Please email us if you are wanting a winter or summer break in a fabulous condo with lots of space and an amazing view! 20 Minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta, our 8TH FLOOR VILLA MAGNA CONDOMINIUM overlooks one of the largest stretches of beach in Nuevo Vallarta. Our 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom condominium is just a short 15 minute ride from the airport and 25 minutes from the center of Puerto Vallarta. Situated where the jungle meets the sea along Banderas Bay, our condominium provides stunning views to Punta de Mita to the North and Mismaloya to the South. It is one of the largest condominiums in the Villa Magna development, with over 2,300 square feet of living space, including a large patio, where you can watch the world go by. The Villa Magna Development has three condominium towers and is currently anchored by the WYNDHAM'S ALLTRA ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL. As a guest of a condo owner, you are able to use all the common facilities of the property and hotel free of charge. If you wish, you can use the hotel restaurants 'a la carte' or purchase a 24 hour all inclusive pass. The hotel has has five restaurants, spa, bars, and numerous activities available to you. All four bedrooms have spectacular views. There are two master bedrooms, both with king sized beds, a third with twin beds and the fourth has a twin bed with a trundle. All the beds are pillow top with box spring mattresses. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and separate air conditioning unit. (All air conditioning units and compressors replaced August 2018). There is a full-sized designer kitchen with granite counter tops and a large dining/living area, all with sweeping views of the Bay. The condo is fully equipped with linens, towels, utensils, appliances and a full sized washer and dryer. In the living room is a 42' flat screen television where you can enjoy SKY Digital TV. We also have a DVD player and a very large selection of DVD's. The condo also has its own high speed internet connection. We would love you to stay at our condominium; you will think you have arrived in paradise as soon as you step in and see the view. Our bi-lingual property manager lives nearby and will assist with any questions/concerns you might have during your stay. Prior to your visit, we can give you advice on vacation planning. We are happy to provide you with references from past guests who have enjoyed our condo. Lastly, we are legally registered with the Mexican Government and pay/remit all associated Mexican taxes. Moira's place is outstanding. I had a long stay here with my wife and three kids (22, 19 and 16), and my parents. There was plenty of room for all of us and five bathrooms really make things easy. We cooked breakfast and lunch in the well-stocked kitchen and mostly went to restaurants for dinner (a walk or cheap cab ride away). The resort area at Villa Magna is great - three huge pools and a beautiful strip of beach. The scene at the attached hotel (Wyndham) is relaxed although there are some activities if people are interested (my kids played a lot of tennis and volleyball). The balcony is lovely and looks over the beach. Pilar (the property manager) attended to all our needs, and Moira (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with, checking in with us several times over the course of our stay. We are hoping to go back soon!

This is a special condo in a great location. It has a spectacular panoramic northerly view of Banderas Bay and the coastline of the Nuevo Vallarta area. The soothing sound of the waves rocks you to sleep at night. The balcony is very spacious and begs you to sit and stare at the scene or just read and relax while listening to the ocean. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and beds are quite comfortable, and the kitchen and laundry areas are spacious. The pool areas are wonderfully appointed and very large and the sand is beautiful with nice nearby resorts to see on a beach combing walk. We had a spectacular sunset one night of our trip. Unexpectedly, we discovered a very popular walking/jogging path right out front that extends for miles in both directions, better and longer than most any we have seen before in resort areas, even in the US. There are great restaurants nearby. The whole area feels safe and well cared for. The owner Moira and hostess Pilar were good to work with. We loved our stay.

The condo is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had such a beautiful time sitting on the patio and more than enough room for our family. We had one small issue with the shower draining but it was responded to very quickly and efficiently. I only mention it because the communication back and forth and the efficiency in how it was resolved was outstanding!!! The book of tips and tricks and condo information was a great resource and we tried many of the restaurant suggestions. Thank you for a wonderful time.

