Mucho ruido no se puede dormir ruido desde las 5 de la mañana hasta las 2 o aveces 3 de la madrugada no sé si en mi estancia estaban haciendo remodelaciones en el segundo piso

La chica de contacto se esfuerza poco en entenderte. Solo se comunica en francés y hace no entender nada de nada, aunque le hables en inglés.

Great location, clean apartment and amazing city and people.

Superb location, everything is 5-10 mins walk away, specially during the Christmas season and markets. Train station is 15 min walk away. Clean and comfy apartment, warm and cozy.

Be ready for some google translate action, since they don’t speak english. Apartment could use some more stuff in the kitchen (something to cook coffee/tea in), but we managed with what we had. Can’t complain much. Our stay was pleasent and it’s a decent value for money, specially due to it’s location which we paid most attention to.

Colmar.....come nelle favole

Ottima la posizione in centro e vicino a tutto, appartamento davvero delizioso su due piani, completo di tutto e riscaldamento perfetto. Abbiamo usato la cucina ed era completa di tutto. Wi-fi gratuito, TV con la Rai, Comodo il check-in on line e l'entrata all'appartamento comoda mediante il pin fornito dalla proprietaria.

Too expensive for what it offers.

Location was good. Clean sheets

-3rd floor and no elevator - in the staircase it smells really strong of cleaning substances. So strong smells that I was always close to passing out just before reaching 3rd floor. Ironically, the staircase was anything but clean. - it was pretty hot in the attic. Had to sleep with windows open and that meant noise. - no shower doors and the draining was partially blocked. No shower gel. - there was a coffee Maschine but it was dirty, missing parts and there were no capsules. - no curtains - kitchen was old and worn out - It looked like it wasn’t vacuumed before we arrived

OK Location, needs a bit of TLC and better customer service

Proximity to historic Colmar was perfect for walking around the ancient streets.

It took 25 mins of standing outside, calling, messaging and SMSing before we got the Codes for the Keybox AND the front door. Shower cubicle was missing its doors and didn't drain well. The bedroom in the loft could do with thicker curtains for light sleepers.

I waited outside the apartment building on a very hot afternoon with no shade unable to get in until she reached me for almost an hour.

Place Ok, clean, nice location, trucks little noisy early in the morning. Communication difficult.

Location very good. Entry easy. Room clean and fresh

Communication only with cleaning lady who could only speak french. We struggled to communicate. There were no shower doors. They were taken off and put against wall.

Colmar is a popular destination and it is a good value all-in-all.

The location was very central and easy access to all the main attractions. The apartment is also spacious and clean. It is well equipped.

I wish they could speak a little bit English to smooth the process.

Lousy

Location is good on side street not far from town. Communication was terrible, the worst we have encountered with any stay. I kept trying to email/ message the owner on several occasions since booking last August there were no replies and no answers to questions. Getting into the apartment was a disaster it took several strangers help to finally get the outside door code, then then apartment number was that we were told would have a key in the door, was wrong so no key. The hall lights would plunge you into darkness if you were not running around,so it was very unsafe. The actual apartment was another flight up that had a key in the door, so we stayed there over night and were very glad we were leaving at 5 AM. The apartment was nothing special and didn’t have much going for it except space.

Stated above no communication. Creepy and expensive.

Very well located

The apartment is very well located. Only 15 min away from the train station and 5 min away from the city centre. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped.

The lady did not have present the booking and while liaising did not have much interest in opening the door for us. The photos do not correspond to the reality since they show that there is a small sofa bed that in reality does not exist. There is no soap or shower gel to take the shower.

OK if sleeping well is not your priority

The apartment (no.3) is in good condition, tiny yet cosy and in a great location in the historic centre. It is two-storey, with a nice rooftop view to the cathedral from the loft floor.

Our stay was a sleep deprivation torture. We were in apt.3, and in apt.2 just below, a stoned or drunk company was shouting songs and moving furniture until 4 in the morning. Not the owners' fault of course, but there goes our honest experience and the reason for the rating. Most other visitors should be luckier but it's a roulette, and sound insulation is not this apartment's forte anyway. Another concern was that the front door with a code didn't lock properly and stayed open all the time. It wasn't a big deal for our one-night sleepover stay, just flagging this for the owners to fix.

Awesome centrally-located apartment in Colmar!

Wonderful location. Very close to shops and a 10 minute walk from just about everything. This 1-bed unit was perfect for a solo traveler wanting some privacy. Very clean and well-equipped. Free wifi was not incredibly fast, but helpful for remote working.

Agree with other reviewers, poor communication with staff. Never received a message back regarding what to do with keys at the end of my stay. Otherwise a fantastic spot to spend a few days in Colmar.

Good location, but decaying apartment

Good location and in general it could have been a nice apartment but....

Apartment left completely without any repairs.. Shower door has fell down and it is hanging from one point, bed lamp broken in two, half of the lamps do not light, all fire detectors disconnected. No bottom sheet on the double bed, and also no thin top sheets in general, which are needed with 28 Degreed temperature (cannot sleep with thick quilts). Also no contact from host for check-in, only after a message from our side were we given information how to enter the apartment. And generally not clean.

Host was available.

Host could barely understand me. Electrical switch panel near bed. Someone smoked in the room before. The light sensors on the floor activates only if you enter the stairs (dangerous!)

Lovely apartment in the center of Kalmar. Suitable for a company, preferably without small children because the stairs are very steep recommend for any term of stay!
