This is beautiful, peaceful vacation house in Poconos Perfectly location in 24hours security gate community, INDIAN MOUNTAIN LAKE. House with brand new kitchen and appliances (microwave, coffee machine, blender, mixer, dishes. and more ), laundry and dishwasher ... There are big living room, has 80” TV , karaoke, pool table, ... 2 Decks, private pool, hot tub , charcoal grill, gas grill.... There are so many activities with short driving distance, water parks : Kalahari (20 min from home) , H20(15min), Camelback resort (20min) , Blue Mountain ski area(25min) , Big Boulder ski (15min) , Pocono Raceway (5min) , Skirmish Painball (10min) , Whitewater rafting (10min) and more… and about 15min drive time to store Shop Ride , 20 min to Walmart… Our guest will have access to everything in our house , internet with wi-fi pulse all amenities in our community. We have 5 lakes with beach and lifeguard. Plus we have fishing lake (permit is required) , walking distance to lake about 15 min. Around community we have 3 pizza restaurant,2 Chinese food and more …

This listing was a very clean property! 4-bedroom 2 full baths were great. The crib was a plus for our group! Beds were slightly uncomfortable. The hot tub was the best part for kids and adults! There were lots of deer running all over the neighborhood which was cool to see. Ruslana got back via text very quickly and in a timely manner with any questions or concerns we had. The ac unit had broken prior to us staying and they bought window units that worked great until someone could come out to fix the ac unit. My only cons were that the front door was broken and with small kids, we had to be extra cautious, and there were lots of buggy critters in the showers. Overall great place to stay and I would book again

We had a great time at Oleg and Ruslana’s mountain house. It had so many great features to the house: we had fun on the trampoline, the private pool, hot tub and family dinners each night on the deck! We also loved the billiards table and ping pong table! The house layout was perfect with the 4 bedrooms in each corner of the house. Ruslana ans Oleg were very receptive to any questions and quickly responded. We had a great, relaxing family trip at this house! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time . The house is so clean and has everything you need , including a private pool and a jacuzzi. We loved it . It’s very private , you really don’t even have to leave anywhere. Definitely coming back .

Wonderful vacation
The house was just as pictured. It was immaculately clean. My family enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. My grandchildren loved the trampoline. The owners promptly answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend renting this property for vacation.

Other than that is a perfect place to go with friends and family on the pictures show 3 bedrooms but actually had 4 bedrooms which was perfect I will deff go back 💕

This home was one of my favorite experiences I/we have had (we travel every Memorial Day, staying in a home in the same community). The community is safe and quiet, with deer making frequent visits. Loved that the hot tub was warm and ready to bubble when we arrived. The fully accessorized kitchen with all the tools and plates/cups we needed to cook all our meals on the premises. The bedding, linens, and towels were definitely taken well into consideration for the stay. The beds were soft! As a house full of women, we can be very particular about the bedding, but honestly, we all had a good night's rest. The homeowners were easy to communicate with and they just asked that you take care of their home as if it was your own, other than that, they did not have a massive list of rules. It was very straight to the point and totally realistic to ensure the next renter had a good experience.

Nice, peaceful stay
Very clean, well stocked, had everything we needed for our stay. Pool table and ping pong table were a hit. Backyard was beautiful and peaceful to just sit and enjoy the quiet. Awesome communication from homeowners. Very quick response when needed. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this home and appreciated our hosts' responsiveness. The house was immaculate and had great amenities inside and out. The backyard is more amazing than in the photos, and we were pleasantly surprised to find hardwood floors throughout versus the carpet shown in the photos. The only challenge we encountered was a chemical reaction to the hot tub as the PH levels were way high. The owner responded immediately and was sincerely concerned and apologetic. I have no doubt that the problem was since remedied. We loved the stereo system and pool table. Bathrooms are modern and we loved the kitchen/dining area.

Beautiful Home
The overall stay was great! The outside of the house was not expected, but the inside definitely made up for it and some. I loved everything about the property the bedrooms were perfect, and the back yard is beautiful. The owner provided everything needed for a comfortable get away. I do recommended! The only turn down was the entrance. It was confusing and I was not aware of the process to get into the area. The line was really long and you had to tell the person your information. It wasn't hard just thought it be easier. I think there should be information on this process for future residents who have never visited.

Beautiful home!
My family definitely enjoyed their stay here. The kids loved the trampoline the most! Because of the weather, the pool was a bit too cold for use but the hot tub definitely made up for that! The kitchen had every appliance we needed and more! The house is full of activities! We rarely needed to leave the property! Definitely looking forforward to our next stay here!