This was an amazing condo! When you walk through the front door, the view takes your breath away! The condo itself was roomy, very well stocked and had comfy beds! The area around the condo is also just lovely! Our family enjoyed it so much and loved eating out on the patio each day and enjoying the amazing view and listening to the waves crash on shore. Moira was simply the best host we have ever dealt with! She was so supportive when our flights were cancelled due to weather and helped us replan a few extra days. We can’t say enough good things about the condo, Moira and our whole experience here! We would love to come back and stay here again and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend staying here! Thank you again Moira for sharing your home with us!

We have been to the area many times and like to get the best of both worlds (some days in a resort/some days doing our own thing) without having to change accommodations. This unit was perfect for that. Plenty of room for the 5 of us, and would have been fine if we had more with us as well. Unit was fully stocked, amazing location and views, comfortable beds, and the owner leaves tons of information for all kinds of things to do - both logistically and as a tourist. The staff at the resident snack bar are delightful and their food/drinks are super inexpensive - and better than the resort. Convenient location to surrounding fun too. Everything was easy and the owner is super responsive!

We had our family of 8 stay and was shocked with how much room the condo had. The kitchen was huge and well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were super comfortable and the views were AMAZING! The pools were nice and the beach was the nicest we’ve been to. No rocks or shells to steps on…. It was so great! The host was nice, we didn’t need to really reach out as she prepared us for what we needed to do before we arrived. We will definitely be back.

Best Rental Experience

To be short and to the point: The location was amazing, the owners were fabulous to work with, the furniture was clean and comfortable, and the time in Puerto Vallarta was just so enjoyable. We will be going back and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The condo was large enough for 8 adults to be comfortable. Being part of the resort was a plus--very nice pools, lounge chairs, volleyball and a well-maintained beach. We purchased all-inclusive passes for 24 hours and enjoyed meals and drinks. We also checked out Fajita Republic and Ciaos--both within an easy walk. Very good! Paradise Village shopping is a 1.2 mile walk away--nice grocery store, Starbucks, ATMs and other shops. We walked there and took a cheap taxi back when our arms were loaded with supplies. We felt safe throughout this community. Security was always visible at the resort and we were treated so well. The condo was well equipped and maintained. Had a lot of extras like binoculars to watch the whales from our balcony and a beach-size cooler and ice packs to keep our cervesa cold. Nice! Plenty of dishes, towels, hair dryers, books, lovely decor and loads of closet and dresser space. AC in each bedroom kept things cool while we slept. But it was most fun to have the doors open with a perfect cross wind. Such a respite from our cold winter back home. We felt so lucky to have found this slice of heaven to unwind and block out all the worries of the world. I wish I was back there now! I highly recommend this condo and hope to return someday. Wonderful Place To Stay
This was our first trip to Mexico and we were not disappointed. We went with relatives who were familiar with the area but had not stayed at this location before. The condo was exactly as listed, clean with a spacious wide open floor plan, well maintained facility and wonderful views of the ocean and pool area.
When we arrived we were met by the property manager who showed us to our unit and walked us through everything. Prior to arrival the owner had emailed us all the pertinent information regarding the area and Dreams Resort. We only utilized Dreams restaurants for breakfast one morning we mostly used the poolside bar for drinks and afternoon eats. The breakfast was good with all you could drink Mimosas and Bloody Marys for $23 US but we enjoyed the poolside bar most...wonderful fish and shrimp tacos.
Not far from the condo there are many free standing restaurants that we also enjoyed within a 5-10 minute walk from the condo. Fajita Republic (recommend reservations for large groups) was a really nice place for dinner. 3 x 3 which was right next door to Fajita Republic was great for breakfast and the food was outstanding, I recommend the shrimp omelet and get the premium combo which included pastries, coffee, fruit cocktail and fruit smoothie. Lastly La Isla was a cute quaint little restaurant we visited for lunch and their chicken fajitas were amazing.
We would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to visit the area, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent! Exceeded our expectations!
The view from this condo is breathtaking. There is a wall of glass in the living room/dining area, and master bedroom, that provides you with an amazing view of both the ocean and the resort's pools and grounds. The sunsets are stunning. The building this condo is situated in is near a beautiful, expansive stretch of beach that is firm enough to enjoyably walk and run on.
Sharing the Dreams All Inclusive Resort property has many advantages and you can purchase day passes from the Resort as desired. Visiting the Resort's rooftop lounge is a must. The food at the many restaurants is top quality and presentation is superb. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The condo is elegantly furnished and spacious. Moira, the owner, and her Assistant in Mexico, are delightful to work with. Very professional and will promptly address any concerns you may have. Nuevo Vallarta area has many restaurants and shops to meet your daily needs. We found most places were within walking distance from the condo or a short cab ride if desired.
We definitely give this condo, the individuals we interacted with, and the location a 5 Star rating. Was a phenomenal vacation and we would most definitely book again.

