The main floor of the house offers two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed with the master bath offering a jacuzzi bath tub, separate shower and vanity area with dual sinks. The second downstairs bedroom has a king bed with a bathroom that has a bathtub/shower combination. There is a half bath in the downstairs hallway. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for three and the dining area seats eight with an additional bench seat for more seating if needed. The dining area has an exit via sliding glass door to a screened-in porch and deck areas. The screened in area includes an outdoor table that seats six as well as additional chairs for the screen porch and another table and chairs on the deck. The family room with gas fireplace offers comfortable seating and a 55'' Flat Screen HDTV. The master bedroom with the king size bed has a 37'' flat screen TV. The other four bedrooms all have a 24'' flat screen TV with integrated DVD player. Laundry room with full size washer/dryer and laundry tub connect directly to the two car garage. The second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. The first upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large walk-in closet with a port-crib provided for your convenience. The second upstairs bedroom has two bunk beds - one is a twin over full plus trundle and one is a twin over twin, and the third upstairs bedroom has one twin bed. There is also a queen inflatable bed provided for your use in case you need it. Upstairs full bath has a tub/shower combination and vanity area with two sinks. Linens (sheets and bath towels) are included (a $200 value if rented separately). Blankets are available in the house and need to be washed prior to departure or you are welcome to bring your own items for use during your stay.
