Be our guest in our spacious 4 bedroom, 3. 5 bath, 4 level 7 Springs Mountain Villas townhouse! GREAT location for winter or summer getaways!! We provide wireless internet (wifi), gas heat for winter warmth and central air conditioning to keep cool in the summer! Keypad lock entry system - no need to worry about who has the key! Easy push button entry to the townhouse. Complete contact - free check in. We are the ONLY properties in the Mt. Villas that provide air conditioned lofts and a FULL bathroom in the loft bedroom for your comfort and convenience! Our 4 level, 4 bedroom 3.5 bath Mt. Villas townhouse sleeps 12 in beds and offers top notch comfortable rental accommodations with all the amenities of home! No pull out sleep sofas! No sharing a double or full size bed either! Bedding is either a king, queen or twin size bed for sleeping comfort. For larger groups, choose our 5 BR 4 BA townhouse right next door (also 4 levels) that sleeps up to 15 in beds - vrbo 511413. Reserve BOTH for large group events; birthdays, family reunions, golf outings, etc... Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Bed linens, towels and dish /dishwasher detergent, hand soaps, cleaning supplies, starter paper products, laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied too. We are always updating and replacing items - new propane grill, kitchen pots and pans, glassware, bedding, etc... For summer rentals: Great outdoor space in the summer with large propane grill, picnic table and outdoor seating. Free use of the Mt. Villas heated outdoor pool and we are steps away from the Seven Springs Highlands golf course club house. The pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day from 9am - 9pm. Come and enjoy the mountains, take a hike, play a round of golf, go white water rafting and come back to enjoy a swim in the pool!! The use of the Mt. Villas outdoor pool is included when you stay in our townhouse - no charge to use!! Our tot lot by the pool is available year round. **Gas grill is only available for summer and fall rentals** The Mt. Villa properties are conveniently located less than a mile from the Seven Springs main gate in the Seven Springs Mountain Villa community near the outdoor pool and the Seven Springs Highlands golf course. SHUTTLE SERVICE - The shuttle is wonderful and FREE and runs year round! Winter shuttle service runs continuously every 10 - 15 minutes on the weekends and is on call during the week. Shuttle schedule and continuous run information - subject to change : December 26 - January 1 - continuously runs 24/7 January 2 - March 1 : Friday 6pm to Sunday 6pm Monday - Thursday - or any other time during the year - the shuttle is on call - shuttle number is provided in your check in email. If the week is busy, the shuttle may run continuously. Once you are parked and settled, hop on the FREE shuttle to the lodge, slopes, spa, shops, etc... Please Note: Some activities at the resort require a fee to use or participate. Please check with 7 Springs for current ski, tubing, golf or other use or admission fees. Due to previous out-of-control fires by renters, the Mt.Villas HOA insurance policy prohibits renters from using the fireplace, fire pits and all charcoal grills. No pets and no smoking in townhouse. No glitter or spray paint projects. No hair dye or hair coloring products in the condo or on the deck. Security deposit will be forfeited and extra cleaning fees will be charged for failure to comply. Guests must be 25 years of age and provide copy of valid government ID/drivers license and must sign our license agreement to complete your reservation. Your ID address must match the address you provide for the license agreement. Third party reservations are not permitted. Two night minimum pricing for all rentals. Three night minimum for most holidays. REQUIREMENTS to complete your reservation: *Guest must sign and return the license agreement and provide drivers license within 48 hours of receipt of agreement. *A few days prior to arrival, the code to the lock box and check in / check out information will be provided. Door code will not be provided if agreement is not signed and returned. *Check in times are subject to change when a guest checks out on the same day a new guests checks in. Check in time will be confirmed in your check in email. Additional items to note: *Pricing is subject to change. *Loft bedroom as noted in pictures sleeps 4 (bunk beds), is accessible by ladder and has a full bathroom and a/c for summer use. *VRBO has frequent system glitches and often adds / removes amenities to the listing. Please confirm with me if there is a specific amenity that you are looking for to ensure VRBO has not tampered with the listing, for example, the outdoor swimming pool, free wifi, free shuttle service, whole house a/c, etc... as an example because these are all amenities we provide. We want you to be happy and don't always know when VRBO has their system issues. *VRBO collects and remits all PA taxes. *VRBO charges and retains 100% of the administrative fee for all reservations made on the VRBO site. Our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 teens) fit well in this property. Conveniently located to 7 Springs and the shuttle made travel back and forth so easy! Even though there was not much snow, our skiers and snowboarders had a great time! Would definitely come back to this house.