Condo was immaculate and furnished beautifully. Moira was an absolute pleasure to work with, and when we has some unexpected changes to our plans, she more than accommodated us to ensure our stay was amazing. Amenities are plentiful and you cannot ask for a better place to stay on a vacation.

Mexican Nirvana
This beautiful and spacious four bedroom condo will truly give you freedom from the endless mundane routines most of us live. The large balcony equipped with furniture and a propane barbecue over looks dazzling pools, beautiful grounds and a tranquil sea. Throughout the condo are tasteful mesmerizing pieces of Mexican art that create an authentic ambience of this amazing country. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dinnerware and cookware that are in brand new condition. There are plenty of spices and condiments as well as other treats that have been left by former guests that are available so you can create that perfect meal.
Transportation is readily at hand whether you are going into town for a stroll along the Malecon (a scenic shopping /dinning strip by the sea, an excursion into the spectacular mountains for some tequilla tasting or an exploration to Los Arcos (a marine national park0, for some snorkeling or diving.
This condo has everything for a most memorable vacation. Locale, hospitality and climate are all for free at this enchanting emaculate condo.
The beaches are sandy, the area is safe and the staff are amiable. My wife and I have traveled all over the Americas and Europe and this is by far the nicest rental we've experienced.

Villa Magna Condo
My 8 member family stayed here for two weeks. The ages varied from 6 years to 85 years. The view was spectacular and I mean spectacular! The layout of the condo, 4 bedrooms, where everyone had their own bath and a large kitchen, where we could all cook together was excellent. We used the dining room table as an office and ate on the lovely patio every meal. What I really appreciated about this experience was the location to the pool and the beach. It was easy to get on and off of the elevator for my mom, who was in a wheelchair, and we were close to everything she needed. The owner of this condo had a lot of pride in her place and took good care of us, before, during and after the stay. Someone greeted us upon arrival and where there when we left. If something wasn't working, we called and someone came the next day to fix it. You can tell it is loved and cared for. We will definitely be returning here.

A Wonderful Condo
We've known about this condo for several years (the owners are friends) but only just got around to booking it this fall. It was perfect for a family get-together - easily accommodated all seven of us. Each bedroom is ensuite which ensures a private space when needed (infrequently), a wonderful, fully equiped kitchen, and the large living/dining area. With October humidity, the large deck with its ocean breezes was a perfect spot to sit and relax. The large sliders opening to the deck allowed us to not have to use the AC (we enjoy fresh air more so).
The condo is attached to the Dreams Villa Magna Hotel, allowing full access to all programs and activities which don't require extra payment. Should you choose, the 24 hour "All Inclusive" option (food and beverage at a cost of $86 usd) is an attractive option which our kids and their partners enjoyed.
Situated right on the beach allowed us to go on long walks each day and enjoy the warm ocean water. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance and/or a short taxi ride. Grocery stores and shopping are a reasonable taxi ride away, allowing use of the kitchen facilities should you choose to 'eat in'.
Pilar, the local Manager, is but a phone call/email away. As well, the owner responds almost instantly to any questions. With the well appointed condo and local guidebooks available, this is seldom required.
Would we return? Of course!

Best ever
I have been so many times at the Villamagna at diferent units but be sure from now on Will always return to this condo. The view si the best. There was nothing that que can think we missed not having. The furniture was very nice and very well kept. But the best are te owner, Moira, and the manager, Pilar, thank you both!
Both te condo and the Dreams resort are top notch.
We are already looking to our new visit.

