My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. The place was as described and had everything we needed. We really liked how close it was to the beach and the provided beach gear(cart, towels, cooler and chairs). There were also nice parks close by to walk our dog. We would stay here again if back in the area.

We enjoyed the property very much. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay there again. Owner very helpful and responsive.

We were closed to everything. Had everything we needed. Want to stay again in the future.

This cozy condo was perfect for our visit to Hutchison island. We usually stay with friends but decided to get our own place and so glad we did. I have two teenage boys (one with a physical disability). They loved the easy and quick walk to the beach access just across the street. They fished every day and even caught a shark!! The condo is totally updated and so cute. It is one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. It seriously has everything you need. The owners were very attentive and helpful we didn’t have any issues. It was a great stay and we would love to come back again!

A great, quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the beach. Loved that you could hear the waves from the property, and the outdoor sitting area was much appreciated. All the appliances were great and the whole place was clean and cozy. With a convenience store and several restaurants on the island, this is the perfect place for a beach vacation. I definitely plan to return!

The house was immaculate. Great kitchen for meals, bed was super comfy. Area was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts really thought of everything for the best, comfortable stay. One of our favorite rentals yet!

Loved our stay. Townhouse was clean and well updated with beautiful decor. I enjoyed watching the sunrise on the ocean every morning from my bedroom window. This was the first time I booked a private owner on Hutchinson Island. The property was wonderful and the host was professional, continued to check in to ensure we were satisfied with the unit. We did not have any issues with the property. I definitely would recommend this unit to others. Great neighborhood., quiet and peaceful.

The owners were very accommodating. The unit is lovely. They thought of everything you would need to stay..just bring your clothes and food. So close to beaches and restaurants. They provided lists of restaurants and things to do. Can't wait to go back!

This duplex has been recently updated and was very clean. The unit is in a great location for walking to the beach, jetty, and nearby restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent and he was very welcoming and accommodating.

This is a wonderful spot! A short walk to an amazing ocean beach, a short drive to several more amazing ocean beaches. Lovely outdoor furniture under a sail cloth in the shade. The house was beautifully appointed. Our host Larry was incredibly responsive and shared many ideas for things to do. No hesitation to highly recommend this to others.

This place was all and more than we expected. Roomy, comfortable and very clean and updated. There was not one thing the hosts did not think of and they checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. The area had plenty to see and do and restaurants galore including outdoor dining. This is just what we were looking for.

Perfect stay right across the street from the beach. Unit has everything we needed for short week vacation. Owners were very accommodating. Would highly recommend and will be returning

This is a great spot for a quick get away or even a longer stay. Unit was clean and fresh - very up to date,. Not a bug in sight....rare in Florida! Kitchen was very well equipped. Host was great at keeping in touch and providing lots of info on the area. Unit just a very short walk to South Beach Park. No beach views here, but you can hear the waves. I highly recommend this spot! We love the Ft. Pierce area, so we'll be keeping it in mind for our next visit to Hutchinson Island!

We stayed in this home over Thanksgiving while visiting family in the area. The duplex was very clean, nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. With the recent renovations, everything seemed new and modern. We enjoyed being able to walk directly across the street to the ocean. Although it isn't really "ocean view", we could hear the ocean inside the home. Our family definitely enjoyed our time at the home and we would recommend it to others!

Great experience. Property Manager was very attentive, gave good instructions and information about the Fort Pierce area. The townhouse was excellent, very clean, many amenities. We only had to buy food. Furniture, decor and beds were very nice. We really felt at home. The beach right across the street was beautiful. We had a wonderful time and created many great family memories. We would definitely pick this place again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great place to walk to restaurants, go for a walk, walk to beach…nice outdoor area to sit and relax. Great place to walk my dog. Kitchen fully stocked to meet any of your cooking needs. Our rental experience at this "Beach Cottage" was fabulous! We were impressed the moment we walked in with how clean and nicely appointed it was. The owners thought of everything! The kitchen had an assortment of pots and pans that were in perfect condition. All of the kitchen gadgets we needed were easy to find in the nicely organized drawers. Meal prep was a breeze. There was an ample supply of towels that were plush and absorbent. The bed linens were of the same quality and the beds were very comfortable. The paper products were provided in abundance so we never needed to purchase replacements. The townhouse is in a nice neighborhood and the beach is practically across the street! There are beach chairs available and a cart to carry them in if you wish to sit and enjoy the sun and surf. We enjoyed the upstairs deck which provides a glimpse of the ocean and the Indian River Lagoon. Most everything you need is located on the island--restaurants, gas stations, groceries, parks and of course, the beautiful beaches. Larry is a wonderful host. There is a notebook in the townhouse that is nicely organized and provides lots of information about things to do in the area, restaurants, emergency contacts and more. He also checked in with us to be sure everything was as expected and to answer any questions we might have. This rental is at the top of our list of nice places to stay and we will definitely be back!

We spent one month here in January 2021, and had a lovely time. Cute neighborhood for a dog walk, or to ride bikes. The property is one half of a duplex, and an easy walk across the A1A to the beautiful beach. We very much appreciated the noseeum bug spray that the owners left! A great off leash dog beach is a ten minute drive. The beach across the street from the house is technically not dog friendly, but in the winter at least, people did bring their dogs and nobody minded. We regularly did a nice loop along the highway then back along the quiet beach. Mostly the townhouse is quite nice. Comfy beds, good quality linens and towels. A few things keep it from being a 5 star property for us. We would have loved to see additional furniture on the upper deck area, some lamps in the living area, and a few throw rugs around the home. The listing indicates a grill being available, but that isn't the case. Not a big deal for us, but a bit misleading if you love grilling outdoors. All in all, a nice, clean place at a fair price. The owners were communicative, and we had a wonderful month.

The condo was beautiful and clean and the property owners were wonderful making sure we had everything we needed and provided a couple of things we asked about with no hesitation. The neighborhood was quiet and having the beach right across the street was a big plus!

The large deck off the two upstairs bedrooms provides a great place to relax, read and enjoy the sun as much of the day as you want.The owners were very friendly and provided a lot of advice on what to do and where to go -- I ran out of time before I ran out of interesting things to explore. If you are looking for a comfortable place to kick back and relax, you will enjoy this place
