Wow! Nicer than my home, with a very nice pool and hot tub. Sometimes you get surprised with a property, this was nicer than expected!

The house was very spacious and I loved the way the rooms were set up. My kids loved being able to watch their own shows in their room as there was a tv in every room. The pool was super cold, so not as much fun as we had hoped, but the house was stocked with fun games and puzzles and corn hole and basketball game in the garage. Being not far from the freeway, it was easy to hop on and be in St. George in less than 10 minutes. Overall a great place to stay and I would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. My kids did not like the top bunk as it is squeaky, but we pulled out one of the bed from the closet and that worked great. Thanks for a great stay!

We love this rental! It's in an amazing location, always clean and the owners have thought of everything you might need while staying there. The home is spacious and comfortable. We have stayed here probably 10 times. We're already planning our next trip!

Everything was as expected. Couple suggestions: some instruction on how to use TV remotes (4 of them). tissue box in each bathroom. those are minor issues but could help.

Property is clean, quiet, well stocked for all your needs, internet friendly, T.V.s in every room of the house, (downstairs TV is a bit slow), has a garage if need serene back patio to relax on. Loved the property!

What a great place! So much better than staying in a hotel. Easier check in. It felt like we opened the place. Extremely comfortable. Neighbors were great. Pool and hot tub was perfect after a great day of golf. We will definitely return. Thank you for for everything.

The communication with the property manager was so easy! The check-in and out process was smooth. I highly recommend this property with family of any kind. Plenty of room to spread out, excellent location right off interstate, close to a park and walking path, next door to the pool and plenty of games for the kids!

We had such a great time at this rental property. We loved the easy location and many wonderful surprises we encountered here. The little playground/park with its own splash pad and walking/biking paths was by far the biggest hit with our kiddos (8, 6, and 3). It was close enough to ride our scooters and walk up to the park at least once each day we stayed. It was nice and close to several restaurants, and activities we had planned for our family. The set up of the rooms was also ideal for our stay. All 3 of my kids were able to comfortably stay in the bedroom with the bunk beds. My husband and I enjoyed the master suite immensely. Very comfortable. The added bonus of the lifetime basketball shooting game and close proximity to the community’s pool was the cherry on top. We did both activities each day. My only suggestion to improve anything in this unit would be an added DVD player. They included 2 x-box’s which we were able to get one to play our movies but since we aren’t big gamers neither of us had our own sign in accounts to utilize them very well. It was a wonderful week and the property hosts were excellent to work with. We arrived earlier than expected and they were happy to accommodate us with an earlier check in with just one quick phone call. A great place to stay and we hope to return and stay again soon!

This is mostly exactly what I expected. The house was clean and comfortable. There was a couple of items (a dishwasher, bar stool and window blind) that were in fragile condition. It would have been nice for the property management company to let us know that they were already on a list of known items.

We loved the home and thought it was well stocked for our needs. The only hiccup was some of the tv's didn't seem to be setup to use immediately. But it may have been user error. :) We also weren't able to get the wifi working with the password given to us. Overall though, loved the experience and will be back!

From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. Just like home it had everything to meet our needs and wants while on vacation. The decorations gave it a sweet elegance. Every room had its own tv so we could spread out and do our own thing. Another big positive for the guest is the pool. On the website the picture really doesn't do it justice. While not huge it is a great pool with a really nice hot tub, and it even has a changing room with a shower. The rental is located away from the busy town but is perfectly located so you can enjoy your favorite restaurants, shopping and hiking. Wish there were more than five stars - it is definitely ten! We are already planning for our return trip very soon.

This is a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood. The home is well-equipped, nicely appointed, and a very pleasant and comfortable place to spend time. We work remotely and found the internet reliable at all times, even streaming movies. We also enjoyed access to the neighborhood pool and the local trails very near the home. Red Sands property management folks were first rate—prompt, informative, friendly, and clear communication at all times. An impressive operation! They even provided fresh baked cookies and a bouquet of roses upon our arrival. We look forward to returning and consider this our go-to place to stay in St. George.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week and had a great time! Very close to golf, hiking, parks, and other activities for our young boys. We also enjoyed having an XBox on site and close access to the community pool. The staff was great to work with before and during our stay. The home was new, clean, well furnished, and also located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. There was even a yummy chocolate cake to welcome us! If you are looking for areas to improve we would suggest investing in patio furniture (there were two chairs but no table), shaper kitchen knives, quality toilet paper, and Kleenex on site. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation!

We had such a great time in this beautiful, spacious, clean home! It had everything we needed. We loved how many bedrooms and bathrooms it had. It was VERY clean. They even put a Christmas tree up, which we loved! The community pool was very clean and very close to the home. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this home to our family and friends.
