About this house rental
Our 3-bedroom Sunriver home is the perfect place to enjoy the year-round sunshine and beauty of Central Oregon. Spacious 1600 square feet Sunriver home, great location, only a mile and a half from the Sunriver village and less than a mile from the SHARC aquatic center. 8 SHARC passes provided at no extra charge and also include tennis courts, pickleball courts, and sledding hill. Sleeps 8 maximum. Fort Rock Park is only a 1/2 mile away. Large green space behind house. Big hot tub on L-shaped deck, gas BBQ, 12 bikes. Huge great room w/vaulted ceiling and skylights is open to kitchen and dining area, wi-fi, flat screen TV, DVD/CD and wood-burning stove with firewood provided. Fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floors, granite counters, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and every spice possible! Everything you need to feel at home. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a queen bed, flat screen TV, and walk-in closet, and one with 2 sets of bunks (4 beds total). Main level also has a full bathroom and laundry. The spacious master bedroom is upstairs w/vaulted ceiling, flat screen TV, new king bed, full bathroom with new granite counters w/double sinks, walk-in closet, French doors to a private deck. We enjoyed our stay with lots of bikes and so many kitchen gadgets and utensils and plates . All beds were comfortable and the hot tube was great !

3 Red Hill is a great place to stay. Has every kitchen anything you could possibly need.
There was an issue with the refrigerator not working and I reached out to Linda about it and she was very attentive and immediately took care of the issue. Both her and her husband were very kind and helpful. Great customer service by both of them.

Our family had a great stay. House is spacious, clean, well laid out, and extremely well stocked. Convenient location. Nice hot tub. Best array of bikes that we have encountered in any of our Sunriver stays. No AC, but we were able to cool off house easily with window fans. Host Linda is easy to get in touch with. Great rental for groups/families. Thanks!

We had a nice time during our stay and would book again. The kitchen was very well stocked, we appreciated the hot tub having an overhead covering, and though we brought our own, it was great to see all the bikes available to borrow!

The home was in a quiet safe neighborhood. Unfortunately the SHARC wasn't available during our short visit, only open 3pm to 8pm on the day I planned on visiting. Of course, this was no ones fault and was because of limited staffing. Everything else about our stay was wonderful! The beds were comfy, tons of extra blankets and pillows to choose from. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. We enjoyed a bike ride around the neighborhood with a great variety of bikes to choose from. And we loved the deck for eating outside and of course the hot tub. We had zero issues and didn't need to contact the owner, but I know that it wouldn't have been a problem based on the ease of booking, check in and check out. We hope to be back to this fun getaway.

This location was perfect for our needs, 2 teens and 2 adults. Very spacious, open air and great amenities! Very well stocked kitchen with more than we ever needed. The hot tub was great on those cool nights after hot days. Amazing water pressure in the showers, which is a huge selling point for me!
Off the beaten path, but close enough to town that it didn't feel like we were away from everything.
If we go to Bend again, I will definitely look to stay here again! Host was great with prompt responses and information in advance for our late night arrival.

This property was everything we hoped for. Lots of space for everyone to spread out, a fully stocked kitchen (we cook 2/3s of our meals in), and plenty of towels, TP, etc. Would definitely stay here again. Linda was really responsive when there was a minor issue - even though she was on vacation herself! Looking forward to returning. It was our first time in SunRiver and the whole family agreed to put it on the repeat list! I also loved that it felt safe enough to send our teens out biking or walking on their own when they wanted space.

We have never been to Sunriver , and now sorry we have been missing it . Was a very hot stretch in August , so we lucked out with this home .
Spacious , comfy , clean and a wealth of items provided for your enjoyment . Felt very much like being at home .. many thanks to the owners for the use of their home ..
Cooled down nicely at night and the hot tub felt great on a couple of mornings ! With the multitude of fans , no AC was a non-issue .
Really appreciated having the garage for our own bikes , golf clubs , etc .. and our kids ( 30's !! ) made good use of the bikes on site .. No complaints .. great trip .. thank you

We had a nice time, with temps in the mid 90’s it was pretty hot inside the house with no AC, I didn’t see that in the description when I booked. Property manager was excellent with communication. Would consider staying here again!

Great property for my wife and I along with our four kids and my two parents to stay for a week long vacation. We all found a bike to use in the garage. The hot tub in the back yard was clean and easy to use. And it was of course great to have a SHARC pass for everyone! Linda was easy to get ahold of when we had a question and very pleasant to talk to. We hope to return!

I love to cook and always come prepared, but incase I wasn't - this house had everything! Best stocked kitchen in all my sunriver visits. The layout was perfect for our small family. The kids ran in circles basically the entire time. It was a bit further away from the village then we are normally used to but very close to the park which was a treat for our kiddos! Highly recommend.

Very big deck. There were nicer chairs for the deck in the garage that they didn't show in the pics. Hot tub was good, but it had way too many chemicals, smell was very overwhelming. The kitchen is very well stocked. I would rent this again for sure.

This was a great place for us to rest up after sunny days skiing/snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor. And for those of us. It skiing it was a nice place to get some long walks in and enjoy the quiet scenery.

This home was the perfect space for our two small families to gather for a long weekend of skiing. The home was clean, comfortable and had the most well equipped kitchen I've rented in a while. The hot tub was amazing, just what the adults needed after a long day of skiing. The wood burning stove and the sleds in the garage were an amazing surprise and were put to good use.
The host was so helpful. When the coffee maker turned out to be broken, she answered my call right away and directed me to a spare she had in the pantry. Amazing. We will definitely be back.

Great location, super comfortable and cozy home. I had no idea how much there is to do in Sunriver - we enjoyed the observatory, the walk up Lava Butte, mountain biking, the parks, and the SPARC. I'll totally go back again.

peacful time of year
house is situated on a cuddle-sack off circle 11 so not a lot of traffic so peaceful! hot tub was clean and amazing specially after riding bikes all day. house is very well stocked with everything you can imagine. love the balcony off the master. although the level transition from dining room table to living room and from living room to other bedrooms and bathroom are a pain specially in the dark over all its a very nice place to rent