Our family skis - so this condo was conveniently located. Shuttle service to and from 7 Springs was very helpful as well. Condo was clean and the on line pictures accurately reflect how it looks. It is "vertical" and requires traversing several sets of steps to get to the living room and bedrooms. The loft bunk bedroom has a very steep ladder (which is fine for kids and teens) but may be difficult for adults with any orthopedic issues.

Positives first! Donna is a great owner!! House was very well stocked. Everything and anything we needed was there. From soap, towels, spices, etc. Great! The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen is great! However, when we first walked in I thought the place smelled like cat pee. It wasn't, it was mold and mildew. The place is dark and damp (despite all of the attempts to have out damp rid around the condo. ) The condo is actually smaller than I thought. It was hard for all of us to sit together. We did spend time on the deck which was great. All it all, it was fine.

We could not have asked for a better experience! Renting from Donna was EXCELLENT from the moment we made our reservation to the time we checked out. The property was amazing! It had everything we needed and more! Donna was so quick to respond if we had a question, and truly we never needed to leave and get a thing. Her rentals had 100% of whatever we would need plus! Cannot wait to rent from her again. It was a great experience by all.

Spacious townhouse that comfortably fit our party of 12 which included 6 kids. The large kitchen, deck and sunken living room were our favorite parts. The backyard was very pretty to look out on. The bedrooms and bathrooms were dated but clean. TVs with cable in all of the bedrooms would be ideal. The grill was rusted and rotted on the inside and would not light, which was unexpected and a little disappointing as we thought we would use it but just did all our cooking inside instead. The owner was friendly and responded to all of my emails which was greatly appreciated.

The place was spacious, had everything we needed, and was very conveniently located to the golf course. The pool is within walking distance, and so is a nice hike. And, the drive to the other Seven Springs activities is <5 minutes. Beds were very comfy and the puzzles and games were nice as well. Donna was readily available and responsive. I would definitely stay here again my next time in Seven Springs.

Our stay included eleven adults visiting for a ski weekend. The shuttle to 7 Springs was great. The property has everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to sit in the living room. The view was nice and it was great to have 3 full baths. You may want to note that the bunk beds are on the third floor and there was basically a built in ladder to get to that floor. However, there was a full bath on that floor as well. The host was responsive and easy to get ahold of. I would recommend this property to others.

Our group of 8 had a great time! Location was very convenient to the slopes and the shuttle runs frequently. House had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. House was just as pictured. Plenty of space for everyone. Owner was very nice and whole process was easy. We had a great time.

The place is nice and roomy. The condo and kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of space and it is very convenient to get down to the slopes. A shuttle comes frequently to take you to 7 Springs or you can drive a short distance. Everything you need for a nice ski weekend.

We stayed at this property for a weekend ski trip and it was such a perfect fit for a group of 10 (but it could comfortably fit more). The house was outfitted with everything we could possibly need, including ample paper products and soaps and a fully stocked kitchen with all types of gadgets (coffee maker, blender, waffle maker) and plenty of cups/mugs/plates/pots/pans to go around. The beds were very comfortable and there were enough bathrooms for everyone. Donna was super responsive to any question we had and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely rent one of her properties again.

We had 4 adults and 5 young kids - the place was plenty big enough for all of us. The house is very well stocked and the owner is super nice and great at communication. Loved the shuttle - it really makes a difference with 9 people going back and forth to the lodge. The house is a bit dated inside, but we expected that from the pictures. Overall, had a great time.

My friends and I had a great stay at this condo! It was a perfectly sized place for a bigger group. The living room area was really big and the kitchen is a lot bigger then the pictures make it seem! The owner was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful. Also, the shuttle to the main lodge area for skiing/snowboarding is PERFECT and no one had to move their car all weekend. I would definitely recommend renting this place!

The space is great for large groups. We ended up having 12 people stay there and we didn't feel like we were bumping into each other. In our group was 4 teenage boys so the loft with 4 bunk beds was perfect for them. Overall, everyone had a good time and we were able to spread out as needed.

We had a great weekend at this property! The condo was spacious and provided plenty of recreational room for playing games and relaxing. The condo had everything that we needed for the weekend - the kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of the consumables that were promised. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed the outdoor activities that were available. I would recommend making reservations in advance if you want to take advantage of the activities at the lodge. Although late fall isn't the busiest time of the year at Seven Springs, we still had trouble making reservations for the sporting clays and a few other activities. Overall, I highly recommend this property!
