A localização é ótima.
Assim, do quarto a conversas e risadas atrapalhavam o descanso.

The Reception Team Jesus and Juan Carlos were great, they were able to answer questions about the local area and made the welcome experience great. Wasn't too sure about the hotel at first, but it was exactly as pictured and was great pick and good value. Definitely would recommend to friends and family, and plan to check them out again, next time I'm in Peru!
Wasn't able to make the room very cold, but I do like it at 68 F!

Great room with nice view, nice staff, air condition in the room, huge beds and warm showers.
Breakfast is basic and not many vegan options.

The place is clean and its close to the plaza, but the listing is decieving.
The hotel is inside a gallery with many other businesses. There is light and noise entering in until late hours. The breakfast is not good at all The check out is too early and they are strict and a little passive agressive.

Room was idealy located in the city center of Cusco. Staf was very friendly. Very good restaurant on the ground floor - called Mana with delicious food.
Breakfast could be more abundant.

Location and comfort of the hotel was wonderful.
The breakfast could have been enhanced with more variety and more food (options).

Good location. Comfortable matress. That's it...
The hotel is not worth even for its location... The first room we got had an internal window. But what is not explained is that the window is facing a hall where the lights are on all night! And the curtains are very light (no blackout), so good luck trying to sleep with that much light at your face! And the room only has a heater - no air conditioning - so the room gets really hot and sleeping with an internal window open can get really loud! Another thing that is not explained is that the internal courtyard belongs to a restaurant, so the noise is constant, the lights are on until late at night and you can feel the smell of food!. The breakfast itself is not bad (fruits, yogurt and cereal, bread, cheese and ham, butter and jam, juice, coffee, milk, tea, eggs) but the breakfast room is tiny! So you have to stand in line until a table is available for you to seat. Considering that you take a few day-trips early in the morning from Cuzco, waiting this long might make you loose either breakfast or your tour... Hotel employees are not the nicest.

very close to the city centre
don't know if it was just because of a late reservation but we had a room just in front of the reception and you can imagine all the noises from telephones ringing, copiers, customers standing and talking..
strongly reccomanadable not to rent a room in this condition

the location and one person from the stuff, Dantan (i do not know if is I am writing corectly)
The other person from the reception, a younger boy was extremly cold and unhelpful.
The rooms weee cold (I stayed more days in more than one room). You have to ask for a hairdryer, like in a hostel. Sometimes they did not have them available.

They left my bags unattended twice, one time in my room with the door opened and one time in the reception with the door open to the street. When I mentioned this, they got defensive about it.
Also, they turn off the water. When I went to the reception to ask them to turn it on, I found the receptionist there sleeping!

Definitely location, half block from the plaza central.
The room was very comfortable but the kitchen was on top of the room. Smoke all over the room. Also we have to ask about to clean the room. A little noice since the location but overall a good hotel.
