PROPERTY DETAILS This property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Amenities begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. There is a private pool, tiki bar and outdoor shower. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pool table and wet bar, and the second floor also has a large open living area and a convenient wet bar. This house is very spacious. The elevator makes this house handicap friendly. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure. BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS: First Floor: Room 1: King with full bath Room 2: Two sets of Twin Bunk Beds Room 3: Queen, Queen, full bath Room 4: King with full bath There is a queen pull out sleep sofa located in the den - the den area includes a half bath Second Floor: Room 5: King with full bath Room 6: King with full bath Room 7: Two sets of Twin Bunk Beds On each floor there is a king bedroom whose bathroom has two doors. One leading to the bedroom and one leading to the hallway. Guests have the choice of locking the 2nd door to make it a private bathroom or leaving it unlocked to make it accessible to all. (Room 1 and Room 5) IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pets are not permitted at this property Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30 Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach property Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance! We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you up to 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay. We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers up to 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. Our trip to Holden Beach was nothing short of amazing! The Shore Thing was everything we wanted and more! Holden beach has won our hearts! This is house was one of the best stocked houses that we have vacationed at! Plenty of toys for the pool! All the necessities for the beach! And our favorite, corn hole boards! The welcoming gifts were a great touch! We can not wait to get back and vacation here again! The property was well kept, clean, and exactly as it was described. The hosts were always available and quickly answered any questions we had!

This property exceeded our expectations! There was more than enough space for our entire family and extended family. The outside areas are where we spent most of our time, and the 4 levels of patios and gathering areas with a plethora of seating really made the entire stay so enjoyable. We will be back!

Great place! We had 17 people. Only issue we had was the elevator only worked one day which was rough since we had 2 over 70 with us. Very unfortunate but the rest was great! Clean, updated, close to the small town and beach!

Fantastic house. The only downside is it is quite a walk to the beach especially if you are carrying anything . On the map it shows the beach access close to the property but you have to walk around the neighborhood on the road to get to beach access, but they do have a golf cart to tote all your beach gear.

Kitchen loaded no need to bring a thing from home including turkey fryer pots. Home was enjoyable and has nice touches to make it cozy. I'm sure it would be GREAT here in the summer! Also my brother appreciated the elevator (big plus) allowing the wheelchair to visit every floor of the home.

Perfect for large families

Perfect for large families

This is a great brand new property one block from the beach. Beautifully decorated and furnished. The beds were comfortable and plenty of closet and dresser space. It advertises with 2 double queen rooms, but one of those double queen rooms is actually a king so keep that in mind when planning your sleeping arrangements. There are 2 main floors with living space and bedrooms. The top floor has the open concept kitchen and living room with a wall of windows and deck. Perfect for interracting with family while preparing meals. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and enough utensils, dishes and glasses for everyone. Having both drip and Keurig coffee maker allowed a beverage for everyone's preference without having to wait forever to get your morning joe. There is an ice maker and wet bar perfect for your cocktail hour and packing a cooler for the beach. The view from the widow's watch is spectacular, but be mindful of little kids going up and down the spiral stairs. The pool is a great size to fit everyone comfortably and there is a nice large bar to make drinks for the pool. Although there is a shower by the pool we wished there had been a toilet as you have to walk out to the front of the house and up the stairs and through the house to go to the bathroom. We also wished there was a staircase from the pool to the second floor deck so you would not have to go all the way around to get in the house. I assume this is designed this way for safety reasons to keep children out of the pool as this is how it was at some other houses we had rented but it does make a need for a little more planning when going to the pool. They have noodles, floats, beach chairs, umbrellas, anything you could imagine you would need, they have it. The only problem we had was with the elevator. It only worked the first day. We called the maintenance number and someone came right out and got it running, but it did not stay running. We did not need it other than for taking food/coolers up and down at check in and check out, so it was not a big deal for us. And it could have been user error on our part since we never use home elevators. However if you are depending on it for mobility issues, I would confirm that they have it running well before you book. I imagine this house would even be more spectacular in shoulder seasons when it is not as hot and humid and you could enjoy the multiple deck spaces more. Don't hesitate to rent for your large family. Amazing!

The house is beautiful!! Very short walk to beach and can see the beach from the deck! My family loved this place and did not want to leave! We hope to come back every year!
