About this house rental

THE SPACE Open loft, detached from main house in safe, quiet neighborhood near downtown and beaches. Fully equipped kitchen + washer and dryer and everything you need for a day at the beach. The space is beautiful with nice extras like Behringer Truth speakers (plug and play from your cell phone), 65" Smart TV with cable and over 140 movies on DVD and Blue Ray, lots of games & wireless internet. THE LOCATION Walk to all of the shops and restaurants of downtown Jensen Beach, they are 2 blocks away ...4 min. on foot, 1 min. by car. We have the closest proximity to downtown on VRBO. GUEST ACCESS Full access to side yard. The loft is detached from the main house. Reserved parking space (2 cars max. please) INTERACTIONS WITH GUESTS We're locals and would love to give you tips on restaurants, excursions, boating, fishing, etc. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE SECURITY DEPOSIT: We don't charge one. RATES/EXTRA GUESTS: Nightly rate is for one or two guests only. For more than two guests there is an extra charge of $20 per person/per night, including children. Please put the correct number of guests (children + adults) when booking. If you only plan to have extra guests for part of your stay, please let us know and we will work out an arrangement. Not a party house. NUMBER OF GUESTS: Skyline Loft sleeps 2 guests very comfortably, and 3 or 4 guests comfortably (see "Bedrooms" for description of sleeping arrangement). The recommended number of guests is 4, but in the case of a family with children, it's no problem to sleep 5. CHILDREN: We love hosting guests with children, but children do count as extra guests. Please count children in the total number of guests when you book. The loft is not appropriate for infants or toddlers (under age 4) due to the steep wooden stairs in the loft. -"GUESTS OF GUESTS" POLICY: Having someone on the property that is not on the reservation must be discussed and approved by property owner. If approved, we may ask that identities be verified. If you would like for them to spend the night, the reservation must be amended. Owner reserves the right to deny. Guests (and guests of guests) who disregard this policy may be asked to leave. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking outside only. No smoking inside. PETS: 1 small dog ok (25 lb. max.). $50 pet fee required (when booking, please click 'guests', then choose PETS,,,YES, then click apply). We also have a small dog who gets along well with others. We have a fenced in yard and we consider it a safe place for dogs. With that said, you must bring your dog(s) at your own risk. Skyline Loft and the owners of Skyline Loft assume no liability to anything related to guests pets, including: any injury to guests pet during escape of enclosure (ie. dog digs under fence or gate is left open) ; any issues involving bites (includes both 'bites to' or 'bites from' guests pets).

I really enjoyed the property, and Andrew made us feel at home. There was a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils. The living room had tons of movies, records, games, and subscriptions on TV.

I was in town for a 10 day course for state licensing. The loft's location was within a short drive to the school the beach and any shoping needed. It also was a 2 block walk to many restaurants and shops in historic Jensen Beach. The loft was secure and quiet. The hosts were nice and accommodating. I would definitely return.

The place was clean, and very enjoyable; however, I don't recommend for people with health issues because the bedroom is upstairs and bathroom downstairs

Jensen Beach
Great apartment ..absolutely great loft, full kitchen and all the amenities you would need for a great stay. Andrew our host was so accommodating and so helpful..pointing out the restaurants, places of interest etc…an absolute delight staying at his place. My little bichon dog found a new friend with Andrew’s Bella..it was such a joy watching them running around in the enclosed backyard where they were safe and sound. I highly recommend you staying at this place. Amenities such as HD tv with Roku, Hulu, Netflix, Disney Plus etc. You even have a turntable with some vintage LPs . Andrew..thank you so much for being so hospitable and making us feel like our home away from home.

This rental exceeded our expectations. Our host Andrew anticipated our every need. We enjoyed Amenities we are not accustomed to such as a quality sound system, turntable and a collection of classic vynal , a coffee press, and Roku TV. This rental is comfortable; spacious, lots of sunlight, clean, and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Location is excellent; walking distance to the small downtown for shops and restaurants and near the commercial strip for any other services you might need.

