This was the absolute PERFECT home. It had everything we needed for our large family. From the pool table to double kitchen, I have never enjoyed a home so much.

We are a large family and always rent a cabin so we can spend a week together for the holidays. This has been the best cabin so far. Very spacious, clean, and a great location. The owner was easy to get ahold of and was very helpful throughout the week. Would definitely recommend!

Mom / son weekend, can’t beat the space, separate areas for kids, plenty of beds! Location is good too.

We had such a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for everyone—adults and kids! The house was clean and well stocked. The location was private and quiet, while still being close to town for us to pick up pizza and coffee. This was truly a perfect property for our trip. Thank you so much!

The vacation rental was the clean and perfect location, This house is perfect for 3-4 families or 5-6 couples! Plenty of beds and bathroom(3-4), 2 kitchen has plenty of dishes, glassware, cooking utensils Kids enjoy it a lot as it has lots of toys and Kids also did sliding at the back of Cottage The patio is great for early morning coffee and happy hour! Overall, The house was near perfect and our group agrees we should book for the trip next year.

Other than that, we had a pleasant stay and the owner communicates well. The place provides mainly everything that you need and have two kitchen and refrigerator which is awesome.

House is large and a bit oddly configured but sleeps a lot of people: 2 king bedrooms (neither is a true master, not attached to a bath); 1 bedroom with 2 twins attached to a bathroom; and a loft with 3 sets of bunks upstairs. 1 bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, attached to a bathroom. The bathrooms are basic but clean and functional. The main kitchen is well equipped and it was nice having two ovens and two refrigerators. Beds were comfy. No A/C which usually isn’t an issue in Tahoe but this weekend was hot and it was 87 in the house. There are some ceiling fans and lots of sliders and windows, but no central house fan. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was clean and Nikki includes great detailed information for easy check in and check out. Our group had such a wonderful time and hope to rebook this property again in the future.

We had a family gathering at this cottage. Everything was great. There are few things you have to pay attention to though:Dining tables are covered with so much glance that if you put anything slightly hot on it, it will stick to the table. Our recommendation is to take a good table cover with you.Also, there were no soap at the bathrooms, so take some with you if you do wash your hands. LolTake a tea pot, or you are risking to stay without hot tea or hot chocolate. And take good filtered water with you. Top water taste disgusting and boiling it doesn’t help.Take slippers, if your fit get cold on the floor. Especially for downstairs floors.Be ware of bears! When I arrived, there was a bear at the front yard in the middle of the day. I(It was around 2 pm). It didn’t even budge when it saw me by myself in the car. However, when other family members arrived, the bear left. Took me a good 10 minutes stay in the car before others came. It was a bit scary knowing that there are wild bears roaming outside, especially since we had a child with us. Overall, no harm was done. We had a great time playing with the snow, building snowman, and sliding down the hill at the park that was literally few turns away down the road. There were lots of families at the park, but not too crowded, so our child had the time of his life playing with other kids. Plenty of the parking spaces at the park too.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house is clean and extremely functional not to mention fun! Pool table was terrific for evenings after skiing and sledding, kids had so much fun. Tons of sleeping space. We had a bear visit with us for over an hour (we were NOT feeding him nor was there any food outside!!!), he didn’t want to leave even with us yelling, he just sat on a stump eating snow and licking the tree. The kids were in awe. People would be walking their dogs and didn’t seem surprised nor scared of the bear so obviously they come down a lot. We would come back and stay here for sure!

It was amazing we had a great time everything is nice and clean. The whole family enjoyed everything from the living room to the bedrooms and the billiards room. It was an amazing experience
