We stayed in Wind Swept Sands on our first trip to Aruba. You cannot get a better location than this! View was awesome, beach was the best and condo was clean and perfect size. There were several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again on our return trip!

The condo was very roomy with two bedrooms separated by a hallway and door, so the family members had privacy. The view from the terrace is just gorgeous--straight out to the pools and the beach across the road. Lovely green landscaping throughout the condo's buildings. The location is awesome. Beach, restaurants, and supermarket all close by. Good size kitchen, and very nice bathrooms.

Celebrated the New Year in Aruba with my family. Condo was clean and big. Enjoyed having beach chairs and cooler for day trips to beach. Great location across from Eagle Beach. Compared to other trips - surprised at limited goods in kitchen. Only food item was salt and pepper. Most places we stay have a few more kitchen amenities - like a day worth of coffee or a welcome bottle of wine. Always nice for the first day in town after long travel. Check in and out was very easy. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at Pat and Julie condo . The condo is very well located from short walk to beautiful eagle beach ! The condo is super clean , spacious for the 4 of us and the pools were awesome !
Not a lot of people in the property which I h made a great relaxing va action for us ! I recommended this rental 200% !

We had 3 units in Oceania for our family trip. This was one of them my daughter and her family stayed in. We love staying at Oceania. So close to the beach the property is well maintained. Great location on Eagle Beach. This unit in particular was very well maintained. Balcony is wonderful for morning coffee overlooking the pools and the beach. Everything about it was great and I'd highly recommend this unit. We plan to return.

Perfect accommodations, clean and included everything we needed for a week. Location was ideal, walking distance to Eagle Beach, and short drive to anywhere else we wanted to go.

This property was fantastic. Perfect for a friends getaway. Eagle beach is right across the street. Very peaceful and not crowded. Best beach in Aruba. Owner provided everything necessary for relaxing on the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. Very easy and efficient check in with property manager. We enjoyed our week in paradise.

We enjoyed staying at this Oceania condo. It was just as pictured, The location was great. This area is relatively quiet compared to further down the beach. We rented a car so that enabled us to move around the island at will.
If we come back we would not hesitate to book this condo again.

We really enjoyed out week long stay. The location is fantastic. It is right across the road (very little traffic) from Eagle Beach. The grounds were beautiful too and we enjoyed the pools when we were not at the beach.
The condo is very comfortable and clean. When we needed the property manager, the response time was crazy impressive. I highly recommend this condo!

We just got back home and we miss Aruba already! Julie and pat are a delight to work with. Everything you need to get started is at the condo. Very accommodating and never had a problem getting a hold of anyone from the owners to Judy and Anna that meet you upon arrival to give you a tour. The condo is in the absolute best location! A short walk across the street to the most BEAUTIFUL sand and water we have ever seen (and we’ve been to a lot of Caribbean islands)! The beach across from the condos was never crowded! Floats, cooler, beach chairs and towels are provided! This was our first time to Aruba and it won’t be the last! We went to several areas around the island and will definitely stay at Oceania again! Thank you for the 50th birthday trip of a lifetime!!! Danki!

I would echo everything previous reviewers have stated. This condo is clean and well maintained. The air conditioning and refrigerator ice machine work great! The Oceania complex itself is beautiful, and right across the street from uncrowded Eagle Beach. I would love to see the owners upgrade to a keyless entry, but really no complaints with this unit. We would rent here again.

The property was exactly as described and looked exactly like the pictures showed. Upon arrival I called the property manager who immediately sent her assistant, Anna, to meet us at the property. Check in and check out both went smoothly. The beach chairs and cooler provided by the owners made it easy to spend the day on Eagle beach or explore other beaches too. The location allowed for excellent views of the sunset from the balcony of the unit. The pool closest to the unit was never busy which was a much needed change from where we usually stay on Palm Beach. There are some beach bars and other restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car, so we had the ability to go to Palm Beach or other restaurants for dinner but still return to the serenity offed at Oceania.
Owners communicated before and after the stay but were not overbearing. The communication was appreciated. It was a great stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

The unit:
It was clean & spacious. It had everything we needed. They gave us a starter kit of household items like trash bags, soap, detergent, toiletries & more.This gave us time to get settled w/out immediately making a trip to the store. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, etc. We enjoyed eating breakfast & lunch in the unit then splurging on dinner at one of the many delicious restaurants! The patio overlooks the water. You will see phenomenal sunsets from the patio while enjoying the ever-present breeze. The bedrooms were large w/ a lot of closet space. There were 5 of us (2 adults, 2 young adults & a teen). We never felt crowded. There are 3 nice pools on the premises. Great for night swims!
What’s nearby (walkable):
So many things! Renting a car is not necessary unless you plan to explore the island daily. There are many restaurants near the unit. A bit of everything! You will want to take a taxi to the grocery store, but if you just need a couple of things there is a marketplace nearby & the hotels/resorts nearby have small convenience stores.
The Beach
Eagle beach is gorgeous. The provided beach chairs and towels were great to have for heading to the beach.This saved us money & space in our suitcases. We loved walking to the beach several times each day. It’s about a 3-minute walk! That made it easy to go back and forth.
Communication/assistance: Excellent. Couldn’t have been better.

We loved everything about staying here. The only caveat is there is major construction going on right now next to the condo (noise), but obviously that is out of the owner’s control.

The condo was clean and in a great location. We were far enough from the activity that it was peaceful, but close enough that it was convenient to get to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The condo was a great size for our family of 4 and having a separate bathroom for the kids was a bonus.

The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities you need. The owners were very responsive and helpful providing directions from the airport, dining recommendations and activities. The property managers were extremely professional. And, the propety itself was gorgeous with beautiful pools and comfortable chairs.
All in all it was a wonderful place to really enjoy Aruba! I highly recommend it.

