. Great beach location and very good beach feel. The dock was collapsed upon arriving and we were not aware of that before, MAJOR bummer. Also, the pictures showed one room with two queens and one rooms with two twins, we based our sleeping arrangements prior on the pictures, just to arrive two rooms with one queen and one twin in each. We also found cockroaches throughout the trip, one in the downstairs bedroom, one in the small sunroom and one in the kitchen. The air conditioner shut down on the 5th day of our 7 day trip, and when asking about it, we were just told thank you for letting the owner know, instead of offered aid to get it back on, considering it was a 90 degree week. Besides those minor inconveniences, it was a great stay!

Loved it so much! Great location! The only thing I would change would be that the dock was unable to be used because it was damaged and there was no golf cart like the paperwork on the fridge stated. Overall it was amazing and we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The closeness to the beach was wonderful. The upstairs area was very roomy & well payed out for lots of people to have their separate space yet come together as well.
The downstairs bedrooms were dank & damp. That was our only complaint. There was some Damp Rid down there but that wasn’t sufficient.
Overall, the hostess was very prompt & responsive & answered all of our questions.
We love the area & hope to return to Murrell’s Inlet.
The dock wasn’t operational but we were told that in advance & it didn’t impact our pleasurable stay.

I didn't have any major issues while staying here. I enjoyed this house and hopefully I get to come back to Murrell's Inlet and stay again at this home.

Number one The dock was broken half with nail sticking up everywhere. One of my friends that went to the house with me. Cut his toe pretty bad. Two room the air conditioner didn't work very well at all. Water bugs were in every bathroom and the kitchen. And the golf cart Needs some front end work Immediately. Like the front tire is about to fall off. But the main one was the dock. It was the whole reason why we rented the house. To be able to keep our boats in the water.

Location and layout were nice. Some cosmetic issues and cleanliness could be improved. Guest sink did not work well and the storm door handle was broken. Other than some small issues, we enjoyed our stay.
