This charming condo is perfectly located on the southern side of Shipwatch Villas with perfect and direct ocean views. You will be very close to the ocean and will be able to enjoy the large, covered balcony. Whether on the balcony or inside this roomy condo, you’ll find the perfect spot for whatever you enjoy all while being able to hear, and even watch, the waves crashing on the shore. It truly is paradise! The bedrooms are far apart from each other, and the overall layout provides unique privacy throughout that is hard to find in a condo. The owners work hard to make their slice of paradise as nice as it can be for them as well as for you. This condo is super well maintained. Come see how it shines! There’s Wi-Fi throughout, and it’s even accessible on the balcony. The family room and each bedroom has a TV, each with access to the provided cable service. Decorated for the beach, comfortable, roomy, and well equipped to make your stay seem like paradise. We will promptly assist you however possible before and during your stay. We obviously enjoy the island and can be your resource for nearly anything you need; just ask. Come and unwind, we almost guarantee that you will not want to leave. There’s not a bad time to be at the beach, but book now to hopefully get the time you want. Please note that we currently do not provide sheets, towels, toiletries, cleaning/paper essentials, or beach stuff. We know you’re probably more comfortable using your own. Welcome to your own little slice of paradise.! *PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS - Easy access to the beach! In fact, you’ll be literally steps away from the beach with the beach access on the same floor as the condo unit. *PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL - Beautiful sparkling pool with plenty of room for all, whether in or out of the water. The pool is usually open mid-May to mid-October. *FREE PARKING – Use the 2 provided parking passes and park in the centrally located and private parking lot. Great for easy loading/unloading and access to your car(s) at any time. *ELEVATOR- The condo unit and elevator are on the first floor. You will need to go up a short staircase or ramp to get to the unit and elevator. Important Details: Kitchen – It’s well equipped with all appliances including dishwasher and disposer. There is a Keurig and a regular coffee maker too! You’ll find nearly every small appliance, dish, and pot you’ll need to prepare your favorite meal or cocktail. They are all in good condition and checked weekly. Living Room – It’s spacious and includes 52" Flat screen TV to relax in front of after a fun day on the beach. There’s ample seating and with room to stretch out for those that prefer. One sofa pulls out to a queen-size sleeper sofa. There’s a mattress pad, blankets, and pillows for it in one of the bedroom closets. Main Bedroom – Has its own private bathroom, TV and plenty of room. The modern bathroom has double sinks, a shower, great lighting, and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. Back Bedroom – This bedroom also has a TV and is located at the other end of the hall from the main bedroom. The floorplan provides privacy for all. This bedroom has easy access to the modern hall/guest bathroom which has dual sinks, lots of counter space and storage, and shower/bathtub. Main Bedroom – Queen bed Back Bedroom – Queen bed and a full bed Family Room – Sleeper Sofa We DO NOT provide sheets or towels. However, you may make your own arrangements to have them delivered and waiting for you. There are probably many providers, but www.sweetdreamslinens.com is one. Check-in is a breeze and is on your schedule anytime after 3pm the day of your arrival. We use a smart lock for your safety and security. An entry code will be emailed to you several times before your arrival. The code is for you only and is good for the duration of your stay. No need to pick anything up anywhere. Just show up at the condo, enter your code and your vacation begins. Remember though, put the provided parking pass in your car as soon as you arrive. North Topsail Beach, NC is beautiful! There are miles of sandy beaches. Dependent upon the tide, you may even be able to walk to the northernmost point of Topsail Island. The waves change all the time, sometimes calm and other times somewhat challenging. Whether swimming, fishing, sunbathing and playing, surfing, or shelling the beach and the ocean will be perfect. You’ll find N. Topsail to be family friendly and a bit less crowded than other areas of Topsail Island. But nothing is terribly far, and we’re confident you’ll find everything and anything you may want or need. Searching with google or on Facebook will be informative. We try to keep some helpful information in the condo and feel free to text with any questions. You found an amazing vacation spot and we know you’ll enjoy staying here, at our place. It is a slice of paradise! At a minimum, the condo unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. As time permits between guests, additional cleaning services or maintenance is contracted for. We want the place to shine for you and adherence to our check-out procedures helps all. But if there is something not to your satisfaction let us know and we will do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction. Other Important stuff: If there is any displacement of tenant due to pipe burst or other disaster out of our (owners’) control other than weather, we will try our best to find alternate accommodations at the same or lower rental rate. If found, rental rate will not be refunded to guest but will be put towards those alternate accommodations. If we cannot find replacement accommodations, you find them or you decide to leave we will refund any unused portion of the rate and associated fees. In the event of a hurricane or other natural disaster, no refunds will be issued. We strongly suggest that you purchase vacation insurance as no refunds other than those mentioned will be given. Again, please note that you should bring your own towels, sheets, toiletries, and paper/laundry essentials. Don’t forget your beach gear and sunscreen too!
