FOR NOW, THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR REPAIRS INDEFINITELY. WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT ON ISLA VERDE BEACH. THE BEST BEACH IN THE SAN JUAN AREA WHERE YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS, PARASAILING, BANANA BOATS ETC. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. A FEE OF $200 WILL BE CHARGED TO REMOVE ODOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE RENTAL WITH A RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN A HOTEL SETTING THIS STUDIO IS RENTED FOR TWO PERSONS ONLY. A $200 FEE FOR DAMAGES DONE BY SERVICE DOGS. CHECK-IN IS AT 3 OR 4 PM DUE TO CLEANING REGULATIONS FOR ROOMS. WHEN THE ROOM IS READY I WILL TEXT YOU. USUALLY, IT IS EARLIER THAN 3PM Remodeled studio with a King size bed. Equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet, cable TV, large balcony, AC, and a Reserved Parking Space in the underground garage. Located on the beach at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the International Airport and next door to the resort hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel San Juan. We provide linen and towels. Please note that there is no daily room service during your rental as this is a Private Owner's rental. Within a short walk to Chili's, Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Taco Bell, Wendy's, CVS, Pueblo Supermarket open 24 hrs., El Metropol and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a romantic vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for two persons. Non-smoking persons only, no pets. PS. Spectacular beachfront view - the best on the Island! The condo is located right on the beach where you can rent water sports such as ski jets, and parasailing.

Located on the 17'th floor, the views over Isla Verde beach are fantastic. The apartment really looks and feels like someones vacation home, which I prefer over the sterile feeling of a hotel. It may need some new paint, but that is purely cosmetic. Unlike the building itself which feels like it could make a great set for a depressing sci-fi or horror movie.
The only major downside of the apartment are all the loud fans from air conditioning units (both in the building itself and from neighbouring buildings) - if you are not used to it, bring earplugs, and if you are used to it you will probably not notice it enough to care. The beach club next door appears to play loud music on weekends that is so loud that everything in the room vibrates even with all doors closed. Thankfully it stops by 8pm. And until the pool below is repaired, expect jackhammers on and off from 8am to 5pm on weekdays. You hear surprisingly little from the airport though, as the building itself shields from that noise.
Other than that, it is a really nice apartment with fantastic views, comfortable bed, useful kitchen, good bathroom, free parking in parking garage, close to restaurants as well as a supermarket, and friendly host that was easy to communicate with. Would not hesitate to stay here again - after the pool has been repaired.

Loved our stay. Beautiful view. Comfortable condo and bed. Loved the communications from the hostess, Isabel. My every question was answered promptly. We really appreciated her. Great location. Easy beach access. Close to several restaurants. Grocery store is a few blocks away and so is CVS.

Isabel (The Hostess) is a great communicater and responds quickly. Excellent location for dining and beach access and the view from the terrace is wonderful and very relaxing in the evening while listening to the crashing of the waves. Checking in was nice and easy with an underground parking near the elevators to the penthouse and security by the front desk. I'll BE Back!

The host had a defensive air in her communication when I ran into difficulties. The repetitive texts and emails from the host were a bit intrusive.
Found the bed, floor and refrigerator with sand.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in ESJ Tower. When I pressed the PH button, my wife thought I was joking. This unit is nicely appointed with comfortable bedding and everything needed for a get away vacation. The view is spectacular. We sat on the balcony for a glass of wine every evening after returning from the day's activities. Even though this is a studio unit, it felt plenty spacious for the two of us. Highly recommended. A+++ Thank you!!

Our second time staying at this property with our family. We enjoyed our stay in Isla Verde. I hope the pool area is ready next time if we decide to stay again.

The property was clean, safe and as advertised. Access to the beach was just a few steps outside.The balcony was awesome. The bed and furniture were comfortable. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as a supermarket. Would definitely come back.

Isabel is a gem. This is my 2nd time staying at her place. Its worth the view and location alone. Space is comfortable and clean and I would stay here again. Some things to note which are out of Isabel's control, pool and other amenities are closed with no ETA but the beach, great food and drink are footsteps away. You can also buy a pool pass from nearby hotels if you need a pool day.

The unit and location were outstanding. The views from the balcony overlooking the ocean are stunning. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with and the check in and check out process was very simple and easy. The unit had everything that we needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The only reason I dropped my overall rating by one is that this property appears to be a unique combination of a hotel and separate units that are privately owned and furnished. During my time the hotel closed the pool, onsite bar, restaurant and coffee/lunch facilities. The only options available for coffee, snacks and soda was vending machines. There is a full service market about a ten minute walk so getting food/supplies etc. is easy and the unit is fully equipped with a small kitchen -refrigerator, micro wave etc The beach is so beautiful which is where we spent the majority of our time but it would of been added value if the very nice lobby bar, pool and restaurants were open. Hopefully the hotel will reopen these other facilities which would give this location / unit a total overall 5 star review.

This apartment was so perfect for me needing a couple of nights last minute mid week. Isabel is a súper host accommodating me and following up on all aspects pertaining to check in.
From the minute you walk in you are presented with a jaw dropping view second to none. I never wanted to leave the room just gaze at the views all day and night.
The condo unit has a king sized bed and what seems like a Queen pullout couch. The furniture and decor is very tropical and lovely. The kitchenette provides everything you need for cooking, spices and coffee filters. The bathroom is updated and overall a 10!!

Since day one Ms Isabel is been ok contact. All information given correctly and in detail. Place super clean and the view was spectacular. I definitely will stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Title sums it up nicely. It was a nice property with a beautiful view. Perfect for decompressing after a long day of exploring the island or grabbing some food. Perfect distance from necessities, not to mention access to a private beach. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Amazing. The view was incredible. The room was very clean and had everything we needed in it. I would recommend a dehumidifier though. Isabel was great. She kept in touch and the process was so easy. I would recommend this place to anyone. We were steps away from the beach. Make sure to take cash to the beach. We rented chairs every day (5$ Each) and umbrellas($15) but if you get there early you get a good spot under the trees. Other rentals out front included, parasailing, jet skis and banana boat rides. There are also vendors walking the beach selling drinks and snacks. Though nothing in the resort was open, we found a lot of great restaurants near by that are ocean front. I highly recommend snorkeling with pure adventure! Our honeymoon here was amazing and very memorable. I cannot wait to come back every year! PR is our new favorite place.

Second time renting on this location. Was excellent with easy access to roads from and to the airport. The studio was clean, well equipped . Ms. Isabel is an excellent host and the instructions for checking in and out were simple and easy to follow. It’s located at walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and the beach. I would love to stay there again in the near future and definitely recommend a 100% for a vacation.

Isabel is a great host great communication great location right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better experience on our first time in Puerto Rico. When we come back we will look for Isabel's rental again.

Great view apartment
Located on top floor of beach front hotel , excellent condition.
Drawback: Building does not have generator power for whole building, only hallway safety lights and elevators, plus the lobby.
