A little gem!

Cute room with great amenities. I was given a room that was on the end of a hallway on a quiet side of the property and relatively quiet. This is important for me as I am a light sleeper. Very spacious room. Very attentive house keeping. Would stay again!

The rooms are almost sound proof

The sliding restroom door i prefer a door that shuts for privacy

inconsistent and opportunistic charging

comfortable, clean and modern hotel. warm welcome at check in, great bartender, good food and a spacious room.

we travelled with dogs and had called ahead to check the pet policy, $50 flat fee and $20 per night. at checkout we were informed by the reception team that this was per dog. we left with a $450 bill for one night (included some dinner in the snow storm) but a bad taste. this was the only hotel on our trip from CA to NY that did this … every other property charged a pet fee per room… and left me feeling ripped off

Great Location!

Great location!

We had a room across from the elevator and never heard it open, but we had a neighbor call and complain about our music. Our music was never louder than what we normally play. So we were wondering if the inner walls were that thin. Something to consider if you are a family louder than a whisper.

Give The Origin a try, exceptional.

Very nice location, fabulous amenities, good restaurant and very helpful staff.

Wonderful experience, been more than once, just wish they had something on the menu for kids.

Nice Hotel with room for improvement

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

My wife is 9 months pregnant and we requested extra pillows at check in and never received them. When I asked the front desk later that night for them they weren’t able to provide them for me. Seems like a basic thing for a hotel in this price range.

If you have money to burn, it's a great hotel in a nice, safe area.

Hotel was eclectic and quiet. The restaurant was directly under us however you couldnt hear or smell anything at all from our room. Easy to shop, eat and relax in The Summit, which is nice if you don't want to leave the property. A short drive to other activities.

Price was 75% more expensive than one day later due to ballgame in town. We loved the area, however we weren't able to find a Lyft, uber or taxi when trying to return around 10pm from our activities on a Saturday night. Not the hotel's fault, but something to keep in mind if you are leaving the property. We ended up walking 4 miles back to the hotel.

طريقة التعامل وقت الدفع سيئة جداً حيث انهم يأخذون اكثر من قيمة الايجار لقد حجزت يومين من تاريخ 09/15 الى09/17 وسعر الليلة 161$ وتفاجأت انهم ياخذون مني 226$ وعندما سئلتهم قالوا لي انك متواجد من تاريخ 09/10 ويطالبوني 2000$ وعندما اردت ان اعرض له حجزي في بوكينغ وانه من التاريخ اعلاه لم يكلف نفسه للنظر والتأكد فعلاً انه مثير للسخريه وانهم يستغلون الضيف بالابتسامة لكي يعمونه من قيمة السحب. لن ارجع لهم مرة اخرى فعلاً انها تجربة سيئة جداً

Excellent clean facilities in relaxing location

The facilities and quality of the hotel room was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good with good local restaurants.

We love it here!

This is my new favorite hotel in Lexington. It's unique and beautiful. The location is wonderful and has so many restaurants and store around it.

Beautiful and unique hotel in a new urban oasis

This hotel is on the edge of a pedestrian friendly new urbanism oasis with a Whole Foods, chain restaurants, and well designed public spaces. The hotel was incredibly spacious and clean, with interesting design features. It also was priced below other national chains. It was perfect.

Great, except for rude staff member

Nicely furnished & cute decorations with a horse theme. Felt more upscale than its price tag. We loved that the guest rooms were not carpeted. Huge window in our room. Very clean. Location was awesome. Located in the heart of a high-end shopping village. Could easily walk to great restaurants & Whole Foods.

Sheets were scratchy. Requested fresh towels after my family used the 3 we were given. Waited over an hour for someone to bring them. Tried to get them from the front desk but we were told housekeeping had to deliver them. I finally gave up and dressed without a shower because it was time to check out. Housekeeping finally arrived with towels just as were getting ready to leave. I explained that it was too late. No apology. When we checked out we were not asked how our stay was or thanked for staying with them. I offered up that I didn’t receive towels in time to shower & the woman at the desk said that housekeeping had cleared the request. I said yes but it took over an hour & that left me no time to shower. She looked at me and said “OK” and that was all she said. That was how our visit ended. She just stared at me, no apology or even a goodbye. It was such a shame because we really liked this hotel but I don’t think I’d return after how rude the front desk clerk was.

Beautiful facility, I will definitely be back.

Great location, convenient to everything I needed, very nice property and very quiet rooms.

There was no refrigerator in my room that was a big letdown, some people might have medication that requires it. Better Senior discounts would be a perk.