Everything Was Fantastic
From our very first inquiry regarding this condo Moira was an absolute dream to work with. Every detail we could possibly think of was covered by the information Moira provided. The condo is beautiful. The decor is very elegant and tastefully done. The view from the deck is breath taking reaching far across the bay. This condo has everything a family could dream of and the location is close to every need. The ability to buy into the attached Dreams Resorts all inclusive plan is a nice option to have. The attached resort is wonderful and staffed with great people. We watched baby turtles emerge from the sand and make their way to the water, what an experience. Excursions were easy to arrange at the resort, Rhythms Of The Night is a must. Thank-you Moira for sharing your beautiful home away from home with us we look forward to returning you truly have been a dream to work with.

Another wonderful holiday at Villa Magna in Nuevo Vallarta!
This was our third holiday to Nuevo Vallarta staying at Moira's beautiful condo. Beautiful ocean view of the Bay, spacious condo unit, great pools and activites, and great Mexican hospitality keep us going back. Comfortable beds, a large kitchen with full appliances, washer and dryer in the unit and updated decor in the condo make your holiday a pleasure. Moira is a wonderful host - every inquiry answered and very knowledgable about the Bay area including activites and restaurants. Pilar is the onsite manager and is always able to address any concerns or questions you may have. The sheer fact that our family - we have a 13 year old daughter and 16 year old son - have made this our favorite holiday destination says alot . Kids love the pools and beach - our son played VB with the gang twice a day. :) We like to take out the jet skis offered for rental on the beach in front of the resort. We opted to again purchase the day passes from Dreams for food. The Dreams staff went OVER and ABOVE to accommidate us. If you don't see something on the menu or want to substitute no worries... Just makes life easier for us but we LOVE the Mega Store (great wine and beer selection) and Costco-easy drive or taxi ride. We also made day trips to PV, Bucarias (check out Breakers Wednesday nights for their live music!), and La Cruz to the Sunday outdoor market - absolutely worth the trip but is very busy. Wonderful fresh fruits, veggies, food and beverage vendors and artisans. We have also walked to Paradise Village for a Starbucks coffee or to buy groceries at the market - be aware of the time share pirrahana's in the mall! We would Highly recommend Nuevo Vallarta as a holiday destination to everyone! Gracious Moira for another wonderful holiday...till next year... :)

Fantastic beautiful condo
This condo is immaculate and has every amenity you would require for a relaxing vacation. The owner provided so much useful and relevant information, from the rental car company to Dreams facilities to restaurants and must-do experiences. The wealth of information before we arrived and available in the condo allowed us to be relaxed and comfortable, and made my husband's 70th birthday / family reunion memorable and one to be remembered. The condo was very spacious, light and airy, with lovely pool and beach views. It was easy to clean and maintain and all supplies were provided. The kitchen was a good size with everything we needed and allowed several cooks to be in the kitchen at once. There were even spices and condiments available, which made our stay quite different to a hotel stay! The balcony allowed us all to be outside together and sunset photos were amazing. We didn't use the BBQ but it was available if you wanted to grill. Everyone at Villa Magna was friendly and helpful, especially the condo manager who helped us considerably with a missing suitcase from a family member. The owner was available via email and made some relevant suggestions when we thought we would have to find a doctor. The master suite especially, was large and the jacuzzi tub was a plus. Family members reported the mattresses, pillows and bedding very comfortable. I would recommend this condo for your family get-together. The location to golf courses, restaurants along the beach, Paradise Village, Walmart etc very convenient. The restaurants we loved particularly were Hidden Paradise, La Dolce Vita and the steak restaurant on the main road in to Villa Magna and the seafood restaurant in Paradise Village. We had several trips through Vallarta Adventures (Yelapa tour, Rhythms of the Night, swimming with the dolphins and sealions) and found we got a free dolphin show and dolphin training every time we were there. We loved the malecon in Puerto Vallarta and wished we had been able to get to the artisan's market in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle - next time!! A wonderful vacation.