The property is exactly as represented in the photographs. Everything was very clean and in great working order. The beach is directly across the street and very easy to access. Really appreciated all of the beach accessories available for our use. Walking distance to numerous restaurants for dinner. A great vacation!

This is our second time staying here. Location is wonderful as it’s a short walk to Eagle Beach. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owners are great! The property manager Anna is wonderful and very responsive. The pools are nice and welcome as we had a few extra windy days on the beach. Thank you for another wonderful Aruba trip!

The condo was clean and well equipped with essentials plus some additional things that really improved our stay, like beach chairs, a cooler, etc. The property overall is well maintained and there is always plenty of chairs at the pools. Directly across from beautiful Eagle beach is perfect. Lots of restaurants, shops and a grocery within walking distance. Felt very safe in the area. Owners are very responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at this condo. Everything as expected, a couple of minor issues resolved quickly. Location to Eagle beach and restaurants is great, also right on the bus route to explore.

This property is awesome. Very clean, safe, directly across from the the beach, and walking distance to restaurants. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to having a relaxing vacation in Aruba. The owners are very responsive and answered all of our questions. The check-in process was smooth. We had not been to Aruba before and were unsure what part of the island to stay on. I read about Eagle beach and this location was the best of both worlds - relaxing and beautiful and easy access to other areas for some of our restaurant reservations. We did not rent a car and found it easy to navigate on foot, scooter or taxi. There is a great gym on the property with an ocean view which was a nice bonus. Property owner was very responsive throughout the booking and check in process. Would definitely stay here again.

We've rented with Pat and Julie before and the second time was as easy as the first. The unit was clean and neat and had everything we needed. The view is priceless. Easy access to the beach and pools. It was fabulous!

Positives: Property location was fantastic and the resort had all the amenities that a vacationer would want. Communication with owners was excellent. Appreciated the high end cable channels available on TV with a strong WiFi signal. Sightlines were great and short walk to Eagle Beach was fantastic. Appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, and starter kits of soaps.
Cons: Directions from airport were confusing. Need a better way to gain access to Maps.me or a more detailed direction to condo site. Construction was going on next to property and was very noisy at times.
Overall would recommend this site to rent.

The property was ideally located near restaurants, grocery shopping and the beach. Public transportation was a few footsteps away. This is all in addition to the property itself being very comfortable, enjoyable and well stocked for it's occupants.

Condo was great and just as advertised! Unit was very clean upon check-in and Anna met us and showed up around. Eagle Beach is just across the road and it was beautiful! Absolutely no complaints about the condo or the stay! It was indeed One Happy Island!

This unit was everything we were anticipating. Well appointed with basic essentials and very clean! It was a plus to have a washer and dryer. This unit included a cooler and beach chairs that came in handy for the beach. Beautiful Eagle Beach was a 2 minute walk directly across from the condo. We also were able to walk to breakfast daily. There was a bus stop outside the gated area making it easy to hop on! The security was top notch and could be counted on to call a taxi. This was a very relaxing and quiet place to relax with easy access to anywhere on the island!

We had a wonderful 10 days at this property! There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and the location could not have been better. We appreciated having a washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach towels and even a few floats for the ocean and/or pool. We loved going to the beach right outside the resort and swimming in the beautiful pools. Eagle Beach was perfect for our 3 children; it was a nice mixture of rolling small waves and beautiful clear water. We also enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants using the path right outside the resort. Our favorite, family friendly, restaurants in walking distance to Oceania were Passions on the Beach, Waters Edge, Pizza Bob’s and Matthew’s. There was also a Dunkin Donuts and multiple gift shops in walking distance. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!

Great setup for a family of four with comfortable bedrooms and living space. Enjoyed the lovely view of the pool and ocean from our balcony. Plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Great week!
This was our first time in Aruba and certainly won’t be the last. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and Julie and Pat were friendly and responsive. Great location, super close to amazing Eagle beach and within walking distance to several nice restaurants. We enjoyed meals out at Water’s Edge, Screaming Eagle and Zucchini. Hope to be back soon!

Absolutely Perfect!
We just returned from our first trip to Aruba and it was amazing!
The unit exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, clean, had everything we needed throughout our entire stay.
I never thought I'd want to do laundry on vacation but having the washer and dryer in the unit did prove to be quite convenient!
The security was so helpful with taxis and other suggestions on where we should go.
The condo is a 10 min taxi ride to the high rise area and to downtown. The location is perfect.
You literally walk across the street to the most beautiful water I've ever seen. We were able to secure a palapa every day of our stay without issue. Beach chairs and towels are provided in the condo. We actually never went in the pools because we wanted to soak up the beach but the pools were clean and plenty of lounges and umbrellas were available.
We already plan to go back the same week next year.

This was our first trip to Aruba and we had an absolute fantastic time. Not only is this unit very clean and comfortable it is also in a perfect location just across the street from Eagle Beach. The grounds of the complex are beautifully maintained and the sunset views from the balcony were amazing. We used taxi's and the public bus to navigate around the island-both were very easy to secure. The security guard would call a taxi for us and the bus stop is literally steps away from the condo unit. We always felt safe during our adventures out and about the island. There are many restaurants and a fairly large grocery store within walking distance of the unit. Dining out either for lunch or dinner was a delicious 'foodie" experience, amazing seafood! The entire rental process was smooth and seamless, correspondence with the owners was very prompt, complete and easy. We would not hesitate to stay in this wonderful rental unit again. Thanks to the owners for offering such a wonderful, well appointed rental unit on such a beautiful island-we had a fantastic stay and would love to come visit again!
