Invertir en cambios... y reformas en exteriores.

Como siempre, las vistas el sonido del.mar. tranquilidad.. .

Que llevamos 4 años llendo, y toallas las misma ya teneis que comprar nueva y mejor oscuras, estaban estropeadas,desilachadas Mismo cubre sofa.. y la terraza necesita reforma . Las parades rajadas, balaustre super mal.. y caian trozos de pintura.. y el baño huele a bajante. En la ducha porfavor una manpara.. las cortinas dan asquito y se sale toda el.agua. almohadas mas duritas porfavor. Luz en el techo habitacion. O al menos ladrones si desenchufas Lampara,para enchufar un cargador Movil,pues oscuras te quedas.

La terraza y vistas espectaculares y la situación. También las instalaciones:garage, ducha en terraza, manguera....

Sehr sauber aber einfach

Die Unterkunft war sehr, sehr sauber und der Gastgeber freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Auch die Lage an dem kleinen Strand mit Blick aufs Meer super schön!

Die Wohnung wirkt ansonsten ziemlich leer und die Kücheneinrichtung ist schlecht. Die Messer sind stumpf, man kann kaum einen Apfel schneiden. Frenchpress abgebrochen, Schneidebretter abgenutzt etc. Das Bett gleicht einem Klappsofa, von meinem Freund hingen die Füße über dem Rand (ist sonst nicht so).

Maison avec terrasse et vue exceptionnelles

L'appartement est spacieux et très agréable. Le lit double est très confortable. Les lieux étaient très propres à notre arrivée et notre hôte avait satisfait toutes nos demandes (double des clés, couette supplémentaire). Rita nous attendait à l'heure prévu pour la remise des clés. Les serviettes de la salle de bain étaient tout à fait correctes (j'avais lu des commentaires négatifs là dessus), en quantité suffisante et il y avait même deux serviettes de plage ! La terrasse est super grande, la vue est fabuleuse, le Teide est juste en face quand ce n'est pas trop nuageux, la plage est au pied de la maison (attention à la houle en cette saison pour les enfants). En cette saison (mars) il n'y avait pas de moustiques, quelques mouches mais les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires. Les couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse ou depuis le pont de Puerto de las Nieves (village de pêcheurs très agréable et plein de charme proche d'Agaete) sont toujours différents et magnifiques. Nous sommes restés dix jours et avons pu visiter toute l'île depuis ce logement (1h20 maxi pour l'extrémité opposée de l'île par l'autoroute). Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de la grande diversité des paysages.

Les voisins, bruyants et malodorants... mais le propriétaire n'y est pour rien !

Traumhaft

Zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig gelegene, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Alle Fenster ordentlich mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Waschmaschine befindet sich im überdachten Teil des Innenhofs, hat problemlos funktioniert. SPAR und gute Restaurants fußläufig. Dazu grandios die Terrasse mit Blick auf Strand und Meer, und je nach Wetter sogar bis Teneriffa. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Dass wir wieder abreisen mussten.

Perfecto

Stunning views from the terrace. Super spacious and clean home in a delightful place. Very helpful and kind hosts who were always making sure if we had everything we needed. We loved it and did not want to leave.

The double bed was hard but hosts organised some extra padding after which it was all fine.

Traumhafter, ruhiger Urlaub im Norwesten

Der Blick und die Terasse sind der absolute Hammer! Einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und gut geschnitten. Bei schönem Wetter ist man eh nur auf der Terasse. Der kleine Strand unterhalt der Wohnung ist wunderschön, das Wasser kristallklar. Man ist schnelll die ca. 150 Stufen herunterglaufen. Wer es ruhig mag, ist in dieser Wohnung genau richtig. Die Gegend ist nicht sehr touristisch. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfbereit. Die Übergabe der Wohnung hat problemlos geklappt. Im kleinen Hof vor der Wohnung gibt es einen privater Parkplatz.

Es gab eigentlich keine Defizite - wenn überhaupt, könnte die Küche etwas besser ausgestatttet sein. Aber das ist auch wirklich das Einzige.Wir haben um ein Brotmesser gebeten, was wir dann auch erhalten haben.

Piaciuto a tutta la famiglia.

Bellissima vista sulla baia, terrazza molto bella e comoda, per mangiare, leggere,... Era molto caldo e abbiamo potuto fare tutti i pasti sulla terrazza. Doccia al esterno con vista panoramica senza uguali.

L'attrezzatura di cucina era okay senza extra. Niente forno.

Peace and quiet and huge terrace

We stayed in the apartment for a week over new years and we had such a wonderful time. We have nothing bad to say about the place - the view is amazing and you can hear the waves from all rooms. Such a nice sound to fall asleep to! The terrace is huge and has both sun and a covered part, which was perfect for us, as we were there with a small baby. Its a great place if you like your privacy and peace and quiet. The village is small and quiet and not much happens, so if you are looking for vibrant café life, its probably not for you, but if you want to feel energized after a nice calm holiday, this is the place to stay. The beach is just down the road and there is a small staircase close to the apartment, which takes you straight down. Lovely little and very local beach.

We have nothing bad to say about the place.

The bedrooms need screens on the windows so they can be open at night and the day without bugs (or lizards) coming in.

Fantastic stay!!!

What a great place to stay! I cannot think of anything that missed or that I would like to change! The setting is fantastic, with the sound of the sea, the huge terrace and the host is also very available and nice! We were there with 2 kids of 8 and 4 and there were some games and a bunk bed. Will definitely come back here.
