It did the job

Perfect base for a trip to Disney! The parks were literally 5 minutes away. We were were very comfortable here as 3 adult couples, but the place would also have been great for small kids.

This is the worst place. We didn't even stay, we literally walked in and walked out. Place is in an unsafe neighborhood, there's no parking besides the detached garage in the alley behind the property; not lit at night and transients in the alley. Listing states pets are not allowed but property reeks of pet urine. This was the back breaker because it set off our daughters allergic reaction so bad we couldn't be in there. There were bed bugs in 2 of the 3 beds, bugs inside the residence. Back door to the residence was unsecure and did not fit the frame. Notified host right away and she's been ghosting me since. She advised she's currently out of the country which I understood until I complained to VRBO and she got back to me right away. Communication was horrible and currently trying to get our $$ back as we didn't stay there but 20min. FYI VRBO is no help, questioning what the fee is for their service cause it seems to protect the host more than the renter. Place was unacceptable and should be removed from their site. Place has security cameras so she could see we didn't stay. Don't do this to yourself or your family. It ruined our whole trip as we had to cancel our vacation and return home.

Each room was very spacious and nice. The small garage doorknob was a little wobbly and hard to lock. The remote control for the automatic door of the garage did not work easily because it was out of batteries. I couldn't even lock the door of my house without pulling the handle. I was worried about how to check in because I didn't get a reply even if I asked a question by e-mail.

The check in process was smooth and the host was great. The property had some challenges. The parking in the garage was along an alley strewn with trash. Barking dogs next door made it difficult to sleep at times. The home was as advertised and is very close to Disneyland and the Anaheim Packing House.

Worked perfect for our trip

The place was dirty and smelled bad. Bed linens were dirty. Bathroom shower was dangerous. Beds were not queen sized. Couch was disgusting. Dog poop all over yard. Neighborhood was scary. Keurig was broken and previous guests informed the owners yet nothing was done. We left 1 day early because the house was so dirty and uncomfortable.

I would recommend this place again. We plan to stay here everytime we go to Disney

We were pleased with this VRBO, and it was really close to DisneyLand. Only took a few minutes to drive to the park each day which was great. Parking is nonexistent on the street in front of the property, and the garage in back is not very big. If you have a larger vehicle (we have a suburban), you may want to communicate that beforehand to make parking arrangements. One of the residents downstairs was really helpful when we arrived, and we ended up parking in the enclosed back yard area during our stay. The home itself was nothing special but was reasonably priced and met our families needs for our trip. We spent three days at Disneyland and 2 days at Universal Studios. Universal was about 26 miles away but wasn't terrible to get to from here.

This rental more than met our needs. All communication has been pleasant and polite. Would rent from again.

Great place to stay if on budget. The front of the entrance in no way shows how nice the place is inside. Parking is available around back in ally inside the garage for one vehicle, however owners worked with us to accommodate a second vehicle, no problem after that.

Easy access

Overall close to Disneyland. Nice beds slept well. Tendents downstairs has cats and dogs. Husband stepped in dog doo going through back yard and is allergic to cats could smell them. Neighbors dogs bark at all hours. Not able to park anything bigger then a Sudan in the garage. Bathroom has black mold in the shower. Couple of the rooms had burnt out light bulbs. Keurig did not work. For winter time heat source was OK.

Overall, our stay was great. The unit is very close to Disneyland and DCA, if that is why you are looking to book this unit. The unit was fairly well-equipped; new cooking pans are definitely needed, though. The beds were pretty comfortable and the neighborhood was pretty quiet at night, aside from a couple barking dogs at times. The shower needs an anti-slip bath mat - it's a bit slippery without one, which is dangerous. Lastly, the unit could have been a bit cleaner - dusty/dirty blinds, dust on the fan blades, dust on the ledges in the bathroom. But as I said, overall, our stay was great and we would book this unit again.

Lovely playroom for kids, they love it. There is no street parking. It's very full. Plan on using the garage. Property managers very responsive.

The entire process from booking to staying at the property was easy and went smoothly. It's clean, comfortable and was perfect for my family. I would rent from this host again.

The home wasn't what we fully expected it was nice. Unfortunately we traveled during a heat wave & the home did not have Central cooling. They did provide portable coolers but the room I had did not have one so I did not have a restful night. Because the owner requested we turn off all ACs during the day, the home was extremely hot when we returned home at night. We probably wouldn't have felt the heat so much had it been normal temperatures. The bath tub was extremely slippery & there was no mat provided. I slipped while showering & hit my arm on the shower door handle, which left me a large bruise. I did email the owner & suggested anti-slip stickers. I have not heard back. The garage opener needed new batteries but I did appreciate we had a garage to park in. I probably wouldn't use this home again because of the AC unit but if that doesn't bother you, I would recommend. Its is very close to Disneyland which we liked.

Property was as described in listing. Lots of space for families. Plenty of kid-gear on site. Anna made the check in process easy. Quick access to Disney, Knotts and Angel Stadium. Would highly recommend this property.

My family and I loved that the house was so close to Disneyland! Communication with the owner was great! When we arrived my husband sat on one of the beds and it collapsed. The owner was great with communicating and got the bed repaired right away. I think they may have actually bought a new frame even. Either way she was amazing. Thank you very much!!

Easy check in, Very clean, There were fans and small AC units in every bedroom. Parking on the street is near impossible but there is a private garage in the back. Both drip and Keurig coffee makers are available. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

We expected to have a kitchen to be able To save some money and cook but there was a cockroach in the kitchen cabinets on the first night and another walking towards me on the shower wall. Not only was it unsanitary which meant absolutely no cooking and spending tons of money eating out; I could not sleep for the fear of taking one of them home with us or they winding up in someone's ear. Totally unacceptable and the owners response about the "insects" is not appropriate. Do not rent unless you want to stay in cockroach infested home.

We had a nice stay. Very close to Disneyland in a decent neighborhood. Lots of rooms and clean. Too many dogs barking at night though.

The property itself doesn't have central air. In its place there are 3 window units that don't work very well. The property said to have queen sized beds in all rooms, when they were actually full sized. Biggest problem is the property had mice & roaches. The owner is fully aware of this issue because of plug in mice repellents. The owner has a dog that in the middle of the night barks nonstop, doesn't cleanup after dog there's poop all over yard. But.... it is very close to disney.

This property was very clean and the location was really close to Disneyland. The hostess was extremely helpful and responded immediately to any questions I had. There is also a small toy room that was a huge hit with our boys!

Fun play room for the younger kids. I wish there would have been dishwasher detergent (we did get some after asking for it), a few loads worth of laundry detergent and more kitchen towels. Great place for the stay, loved being so close to Disney
