Enjoy a 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath LUXURY townhouse overlooking the 1st hole of the RiverMarsh Golf Course at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Cambridge, Maryland. Flat screen TV's throughout.,fully equipped kitchen; gorgeous decor and elevator for easier accessibility. Enjoy a relaxing or active vacation taking walks along the Choptank River, beach access, exploring neighborhold wildlife sanctuaries and activities galore. The River Marsh Golf Course, Stillwater Spa, and River Marsh Marina are all easily accessible on the same grounds as the townhouse. The Master Bedroom features a King Size bed, flat screen tv and a large walk in closet. The view of the golf course is breathless. The Master Bath includes a renovated glassed in shower with bench and a large soaking tub. The Second Bedroom features a Queen Size Bed and TV.. The Third Bedroom features 2 twin beds and a TV. The oversized Fourth Bedroom is on the 1st floor and features 2 single beds but can easily fit an air mattress ( not included ) if necessary. All bathrooms are styled with gorgeous tiling and marble vanity tops. The Huge Gourmet Kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dinnerware, cookware & serving pieces. Fully equipped. Large custom-made kitchen table with 8 dining chairs. Relax on the front or back balcony overlooking the beautiful Choptank River and watch the golfers approach the 1st green. Lovely location, host was wonderful and was easy to communicate with. The house everything we could need and more! We loved taking nightly walks to see the sunset, neighbors were friendly and lots of access to fun and good food!

We had a wonderful stay at this property during the Fourth of July weekend! The house was lovely, clean and spacious. Each room was comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the views from the home were wonderful especially with your morning cup of coffee! Fred was a great, communicative host! This was a great weekend trip to the eastern shore. Easy access to children activities. The property was clean and well maintained. You could tell the owners wanted to make it a good experience for their guests. Highly recommend.

Our family gathered from Vermont, North Carolina and Virginia and had a wonderful week at the townhouse. It was beautiful, spacious, clean and close to all of the Hyatt activities. It also had it's own quiet space on the property to just enjoy family time. Fred is a great host and provides all you need for your stay. We look forward to another visit in the future.

Stayed at this property while we were in town for a wedding. Property was exactly as advertised, owner was very quick to reply with a couple questions I had. Beautiful property to take a morning walk on the river. Also very convenient to grab coffee or have lunch at Hyatt nearby. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

A wonderful vacation retreat! There is so much to do in and around Cambridge. The house/property is beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed so that all ages could relax together (or get a break from each other!) communication with the owner was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Grateful for a lovely place that is easy to get to and we hope to return to!

If you are looking for a family-friendly, luxurious, and convenient rental; this place is it. The home comes with everything you could need- linens, paper products, grill, rackets, and towels. Walmart is a two minute drive and the marina is great to walk on during sunset. The host is friendly and responded promptly to all requests. Best location. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Highly recommend this property! Beautifully appointed, spacious, with everything you need for your stay. We were a group of two couples with 1 child (2&3) each. The Hyatt is super close and the amenities are amazing. Close to great restaurants. House was stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely look to come back!

Property was truly awesome. Very, very clean, so much room, exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Owners so gracious in offering use of their tennis racquets, bikes,etc. Wi fi very strong and reliable!!! So appreciate the opportunity to also bring our dogs. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Lovely townhome a short walk to the water and with a great view of golf course. Convenient base to explore Chesapeake - 40 mins from St Michael’s, 20 mins from Blackwater Wildlife Sanctuary. Terrific communication with owner. Exactly as in photos.

My hubs and I rented this home to be able to social distance for our son's micro wedding which was held at the Hyatt. This was a great decision. The property could not have been better! It is homey, welcoming, great for social distancing, spotless, perfectly equipped with everything you might need and beautifully appointed. The photos simply do not do the property justice! They are 100% accurate. However, photos do not convey the spaciousness, beauty or lovely homey feel of the townhouse. It became the gathering place for our family, who were staying at the Hyatt. The owners were great to work with, answering questions promptly and with good information. We definitely loved our home away from home, and hope to stay there again soon. Tank you Fred and Terri!
