A beautiful single family home, only a short walk away from the Loon Mountain Ski Resort and all of its facilities. A perfect summer get-away or ski/snowboard retreat with an awesome circular fireplace, an amazing open concept kitchen/living room perfect for mornings and evenings with the family and a play room with bumper pool table. On the expansive front deck you will enjoy stunning views of the white mountains while listening to the rushing waters of the Pemigewasset River. An affordable option for families to share! All bed linens and towels are included. Within walking distance or a short drive to all of the amenities Lincoln has to offer, like Clark's trading post, an array of water holes (perfect for tubing and swimming), Zip line, Rock Wall, Gondola Rides, wonderful dining options, many fun stores, a movie theater, and grocery store open 24 hours a day seven days a week.

We love staying at the kids call the "Loon House." This house is perfect as it allows us to all gather to share the memories made and enjoy being together.

Look no further than the place for your large family for the best ski location for Loon. A 5 min walk to the Octagon Lodge, Mountain Pass membership to use the heated pool and outdoor hot tub, a spacious kitchen and dining room, a statement fireplace that warmed us all up. It was exactly what we looking for. Nancy was very communicative, and quick to answer all our questions!

Loved our stay! The house was spacious with plenty of room for our multi family stay. Front deck was used extensively by all. Beautiful view of the mountains. Excellent location. Quiet, yet minutes from town. The use of the facilities at the Loon Mountain Hotel was a nice bonus. My grandkids loved the poo there! Plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. overall great stay at this lovely home.

This was our second stay at Nancy’s house. It’s a lovely, spacious home right at Loon. Plenty of room for large families or multiple families. Close to so many things plus they have a pass to the pool at Loon Mountain Club! Coffee out on the deck with views of the mountains is a personal favorite. We love coming here.

The owner made renting stress free and set clear directions and expectations. Everything exactly as expected - and this was the perfect home for a large (6-7 adults) family gathering with kids. 5 minute walk to the Loon Mountain Club, with homeowner access to the gym, pool, and jacuzzi. A few more minutes walk past the club was the Quad lift - although we generally car shuttled back and forth. The open concept kitchen/dining/fireplace pit living room was a hit! We’ll be back!

Been to this house a few times now. Still a magical house for our family winter vacation. Lots of memories being made each time we go. The location can’t be beat, fireplace is incredible and can’t wait to be back next year.

Beautiful, clean property a very short distance from Loon Mountain. The house is designed for skiers/boarders with easy in/out gear access room. Upstairs living area and kitchen very spacious and comfortable. Great fireplace in the middle of the room. Plenty of bedrooms which is a plus for multiple families. Downstairs perfect for kids to hang out along with 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Large outdoor wrap-around deck with exceptional mountain views. We are already talking about coming back next year!

Nancy made renting this house super easy. communication was spot on. check in and out easy,.. the amenities were great! location was amazing and exactly what we were looking for.

Perfect Location
A family of 12 Floridians up for a week long winter ski trip, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Very short walk to the Loon Mountain Lodge, and a quick drive to many restaurants and a grocery store in the town of Lincoln. The property has great views from the kitchen & family room to soak in the beauty of the area. Great hang out spot on the first floor for kids & young adults to keep entertained without their mobile phones. The kitchen is very functional for large groups. My only request is to add a couple of extra big pots for spaghetti dinner. Other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing, so enjoy your stay because all 12 of us surely did!

It is a short drive from all that Lincoln has to offer, 15-20 min to most trailheads through Franconia State Park, and my nephews took advantage of the many mountain biking trails on and around Loon Mountain. There was plenty of space for 10 of us and we took advantage of the fairly spacious kitchen to cook most of our meals. Overall a nice house and we would return again.

Wonderful stay at the perfect location!
We loved our stay at Nancy's spacious home! You'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay at your fingertips -- board games! Bumper pool! Comfortable beds! Great spots to curl up with a book or watch TV with the whole family! Fully outfitted kitchen! Great views from the deck!
This feels like a second home that you know is loved by it's family and generously shared with renters. The check-in process was easy and Nancy was a great communicator. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to the resort and all that encompasses.

Main level has a master bedroom and full bath and top level has additional 2 full bedrooms and a full bath. Very clean with comfortable bedding and the fluffiest bath towels I have ever used.

Awesome place to stay
This property is perfect to stay and ski at loon mountain. It’s perfect that you can put your boots on and walk down snd connect to the slopes. Spacious and roomy and just wonderful. Thank you for letting us stay here. We rented last winter and again this year. If available, we would always choose this as a rental for loon mountain . :)

Cozy! Close!
I took my two adult children for a ski getaway at Loon after they finished their college semesters. We all had a wonderful stay. The circular fireplace became our focal point. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view from the deck is dreamy. An extra perk is the hosts free access to the Loon mountain spa complete with 20 yard lap pool and hot tub. The spa and ski resort are just steps away. Our host was communicative and helpful. We can’t wait to stay again!

Fabulous Gem in Loon Mountain Resort
This property was great for large family. The location was off the chart. We had never been to NH nor Loon Mountain, and fell in love. The morning coffees on the rap around porch overlooking the breathless lush green mountain was breathtaking. The morning hikes followed by evening walks were serene. The private neighborhood with Loon Mountain was private but also friendly. We diffidently would like to comeback with our family each year. Nancy the owner was great and made the experience so amazing.

Great family and friends weekend
Great accommodations for a large group. Very cozy, has everything in the kitchen you could think of! Love the layout and fireplace! Many steps to go up and down so not good for anyone who has mobility issues. We would book again....

Excellent Stay!
Stayed a few nights to ski at Loon over the kids' Feb vacation. House was perfect for us. Close to the mountain, lots of room to spread out, well stocked. Great communication from Nancy. Use of the Mountain Club was great - kids loved swimming after a day of skiing. We'll definitely be back.

Great ski house!
We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our two families, each had their own floor to sleep on! Beautiful views, short ride to the mountain (2 minutes) or walk for those who don't mind hauling their skis 5-10 minutes. And the pool at the Loon club was wonderful for the kids and easy to access. Highly recommended!

Great Place to stay!
We really enjoyed staying here. The house was great, lots of room and space with all the amenities. Loved coming back from skiing and sitting by the fireplace and playing games at the big Kitchen table. Not to mention, the ease of walking to and from the mountain and jumping on and off the slopes. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you Nancy for a great Stay!