We have a family member that works in the Marriott hotel family so we get discounts on hotels, and we are used to staying in five star hotels. The Skyline Loft is five star all the way. From the excellent host to the pristine property and friendly area, there is no doubt this the place to stay in Jensen beach . Will like to thank our gracious host Andrew for the great hospitality and recommendations (Jupiter inlet awesome!!!). Can’t wait to come back again and again.

Excellent Stay from start to finish!!!

Very clean and nice place. Beautiful woodwork, nice sound system, modern bathroom, and washer/dryer a huge plus. Andrew, the host,, has all beach supplies for you to borrow like chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. The location is great. It's a short drive to the best beaches; then come back to get cleaned up, & it's a short walk to the downtown bars and restaurants. Grocery store within walking distance, too. We would definitely stay here again.

This Jensen Beach Loft is in a great location, just around the corner from shopping and restaurants, and only a short drive over the causeway to the beach! Andrew was a terrific host and his family are super friendly!

Very nice and cute place, it has everything we needed and more. Owner is super friendly and helpful. They provided supplies such as soap, shampoo, coffee, butter, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Beds were comfortable; quiet neighborhood.

Andrew was the best host ever, he was very nice, took us a boat ride for 4 hours, to see other islands and the loft was stocked with everything you need for your stay! And you ever needed anything he would very fast on answering your call and questions! Everything is very close to where we stayed, the loft was very spotless!!❤ we will be staying there again if we ever come back to Jensen beach! Thank you Andrew for your southern hospitality!!

Andrew was the best host ever, he was very nice, took us a boat ride for 4 hours, to see other islands and the loft was stocked with everything you need for your stay! And you ever needed anything he would very fast on answering your call and questions! The Loft was terrific. The hosts....Andrew and Winsome were very personable and most helpful. All info on the website was accurate. We walked to dinner every night...downtown Jensen was 2 blocks away. In my opinion, downtown Jensen was nice discovery. Restaurants and town had a Key West feel. Of course, 80+ degree days contributed. Andrew gave us great suggestions about restaurants and even called a beach hotel/resort to check if we could use the bar and pool even tho not staying there. The answer was yes. My dog loved the convenience of the yard and felt at home. The bed and couch were very comfortable, the layout excellent, and the kitchen beyond well stocked. There were a lot of unexpected conveniences.

Close to Downtown!
Andrew was a gracious host! The loft is very close to Downtown Jensen Beach and we enjoyed walking to many of the restaurants! It was a perfect location for us and for the areas we wanted to visit.

Andrew was an amazing host, I would highly recommend going out in the boat and enjoying the guided tour and fishing. The location of the loft is perfect and you can easily walk to plenty of restaurants and the river. We will definitely be back.

1st VRBO experience.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Andrew was congenial and very helpful. The Skyline Loft had. all the amenities we needed + owner supplied a book of maps and things to do in the area. Also available was a record library, movie library, books and internet availability. Highly recommend.

Skyline Loft
We had a wonderful time at Skyline Loft with our dog Bella. The accommodations were excellent and the fenced in yard made taking Bella out for her “duties” very easy. Host, Andrew could not have been any more helpful. We had all the gear we needed for the beach and a notebook full of suggestions for sightseeing and dining. We would most definitely stay at Skyline Loft again. Thanks Andrew and Family

Pet Friendly and So Enjoyable!
We certainly enjoyed our week-long stay in the Skyloft! The hosts were available when needed but also gave us our privacy. The private cottage was very clean, full of sunlight and met all of our needs. The fenced side yard was perfect for our pup. Location was convenient to walk to downtown and drive time to the public beach was easy! We can highly recommend a stay here!

Owners and the property are awesome
The owner met us to check us in - gave a thorough explanation of all amenities Property is clean, comfortable and has anything you might need for your stay in beach country. Property is well equipped with nice linens, towels, dishes, etc. they also have coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs for your use if needed. Large assortment of movies and games. Good, central location. Owner also offers boat trips and is an awesome guide. Plan on returning next year to this property.

Great location!
This property is perfect for a couple traveling to Jensen Beach. The space is clean with lots of amenities and the location is a very short walk to many great restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Look forward to returning very soon!
