the grounds were great
Had meals there and everyone was cold not tasty at all

lovely gardens with small pool. very comfortable beds with nice linen. gorgeous hot shower. nice breakfast with view of volcan Fuego. very secure property with parking and lots of guards . easy to get to Antigua and Pacaya by car.
There was a wedding on one of the nights and some of the other guests were a bit noisy as they said good night to each other

Beautiful grounds, very comfortable rooms, good parking. Good restaurant on site.

I like the staff they are young and the way they all treated the guest with respect and honor. The way they served and energy for their job made me very proud of my stay here.

the price they charged me at the counter was not the same as the one offered on the booking page

- Friendly and helpful staff
- Clean rooms with comfortable beds
- Wifi is really bad and does not work the whole time
- The toilet flush in our room did not work properly and the toilet bowl was clogged. The guy at the reception sent somebody who fixed it once, but the problem with the flush persisted afterwards...
